Angel Lin: Arthur charged me $825 for getting a $775 security deposit back. He sent a demand letter for me, and the landlord returned me the security deposit. The issue was thus resolved. However, Arthur was very unresponsive. This simple case took 5 months (April 2018 to Sep 2018) as he disappeared for quite a while. He said it was because he moved and got distracted. In the end, he kept all the initial retainer as he charged me a lot for reading emails, reviewing pictures, and speaking with landlord.
