From my very first encounter with the owner Gareth on a Sunday afternoon to the very end of the job he and his team were AMAZING. Gareth answered all my initial questions (I had a lot of them) leading up to the first estimate. He knows his business cold, doesn't try to upsell, and offers advice based on your needs first. Once they started the job--sanding, staining, and finishing my hardwood floors--I discovered other things I wanted them to take care of. Gareth made it all happen and his team executed flawlessly. And the finished product? I could not be any happier. My floors are DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! The grains, colors, and textures of the wood pop with the stain I selected. I'M SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!
