While I was driving my Ford Fusion, I could not turn my steering and I almost crashed. It happened twice so I went to this service and told all problem. They did not care my problem, even though having a dangerous car they said “you need schedule” after that for a recall problem they charged me 1250 dollars! After 3 weeks, it happened again and I went there. Though I gave a paper about a problem, they said we fixed another problem and you need pay more to fix that. They did not fix my problem and got my money and want more.You had better avoid from this place. I will give a call their headquarters. They will be in trouble. I also scheduled appoinment with a lawyer to sue them. I'm paying for a service I shouldn't be paying for and look what happened to me.They are SCAMMER! Go another Ford Services

Thomas Myers: I brought my truck in to get the tires balanced. They did a great job. The tires ride smooth as can be. The problem is I bought the tires from Acton Ford. All the places I have bought tires from before offer free lifetime rotation and balancing. They charged me $176 to replace balance beads they had installed previously and balance the tires with traditional weights. That wasn't very cool.

Scott Woolf: I have taken my 2019 f150 to have it serviced at Acton ford 4 times the first visit they claimed that they could not do anything without the check engine light on even though my truck was not running well I than took it in 3 more times having to rent a vehicle or get a ride home or pay for Uber to be unable to do my without transportation well this is my work vehicle. I am still having the same problem again with the engine pinging and not running smooth this dealership should no how to repair a ford truck yet they do not I would not recommend them at all the service depth acts like I'm bothering them calling to try and get my truck fixed once and for all.

Acton Fords finance professionals made it so much easier. They walked me through completing the paperwork and I think it went pretty quickly. Delivery of the vehicle is really important. Even if you are buying the same model, each year, the features change. My sales person, Gordon, is awesome! He walked me through all of the features to make sure that I knew how everything works!I completely trust this dealership for all my service needs as well! The service department will be honest with you. If they tell you that maintenance is needed, they’ll also tell you whether it’s needed now or if it can wait.

I am sure next time will be better.

No high pressure sales at all. The vehicle sold itself with Gary as facilitator, the trade-in values needed no adjustment, the price was no hassle, and the number of available factory and dealership cash incentives that Gary was able to write into the deal put the icing on the cake. Cindy was extraordinary - going above & beyond to keep me informed of the progress & status of service to my vehicle, to include walking me to my vehicle when I came to pick it up to assure my satisfaction w/ the services & to start up the vehicle for me - nearly white glove service! The ride to my home after dropping off my vehicle was a bit out of the normal geographical range of shuttle service, but it was graciously arranged none-the-less & felt like a private chauffeur! As I was awaiting Cindy to return to her desk/station after finishing w/ another customer, another young gentleman who asked if he could help me went out of his way to assure that Cindy & I connected after she finished w/ the prior customer & that I was made comfortable in the customer waiting area. Anyone can put on a smile & provide satisfactory customer service but it's all too often only because they "have to do it" as part of their job.. At Jack Madden, all w/ whom I have dealt from sales to parts & service are friendly, professional, knowledgeable & really seem to genuinely love their job - their smile & caring customer service are genuine - it truly does feel like a family environment at Jack Madden. People with her attitude shouldn’t be in her position. This is the 1st and last time I’ll be taking my car there for service. I have always gone to Ford Quincy and never ever had an issue like this with a service advisor. They get things done and provide me with an update as needed. Funny how they replaced our shocks many many years ago & it still made the same noise like it wasn't done. But I had th red m looked at & fixed it. Like a dream. So glad. The focus has been good to us just like Stoneham Ford has for us. We've been dealing withem for 40 plus years. They had replace our ignition switch too & manage to cut new keys to fit so there's no 2 keys still one key. Awesome work. I highly recommend Stoneham ford. They also do oil changes really quick. Well you sit in their lobby watching tv waiting for you car so it goes by quick.

Jeff Etter: Went in for a Quick lane oil change. I went at 10am on a Saturday without an appointment so I had a little bit of a wait but was less than expected (about an hour). Oil change cost was $86. Which is right on par with a Valveoline or Jiffy lube. Service was quick truck was in and out in about 20 minutes. No complaints.
Richard DeLacy: I used the Quick Lane. They were fast and efficient. I remembered I wanted a check of my wheel alignment after they had backed my truck out of the garage and they happily and quickly moved the truck back in and did the work. An excellent Service experience.

Mr & Mrs Zap: I am writing this review on behalf of my dad a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. I am writing this review on behalf of my dad a Disabled Vietnam Veteran. I am absolutely beside myself in the blatant disrespect shown to my dad from the service advisors at this dealership. My dad purchased a brand new 2019 Ford Ranger brand new. He had nothing but issues since he drove it off the lot. It has been to this service department too many times to even count. It has been there on 4 separate occasions (every 5-7,000 miles) for check engine light. Needed a new cat converter every single time. So 26,000 miles and he is on his FOURTH cat. Obviously, something is wrong there. Service advisors were always less than helpful in finding what is actually causing the cat to get burnt out. Anyway, he brought his truck there on 4/14 to for check engine light. They gave him a rental car with ¾ tank of gas. The advisor even stated it doesn’t have a full tank of gas. My dad went in on 4/19 to pick up his vehicle after they finally completed the repair. We put gas in on the way and the tank was now over ¾ of a tank. We get to the dealership and the advisor states you didn’t fill the tank. My dad said it wasn’t full when I got it and you even told me that. The advisor continued to argue with my dad and said he had to charge him for gas. My dad didn’t want to argue as he knew he was all set with this dealership. He went to his truck and opened the door and first thing he noticed was a terrible b.o. smell. He then saw the driver’s seat reclined all the way back. He proceeded to open the windows because the stench was so overbearing. He then noticed that the charging port he has never once used in his truck was open. He then opened the console to see it had been gone through and this charger adapter was missing. He went back in to speak to the advisor who continued to say there was nothing he could do. No apology, no offer to try to find my dad’s missing item, no offer to clean the vehicle, absolutely nothing. We have all had issues at one time or another with this dealership, but this is absolutely unexpectable!! Do not go to this dealership. Every single review is correct. They don’t know what they are doing, they are rude, they are wicked expensive, they take FOREVER to complete repairs. Probably the worst dealership I have ever been to. To disrespect people is unacceptable but to disrespect a Veteran is even worse.

Monty Helfst: DO NOT GO HERE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR!!! I’ve been getting my car serviced here for over two years now, and when I went in for an oil change it turned out to be a $600 trip. They overcharged for everything claiming it was a 90k mile check up. But that was not the icing on the cake, they wanted to replace my brake pads and calipers for $1,800, when I said no they basically told me the car wouldn’t be drivable if I didn’t get it done the next day. When I went to a different ford to get the car checked for what they claimed needed to be done they told me just the brake pads, calipers are completely fine and they charged me $300. Quincy Ford blatantly takes advantage of long term customers!!!Reply to that response below: you quoted me 1,800 dollars… when I went to another FORD they quoted me $300 for the brakes, if I needed calipers it would be another $100-$300…. Still not adding up to $1,800, right?! Stop over charging customers!!
First2Fish “Biff Biceps”: Had service appointment and was told it would only take an hour & a half. Took over 8 hours and only excuse was "we are really busy", don't understand why an appointment was required if they weren't going to keep to their own timeline.Bought a used car and they forgot to include the key to the locking lugnuts. After getting a flat that required the bolts to be drilled out I returned to the dealership and they said "well we really cannot confirm you didn't receive them when you bought the car. Nothing we can do but remove them." But they still tried to charge over $60 for 4 lugnuts.Tried to buy a new car and despite me saying when I walked in I wanted a specific NEW base model, the salesman tried to push the used upgraded version. After saying I only want the new base model, he brought over another salesman to push the used, then the manager. I had to stand up and walk to the door saying "I either leave with the new base model or I leave without purchasing anything" before they finally LET me buy what i WANTED. Extremely pushy and felt like buying a car was a fight.Do not shop here, and especially do not have service done on your vehicle here.Edit: owners response below shows how condescending this dealership can be. Avoid

Zak Nash: Made an appointment to have a recall issue taken care of and an oil change- drove 40 minutes to be told there was never any appointment made. Had no idea what I was even talking about. The lack of professionalism is staggering. To be fair the people that I dealt with, as I was trying to clarify, my appointment were absolutely professional, and very courteous - with that said, if they don’t take appointments over the phone, then they should inform you of this, instead of just saying come on down. Because of that I say -Whoever answers the phones needs to be retrained and or needs to follow through with said actions.Is it even worth saying this Ford dealership has lost my full confidence and monetary influence.

Chad Underhill: Despite fantastic service from Chris, I will not be returning to the service department. I brought my car in for diagnostics on an electronics issue and to flush my brake fluid.Summary: they quoted me $1600 in repairs, $550 of which was for nonexistent issues, $450 of which was a fraudulent labor quote, and the remainder for parts marked 200% above market rate. And $175/hr for labor is absurd. I fixed my problems with an independent mechanic for 1/3 the cost. It’s clear that Quirk does not respect its customers enough to charge a reasonable rate for their services, and will happily string you into spending hundreds of dollars for repairs you don’t need.Details:1. I was told I had “swollen lug nuts” and they needed to be replaced before flushing the brake fluid. This is not a real problem, and they charge $120 for new lug nuts. You can get a replacement set for $40 anywhere, and the mechanic I went to later had no issues removing them. I just removed them this weekend - no replacement needed. Funny, right?2. They claimed I had an issue with my battery terminal and offered to replace it at a cost of $400. Car batteries don’t cost nearly that much, and two independent mechanics that have inspected my car since have not mentioned this as an issue.3. The tech correctly diagnosed my electronics issue, but then quoted $600 for the replacement part, and three hours of labor @ $175/hr. I bought the exact same part (new) online for $250, and my mechanic installed it in less than an hour at half the rate.
Zheng Chen: Their online part service is awesome. They have diagrams for your Ford and list every part in that diagram for easy search. For some old Fords you can’t find parts anywhere but here. Decent price for OEM parts from a dealer. Fast shipping and great customer service

My vehicle has been in for service for almost a month now and warranty will no longer pay for a rental (10 days only), I've spent over $900 on transportation just to get my kids to school..and nobody cares since it's a warranty issue.

Dawn Glawson: When purchasing our 2020 F250 we purchase the ThreeForOne Protection plan, sold to us by Chris Cannavo. After many phone calls & emails between the warranty company and Chris at Ford we made no progress in having a small annoying dent repaired even though we had a claimed filed with the warranty company.The warranty company told us Quirk needed to file the estimate to be approved for the repair, Quirk told us they couldn't. Finally we got a "referral" for a dent repair, I use this term lightly because the referred person couldn't fix the paint-less dent.So we were sold a warranty through ford that they won't even honor. Now we're forced to find our own repair service and pay out of pocket.If you're going to sell a warranty to your customers you should, at a bare minimum, have a reputable repair recommendation that can do the service.EDIT TO REVIEW: after posting my one star review of one star, the issue was then resolved within 72 hours. I found out that Quirk Ford uses ALL DENT for repairs. And the technician did a great job repairing the small paintless dent.

He was beyond hospitable, even when I was on the phone with the physician about my worries with feeding my child. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!

Antonio Amado: I went there yesterday and I wanted to purchase a F150. I walked from the new cars to the used cars ( that’s basically the whole lot ) and not one sales representative showed effort to help me. It was frustrating because I was there standing , just patiently waiting. Finally as I was leaving , another customer walked into the lot. I was wondering to myself if this new customer was going to get help before me. I seen a gentleman that works there walk out and he helped the new customer that was in the same lot as me. While I looked up the customer made eye contact with me and he realized what was going on. He also mentioned to the sales guy about me how I was here first and not one person came to help or ask me any questions. The man that works there just ignored what he said and went on about his day, as if I’m not a person! It’s funny because I’ve been there multiple times and in the past they have made me an offer to trade my Jeep Wrangler. There was not a mixup at all and there’s multiple cameras there that show me just standing there. I don’t understand that at all and it really didn’t sit well with me. From this situation I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
