The Dr. Martens Store: what do users think?
Young Suk Chang: 신발을 고를때 주저할때가 많죠?그런데 꼼꼼한 설명과 편안한 마음으로 고룰 수 있게 설명을 잘해주며,신발 관리와 매치방법을 세삼하게 제안해 줍니다
Sampson: Nice and friendly staff store employees who are there to answer all your questions/provide tips on Dr. Martens' boots/shoes!
Michelle Site: I came in with a gift card that was the result of sending back two incorrectly sized pairs of shoes — the Bex was too small for me in 6, and the Spence was too big in 7. I thus thought I’d get a Bex in 7 and the Spence in 6.Olive kindly and wisely advised me against this, and patiently explained the reasoning behind why. She instead suggested models and sizes that would actually suit my anatomy, for healthier and more comfortable long-term fits. I ended up getting two pairs in styles I love even more than my original ask coming in.Thank you so much Olive! You’re a superstar! 🤩❤️
Omar Flores-Guzman: Amazing store, well stocked, very good customer service, helpful and easy to get what you need and pay for it. Times are not accurate as it is open a bit later. I found more than what I needed so all good.
Phineas Hilliard: Incredibly welcoming, LGBT friendly, store. We were taken care of by Snow, who was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Good selection available, with many of the limited edition boots in stock as well. Highly recommended.
Joanna Yelen: I just had the most wonderful buying experience at this location. Cass was an incredible sales person and so patient. They sat with me and helped me lace my shoes so that the fit was more comfortable and tighter for me. They were so smart and knowledgeable about all the different styles and really helped me get to a point Where I was ready to purchase. Thank you so much Cass.
Samantha Pearl: Staff is super helpful no matter how busy
Heather DuBois: Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. My size is atypical so I often leave empty-handed, as I did from other stores on Newbury today. But this crew took the extra steps to make things work. Remarkable to be with chill sales people who can and want to do a job. Thanks!
Rafael Andia: Return policy is horrible
Douglas Kershner: My friends both stopped in to grab shoes after some window shopping. Lexie is a great help in the store. They went the extra mile to help locate a specific pair for my friend and gave great service and follow care tips. Awesome buying experience!
Ed Pe: The store has an impressive selection of styles. The workers were very friendly and helpful in assisting me.
N. Beytour: Great store, great selection and customer service! Cass and Zack were amazing helping me get the right fit and style for me! Will be back soon!
Amanda Wells: I had the most amazing experience at this location. Zac helped me and I am oh so grateful. Let me start off by saying that I had an incredibly negative experience purchasing my dr martens through the online store. I would recommend anybody wanting to purchase doc martens that they find a store location. I reached out to the Newbury Street location in Boston after getting no support from the online store customer service. Zac listened to my experience and felt the need to help even though he had no responsibility to do so. He invited me into the store and went above and beyond to make sure I left loving my boots!! He was educated in the product, was so patient with me, and always made me feel as though his priority was to rectify the negative experience I had.Zac, thank you so much for showing me the meaning of customer service. You were wonderful today. And to the person who responded to my previous review and encouraged me to call your location for help, thank you!!! I am in love with my Dr Martens and blown away by your willingness to help even when it wasn't yours to own😊
Tam Nguyen: My girlfriend needed to exchange her boots and Jojo made it very easy for us. Friendly and efficient. Thanks JoJo. :)
Jessie H: The team here is the BEST! Always love coming here. 💙
mariana rosello: Muy bien
tiana Am: Great experience, Cass was super helpful in helping me find a new pair of shoes! I would 100% go back to this store
Daniel Nester: Great customer service. Staff were amazing.
Jenny Johnson: Bought the cutest pair of polka dot oxfords here last week and the salespeople were so great. Will definitely be back.
Mary Mendoza: Called - looking for Timberland boots -which they don't have. But... a real live human answered the phone and was super helpful, even though I wasn't going to buy from them !!! :-) :-D
Ruth Flack: The Newbury street shop is surprisingly large for Newbury street and has great stock of shoes to try on - it's a bit below street level so make sure you pay attention when you walk by, but it's definitely worth a stop!I stopped in on a Friday night before a huge snowstorm because I wanted to buy a pair of boots to celebrate getting promoted. I felt a bit bad coming in at 6:30pm on a Friday night before a snow storm, and was surprised at how warm and welcoming the whole team was. Particular shout out to Olive, who helped me understand the fit of the shoes, and how they change as you wear them, and gave me the low down on the 1490 oxblood style I really wanted. She was very patient as I tried on probably 5 pairs of shoes, and actually did a flawless hand off to her coworker Stephanie when it was time for her to clock out. I hope you ladies made it through the storm safely, and thank you for making me feel special when I came in to buy myself a promotion present!

Target: what do users think?
Bailey Waldorf: This Target is always a challenge, but it's generally a good store. It's limited in staff and space. It doesn't carry many of the items larger Target stores have in stock. I've often come in for something specific (like ice cream or kombucha) that this location does carry, but find the shelf is empty. It helps to use you Target app to see if they carry an item you're looking for and if it's currently in stock.
街歩幾多郎: セントラルスクエアにある、雑貨と生鮮食品のスーパーです。だいたいのものが買えるのと、24時間開いているので何か足りないときは便利です。向かいのH-martと比較してお買い物をするのがお勧めです。
britney connors: I am 67 years old and this store made me wish I was in my grave already. I came into this store in search of a gift for my mother because she is on her death bed but her birthday is coming up soon. When I was looking in the makeup section on the second floor, I noticed an employee staring at me for a while. I went into a different isle and this employee followed me. You won’t believe what she said to me!! She told me I need to wear more makeup to cover my wrinkles!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! I CANNOT believe Target allows people like this to work for them. I HOPE YOU HANDLE THIS!!!
Max: Clean store, professional staff. It is relatively small compared to many Target locations though, so you'll find a little bit of everything but not a lot of variety.
P H: Store is extremely clean and organized and very professional staff.excellent location and easy to get to by public transportation.
Eric Song: Small target than usual.
Jordan Mosley: Store is conveniently located. Out of stock of a lot of things a lot of the time. Bad customer/guest service. Cashier Ken threw my item at me at checkout, when asked if this was how he gave all his customers their items back after ringing them in he said “no its just been a long day.” Offered no apology or anything after. All in all, one stop shop for essentials but they may not have it and you will almost definitely not get decent customer/guest service.
Miriam Ross: Adequate food selection, good candle scents. Fast self checkout. No Christmas music in November, thank God.
Mary Kate Phillips: This store is a joke! People block you so you can’t use self check out. Then a very unpleasant lady hit me with her paper towels. She called me a dumb white person. It was very disrespectful!
Min: It’s always nice. The workers are all nice. Sometimes there are some stuffs that are out of stock but I had a great experience today. I left my laptop at the cashier and the guy kept it for me. It freaked me out leaving my almost everything. But, thanks to the worker I got my laptop back.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Good selection for an in-city Target, they have some grocery and then a little bit of everything you might need. Very handy if you live in Central Square or are a few stops away on the Red Line. Pretty much dead center between Harvard and MIT. There’s not a ton of parking in Central Square though if you are thinking about driving.
Ashley Landreneau: A mediocre CVS. Doesn’t deserve to be called Target. Always out of stock. Truly makes me want to unalive myself.
Angie Polakowski: This target is a city target with two floors with stairs, so be aware of this when coming. The food items are on the main floor and electronics, home, etc all downstairs. The annoying part is there is no easy way to use a cart in the store because of the two floor situation. The workers were all nice and I do appreciate the security personnel by the door. However this target was SUPER under stocked on so many things and part of their cooler section wasn’t even being used. I pretty much got the last one of every item I bought. It’s okay but obviously much better big box stores exist.
KS: No schweppes🤡
Marita Aqueveque: The worst, unstocked, messy Target store ever. Disappointed!to say the least.
arthur dias: Lot's to shop for. high ceilings lots of room makes it easier to breed look things hand to eye and they have lots essential things to shop for good store. Parking no problem
Matthew Turner: Always out of stock. Worst managed store I’ve been to in my life. Can never keep inventory
Leah G.: Very small store despite the 2 floors, lots of empty shelves, nothing is ever available. Layout is extremely unintuitive and they often do not have products you would expect them to have. I shop here out of convenience only and often have to leave without the items I came for.
Tyler Motes: I’m not a fan of the remodel. The layout made less room and now has less products in an arrangement that makes no sense. The staff act like you’re in their way if you happen to be going down an isle they’re coming up on. With the exception of a few employees who actually are really amazing this store has gone way downhill over the last 2yrs.
Cornell Bentley: Every time I walk into this store, they treat me like I am a theft but I have never stolen anything from the store or even plan too ... considering not shopping with this company anymore, I've already cut CVS off due to there lack of empathy towards their employees. Over 20 staff members have caught Covid & I think one died but nobody cares
Juan Pablo P. D.: Matthew had this weekend a very good idea with my package of 24 bottles of water. He helped so much to me with that. Thank you.And he was the perfect customer Care service. He will go far with that nice actittude in his life. 10

Target: what do users think?
Tavar Eisenhardt: I regret to report that the Target store located at 100 Cambridge Street in Boston, Massachusetts is a place of unspeakable terror. The layout of the store is confusing and disorienting, with aisles that seem to stretch on forever and a sense of foreboding that hangs heavy in the air.The products themselves are strange and alien, as though they were brought to this world from some other plane of existence. The packages are covered in bizarre symbols and indecipherable text, and the contents within seem almost alive with an eldritch energy. The employees, too, are a source of terror, with their blank stares and soulless demeanors. They move through the aisles with an otherworldly grace, as though they are not quite of this world. I could sense that they were watching me, and that their motives were far from benign. In short, I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. The horrors that I encountered within its walls were beyond description, and I fear that others who venture inside may suffer a fate even worse than my own. It is a place to be avoided at all costs, lest one be consumed by the malevolent energies that permeate its very being.
S M: Cozy little target at the top of Beacon Hill. Space on the Hill is tight for businesses so it is nice they could squeeze a target here. Fresh groceries and all household things, what more do I need? People looking for target clothes accept this is a smaller target.Great prices for Beacon Hill tbh.
Temperance Taylor: They need to stop. I walked in and just started laughing. This place is no bigger than a corner store. Lol
Khaotik Equinox Gaming: This isn't a target. This is a cvs with a target sign on it. Don't expect to find clothing or anything that a regular large target would sell.
Chris Manhattan: This store is lacking a lot of things that a larger size Target would have. It is a much smaller Target store so the space and items are limited so just keep that in mind if you go.
D Ann D: Small but serviceable in a pinch. Needs a major Facelift
Supra Fanboi: My kids haven’t come here in a very long time bc we had corona and we where on a road tripThey usually get toysBut this target has none
Josh C: To be honest, I usually really like the city Target concept. Like the ones in Medford, Fenway, Roslindale, Stoneham, and Burlington that are a smaller Target store that still has most items. But this is basically just a rebranded CVS. This is basically just a tiny grocery store with an aisle of electronics you could get at CVS.At least it’s a really short and easy walk from Bowdoin station
Chris Colangelo: Please label this as a mini target basically a gas station. The things they stock doesn’t even make sense
Steve Balsamo: Not actually a target. Basically just a cvs.
Alex Sherman: Basically just a CVS just named Target. Nothing like one of their big stores
Joey Blake: There is no in store target shopping at this location only pickup!! False advertising!!!
Aaron Geisel: Target needs to clearly label what stores are "mini" Targets. This is the equivalent of a Neighborhood Walmart, meaning it's a fraction of the size of the actual department store with a minimal selection of products. It's basically a Walgreens. Honestly this false advertising just hurts their name.
Patrick Callahan: Most unprofessional hiring experience I’ve ever been through.I filled out an application for a part time position at this location a few weeks ago. Initially I heard from a manager who asked me to interview that day with about 3 hours notice. I simply did not get that email in time. The next day I received an automated email asking for a pre recorded interview with only 48 hours to complete. I wasn’t sure which avenue to pursue so I responded asking what I was supposed to do. The hiring manager - who did not seem aware their was a request for the auto interview - said “I guess it’s up to you” which one I completed…hours after the dead line. Fortunately I decided to do the auto interview a few hours earlier because I did not want to miss my opportunity. The manager reaches out a day or so later deciding they want to do a live interview anyways. Proceed to ask if I was around Thursday or Friday after 4:00…only to cancel and ask to do Monday.I made accommodations to keep my schedule open and in the end I wasn’t hired. They were nice enough to send a passive aggressive email from HR.Obviously Target is not obligated to hire me. That’s fair game. They didn’t even pretend, however, to care about the interview process itself. The directions were extremely unclear, the replies last minute and vague, and multiple cancellations. I’ve been through multiple job interviews. Some I did not land and that’s ok. Never have I been so clearly shown I don’t matter beyond being a piece of human capital than Targets hiring process.
Margaret Anderson: I’m not usually one to write a review about something like a Target, but wow was this store a letdown! Just moved to the city and was happy to have a Target nearby. They have the most random assortment of things… and it’s maybe 1/8th the size of a typical Target. It’s essentially a CVS, but I think CVS even has a better selection.
Mike Wilson: I was with my 6 year old grandson and he had to use the restroom, so I asked an employee where it was and she said no bathroom. I was like he's a child and really has to go. It didn't matter, no restroom. Needless to say, I won't be back! I think certain exceptions can and should be made.
James R: they mislabel prices of items and then refuse to match what their advertised shelf prices are when you go checkout. My item rang up 82% higher than the shelf's listing price. Associate did not remedy the situation, left empty handed.
J Ciccone: NOT much of a store. They have a few things but they do not carry much selection of anything. They also run out of items ALOT! Very Disappointing addition. The Rite Aid that use to be here was so much better!
Steven Vendetta: I called ahead to ask for help. Then when I showed up for that help they told me they could not help me. Impatient and rude store manager.
Julia: I thought this was a clothes store because google advertises it as one, but it’s not, and I went kind of far to get here, so just thought I would warn people
Barry Chan: Not as good as regular Target store due to it's size.
