Sue Saign: Failed to return calls and emails regarding questions about accommodating a change in flight after they represented that a trip would be from April3-7 and then changed the dates to April 10-15 last minute. Further, they took over $2500 from me and would not refund even though they provided the wrong dates of the trip. Do NOT use this company!

Nicole wright: We just got back from Boston and New York. This was our second trip with EF America our first was to DC which I absolutely loved we had a wonderful time and a great tour guide. I really didn’t want to go to New York I went because my kids wanted to go on the school trip. I was terrified and don’t ever want to go back to New York found out I am definitely a Texan and country girl lol. I will say we had an awesome tour guide big shout out and job well done to George😁 very knowledgeable and put up with our crazy little group from Texas quite well. Thanks EF and never know we may see you again if the school decides on another trip.
