Install was scheduled quickly after I made my decision, and the team did a great job, and were also super friendly and courteous.

Liam Bulkley: Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly.The stock was substantial but due to their sourcing method it's going to be variable.I'd expect they will nearly always have various pine, maple, oaks and hemlock.

pamela grandmaison: The staff, Jon and all, were pleasant and helpful with selecting an appropriate carpet for my mother’s stairs to 2nd floor after she had fallen and hit her head on the bare wood stairs. This could have been much worse than it was, and we agreed a good stair runner would be safer for her. She likes the stair runner carpet and says “they did a nice job.” It feels soft, yet tread feels secure, and i feel much better about Mom’s safety. She is good about holding the railing when using her stairs. Thank you for making a difference.

James Kohlasch: Went in to AJ Rose in Burlington and spent an hour or so picking out samples. We ordered sample swatches with one of the sales associates (Jon) with expectations of receiving them in a timely manner. After waiting two weeks, we called Jon back in which he was going to check on the status of these samples. We never heard back from him. After mulitple messages left, finally connected with Jon and he couldn't find any record of the sample order...........very disappointing.

Julie Beck: We hired Alan and his team at AJ Rose to replace our carpet in our busy art studio at The Academy of Realist Art Boston. Alan came out with samples and was very pleasant to work with. I expressed concern that we have very short windows of time in which the school is not in use. He assured me he could have it done within a few weeks notice and in 2 days. Everything happened on time, the installation people were kind and very professional. We are thrilled with how it turned out. Now, if I can only get the students to keep it this clean and nice looking!!
