Bay State Cruise Company: what do users think?
Mei: Great view ! Went here when it was a little cold, but there are beautiful outdoor places to sit. Food is okay, buffet style
Caroline Audette: Awefull service the staff was very rude they had not enough food or bartenders I will never do it again
Chandra Batra: I had an awesome time last night.Thank you guys for being accommodating I felt like a disabled princess
Rick Dallas: Most always on-time ferry service between Boston and Provincetown during the summer months.
Michael Burke: Great way to travel to Provincetown, a little expensive but worth it
Anton Gomez: A bit overpriced in terms of value-price against other companies. The coffee shop service onboard is quite limited and slow, but the ferry is punctual in schedule.
Julio G. Garcia: Buen servicio, buena comida y las vistas excelentes
Paul Kobos: Easy way (90 min on the fast ferry), to see the fairies in Provincetown, the gayest place on earth!
Noreen Duran: Music was great. I wish the dinner buffet offered a little more to choose from. Desserts were excellent. The night I was told they had no coffee or tea available. 🙁 I would definitely go on another cruise though.
Kevin Moran: On time
paula gonzalez: Great costumer service, very clean I recommend it to everyone.
Adebayo Onile-Ere: Very nice cruise and spcial lunch. The best way to spend a nice Summer day.
John Keith: Best staff in town!
Moacir Tiradentes: The first cruise we never forget! This wonderful tour is simply incredible! I highly recommend, with service if quality and professionalism.
carey green: A great way to get out to the cape. Fast and reliable
Greg Knudsen: High speed ferry to Ptown. How can you not love it?
Gloria Smothers: Had a wonderful time 😌
C: Not sure why they ALWAYS get the arrival time wrong. I ve been taking this ferry to Ptown for more than 10 years and it’s NEVER 95 minutes as they claim. Trips are always 1 hr 45 min - 2 hr (from start of the trip to actual tying on the dock on arrival). Those additional 15-20 min matter though because people miss their trains and buses. Why not tell the truth about the travel time? They will now claim of course that it all depends on weather and ‘safety first’ etc etc. No one disagrees, but there is no need to misrepresent the actual travel time on your website to let people plan better. I just saw a guy trip over and fall while running to catch the train because it took 15 more min to arrive in Boston. Not cool guys.
Mark McDonough: Good local cruise line
Vince Engel: On time, smooth trips to and from P town. Bar and snacks available.
Lindsey Nakhoul: Used this to visit Ptown for a day. Worth the help of this boat and cut my time in driving and parking.A bit pricey, but it's cheaper to do a day trip instead of spending the entire weekend.

Salem Ferry: what do users think?
Vanessa Ellis: A super convenient way to get into Boston for the day without worrying about traffic and parking. Staff are super friendly and have great recommendations. The ride on the ferry was wonderful, with options to sit in the breeze or in a dining area shielded from the wind, and even a snack bar.
Winona Flannery: Love this! Would recommend to take thus. Perfect view and relaxation.
Hector Longoria: I absolutely loved it!! I wish I could have understood the narrators, the man sounded drunk or autistic. I really would have appreciated that part more but the service and the scenery made it all worth the ride to Salem on Halloween.I really recommend taking a ferry ride.
Cynthia White: Fun, taking the Ferry from Boston to Salem. The individual who was talking could not be understood at all, as he had a medical condition that affected his speech. My group could not understand a single thing he said. Why wouldn't they have this guy take tickets or serve food? Otherwise the boat ride was fun, wish I knew the different areas we were passing and perhaps a tiny bit of history.
jayme mack: Loved it. Nice clean ferry. Restrooms clean. Crew very nice
Brandey Daniels: If you are going to Salem, this is a great way to travel
Elizabeth Singley: Absolutely the best way to get to salem!!
Ryan Kelley: A nice alternative commute option to the MBTA - there aren’t ever any derailments on the water 🛥️
ST.Lawrence Marine Canvas: Some nice boats to look at
Jose Cerrate: My ride on the ferry from Salem to Boston was very nice
Micah Wood: A pleasant boat ride to and from Boston and Salem. Bathrooms are on the boat and they sell snacks and alcohol. You can move freely about the boat inside and out. They also give a bit of history of some local landmarks on the ride out.
Cormac Mccarthy: It's pretty weird to have a narrator nobody can understand.
Andrea Blair: The ferry was prompt and boarding efficient. There was plenty of space to relax on the upper deck where you could take photos of the scenery.
Jesse Badger: This is a really scenic ride and also a viable way to just travel from Boston to Salem if you need to do that for some reason. It is both faster and more predictable than the rail and bus options for the same route.
Marcia RINNER: Wonderful views and great service
melva habshey: Loved it . So much fun.
kec421: Cool spot
Jamie Wolfrom: I have been on it twice once with my daughter and once With my boyfriend amazing
Phillip Morton: The tour guide is awesome!
Dean V: Best way to get from Boston to Salem and back again. Certainly a must do.
Aaron Harrington: Great ride.

Marina Bay Ferry: what do users think?
Ying Han: We love mini day trips to Boston via this ferry. The enjoyable ride is inexpensive, 30 minutes cruise time, weekday only but on time. Parking free. Strongly recommend (we live nearby) you buy tickets online in advance. Otherwise you won’t get notifications for ferry no-show.
Jack Sullivan: The Mrs made a great plan for the day with the grandkids. Drive from the South Shore to Quincy. Park for free, hop on the ferry. Take it over to Boston, a short walk to the Aquarium, lunch, ride on the ferry back to Quincy, missing all the Friday afternoon traffic on the Expressway and then home. Everything was perfect except for one thing: “No Ferry”. After standing on the dock alone with 3 elderly fishermen for a few minutes only then did they inform us there was no ferry running this week due to maintenance. There was nothing about this on their website’s home page. There were no signs posted at the location. Later we realized you would have to click on another page in their website to see the notice about service being down for the week. Beyond the lack of clear and easy communication about the shut down, what about securing another vessel for the week to replace the regular one. After all this is a major US city on the coast, with good planning you’d surely be able to secure a back up so as not to disrupt service. Not sure if we’ll give it another try or so as not to disappoint the grandkids again, we’ll try another ferry service somewhere else. Be forewarned; Check & Recheck before you head out to the Marina Bay Ferry in Quincy to make sure it’s actually running on the day you want to go.
Euphorio: Believe it or not but you would not know that your standing on a place that once use to be a club. Yep some of the most popular edm artist that you hear now use to play at this exact spot until it got closed down and turned into what it is now.
Jo Ann C: AA meeting in the parking lot every night, weather permitting, so thank you it was great!!Covid19
Bew Roen: Nice place to take a picture
Christopher Andersen (CJ): Terrific crew, very easy to just board and play for a ticket. Despite foggy weather the ferry was very prompt to schedule.
