Dante Minutillo: I used GroupGear to order jackets for the Harvard Ballroom Dance Team. The jackets are a little pricy, but the service was excellent -- the employee we communicated with, Eddie, was extremely thorough in making sure we got exactly what we wanted, and went above and beyond to get us the products in time within a very short window and keep us updated throughout the process. The jackets themselves are very high quality and exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend!
Chris Kabacinski: GroupGear takes the guesswork and hassle out of custom apparel orders. We work with them yearly for a large, complex order, and they always provide speedy answers to questions and exceptional customer service. The team was accommodating of quick turn-around time and some last-minute changes, for which I am especially grateful. Our final slate of t-shirts were stellar, and we are so thrilled with the products and the service we received. Friendly, reliable, and so wonderful to work with!

robert graham: I used Group Gear for a custom order of giveaway products for an upcoming club fair. From the beginning we stressed that it was essential we had the items in time for our club fair. A few days ahead of the fair, a representative of Group Gear mentioned that the items were due to arrive several days after the deadline. The person I spoke with was completely unaware of our deadline and couldn't even commit to confirm with their supplier later in the week if the items could be expedited. I'm very disappointed by Group Gear and do not recommend them. If you need items delivered on-time, do NOT depend on them.

Thierry Auperin: Ended up not moving forward with work. Complete lack of communication despite repeated emails and my visit on site. Finally got a quote after asking repeatedly: much higher than originally discussed and now asking for a rush fee. Complete waste of time.
Shaina Buckley: Bayside Custom Embroidery did a great job on the shirts we needed for a big iftar gathering our business catered. Fast, easy communication, cheaper than what we could find online, they got us everything we needed and it was super easy.

Bonita Practice Solutions: Kate and the entire team at Bayside Custom Embroidery have been taking care of our embroidery needs for our dental practices. They are responsive and right on point with their work. We have multiple locations and they always do a great job managing the logistics of receiving our materials, getting the work done promptly, and then shipping the items to our various locations. We have done new and repeat business with them dozens of times over the years. Their work is flawless and their customer service is superb.

Clark Taylor: This is a fantastic shop and staff. They pulled me out of a very tight jam resulting from a shipment getting lost. I had less than 24 hours to turn 108 pieces of individual embroidery for a client event and they pulled it off without single error. When I picked up my merchandise early this morning everything was ready to go and the gentleman thanked me for the opportunity. Crazy good service and quality result. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Nancy Chan: Took me a long time to finally find a local embroidery place. When I called each one they just said to me immediately, we won't take any shirts less than 10 to embroider or you won't have your shirts until a month later. Then I came across Embroidery by Rosa and Leo was super efficient and cater to your needs. He was able to get our uniforms embroidered within a week. The design and size he's chosen is beautiful. I am really impressed and all my coworkers love the embroidery work on their shirts and jackets. We will order again and will recommend to others as well.
