Sean Westgate: Great service and good selection. This place is really intended for pros but they do have a retail counter where the general public can get electrical supplies.
Patrick Bowen: Walked in here today and it took a good 10 minutes for someone to come out of the back to help me. I asked for a price on an item, and the counter guy hoed and hummed and basically stared off into space for 2 minutes until I finally just walked out the door. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a supply house. I’ll never go here again, in any location!

jack mckenzie: Way, way overpriced. Typically 3-4 times cost of online order. Only go there if I am desperate to get something immediately.
Johnny Kelly: Hands down the worst service I have ever had in my life. But don't take my word for it do a search for the main company and look at their rating all of these people cannot be wrong they are horrendous. You need to try another appliance parts place before you buy from them

Sean Timmins: I work for an appliance sales and service company that does not sell parts for retail, and we get calls all the time asking if the part can be purchased from us.Almost all of the time, their problem can be solved by Marcone, who we are happy to refer customers to. I believe I must give out their phone number several times a week, but it's too bad that out of all of the customer's they help they only have a small handful of reviews.Great inventory, and great to work with.
