He came by my residence to provide a quote and made a video explaining his plan for the project and showed me some pictures of what it would look like. Evelyn Peterman: I hired Jonathan to dig my pond, set the skimmer and biofalls and dig and set a trench for my overflow as I wanted to do the rocking and landscaping myself for my small pond. His work was solid and punctual. His customer service and people skills did leave a bit to be desired however. I asked to schedule a short phone call to bounce an idea off him and he told me he would need to charge me. This was after a less than polite text exchange the week prior. I won’t be using Falling Waterscapes again. I was made to feel like a pest. Not great customer service- especially given the amount I was charged for his services. I spent over 5,000 dollars for three days of work and I supplied most of the materials myself. Not a happy customer.
