Justin Burns: This company set off my fire service on the elevator before they left on 8/31/2022 at my building. On 9/1/22 morning I had owner reached out when i notice the elevator wasn't working. I was told it was not their reasonability. They were the last people to touch it. Elevator company would have got paid 500$ to come out and turn the key. Thanks to the Billerica Fire Department for helping me out. Make sure you check Norel's work before they leave.

As cliche as it is to say, 1 star is being too nice.Never in my life have I been more shocked to see a company continuously screw over customers and hold contracts, let alone stay in business.Word of advice, if you need them somewhere at a certain time 9 times out of 10 make sure to give them at least 7 hours of notice, and they will be there 3 hours after you would have originally asked.The techs I've ran into are all experienced and know what they are doing, so the problem must lie in management. If you are looking for a fire alarm company STEER CLEAR.

Jenny Cavanagh: This company is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. We needed a sprinkler installed in a business we own- from the moment we called to set up the appointment to even after it was installed it has been nothing but headache and terrible poor customer service.#1- They are rude#2- They completely overcharged us- charged us for 8 hours of work and for equipment they didn’t use. They only worked for 3-4 hours.#3- The sprinkler system started leaking a few days after installation at a joint due to improper set up. When we called to ask them to come fix it since it was their fault we have been hung up on, sent to voicemails with no return call and told there was nothing they could do about it..We are still waiting while everything in our closets and wall get ruined. Please save yourself time, money and a headache and find ANYBODY else.

Polly Eskola: Monday December 17, 2018 around 3:00 PM:I witnessed a NOREL company van with MA license plate "NOREL 6" driving dangerously on 495-S for over 10 minutes before he left my field of view. The NOREL van tailgated me within a couple feet of my bumper while I was already driving 80 MPH with the speed of traffic in my lane. I moved over to let him pass so he could tailgate the car in front of me. This did not satisfy him for long and he attempted to pass on the right at every opportunity. The left lane was "full" and traveling at a steady passing pace, so it wasn't one slowpoke holding everyone up.He would make a good kamikaze pilot. Whenever there was a space in the right lane he would move into it, floor his van (probably over 90 MPH at some points) and cut back into the left lane even if there was a car alongside him, right before rear-ending the car he was closing in on. I saw 3 different close calls which would have been an accident - good thing the drivers he was cutting off were paying attention enough to slam on their brakes before the side of his company van smashed into their car.Having this guy on the road must be absolutely terrible advertising for your company. I had never heard of NOREL before today, but I certainly wouldn't do business with a company that puts so little emphasis on safety that they can't control what their guys are doing in company vans out on the road.
