James Wang: Had a great time fishing with Randy's partner Tony. I had friends visiting me from NJ due to heat wave. It was a short notice. Randy is already booked, so he introduced me to his partner Tony. We went out early in the morning. Spent about 30 minutes catching bait fish. A lot fun when you hooked 5 bait fish as once. After that, Tony brought us to an island. As soon as I cast the line, striper start biting. Within two hours, we landed 11 fish with a few got away. Most of them are under size, but it was so much fun. We were able to land two keepers. Tony is very nice and professional. The way he preserved the fish, the meat was so fresh when we brought it home. After fishing, Tony also brought us to his lobster traps and took two lobster home. It was certainly the best fishing trip for my friend and myself. We will definitely use the service again next year if not sooner.

Randy is patient (with kids and parents!) and is amazing with the kids; Randy is super accommodating and his team takes tremendous care to ensure the kids are safe but also have a fantastic time. Last year my son and his cousins caught tons of fish every day and had the time of their life. They cant wait for this summer's charters!

We brought our 3 teens and 2 grandparents for an afternoon of fishing and we all caught (catch and release) lots of fish; Striper, Mackerel, Pollock, cod, crabs, lobster, flounder! As with any good fishing trip there’s a story about the big one that got away😆 This is a must do for any visitors to the area. Great fun for all ages. Tom MacDerment: I took my Engineering team out with Captain Randy for an afternoon of Striper fishing. All of us cannot stop talking about how much fun we had out on the water. There were 6 of us in total, everyone caught at least 4 or 5 fish, and the biggest one on the day was a 42" monster! Would highly recommend using Sigler Guide Service for anything out on the water, Randy was the man!

Peter Dixon: A+ day of fishing with Pete Yukins. He was on time, has quality gear, and showed up ready to fish with everything we might need to have a great time. He is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to fishing and navigating the waters to find the best locations based on the day/time/tide/conditions/feedback from his network of fishing contacts.He was quite flexible which helped optimize our catches. For instance, we were heading to find mackerel for bait when Peter spotted activity in the water with birds etc... We quickly veered off course to check it out, Peter was prepared with some lures and before we knew it we were pulling in numerous stipers.Peter is a really nice guy. He was very patient with my 8-yr old son who is a novice but was quite excited. When trying to make sure he showed my son a good time on the boat, he provided a number of options for fishing (bait fishing, lure fishing, checking traps). Peter was flexible when the conditions changed and the bites dried up in some spots, quickly locating us to other spots for more fish.Peter brings the local knowledge. He knows and is friendly with many other fishermen on the North Shore, constantly speaking with others to get us inside scoop on where the fish were biting.Finally, Peter was careful when taking Covid-related precautions, such as wearing a mask etc...Overall a great time with a local fishing expert who works super hard to show you a great time on the water!

Ellen Ducharme: FUN, RELAXING, EDUCATING are the three words I would use to describe Sigler's Guide Service and our time with Randy out on the water. We were looking for a nice fishing experience and a little getaway from these crazy Covid 19 times and got so much more! It turned out to be one of the most amazing days we have had in a long time. Not only did we catch plentiful and multiple types of bait and striped bass, but we also got to enjoy watching sun bathing seals and experienced some lobstering.
