FallingWater Scapes LLC.: what do users think?
Christopher LePain: Jonathan provides annual maintenance for a pond at my parents property. He does a great job. Pond looks amazing every year when he is done working his magic.
Elizabeth LePain: Jonathan has maintained our Koi Pond for the last several years. Jonathan is a honest businessman. He is knowledgeable and has a passion for his career. He puts people first and has exceeded our expectations every year! We would not hestitate to recommend Jonathan!
Brent Godfrey: If you need a decorative pond or fountain as part of your landscaping, John and his team are the right firm for the job. Also, very nice of him to beautify the one fast food restaurant in Dover with one of his pond/fountain creations.
Janet Ryan: Working with Jonathan Marston was an absolute pleasure. His attention to detail and passion for what he does clearly shows through his design and ending result. We had a small space to work with but had always enjoyed the idea of a koi pond. Jonathan worked with our ideas and transformed what was a very bland space into a little gem. The mini waterfall and surrounding decorative trees remind us of various locations in which we've hiked and bringing that into our backyard is magical.
Daniel Harrison: The nonprofit organization I run hired Jonathan Marston of FallingWater Scapes to design and build two memorial water features in the small greenspace behind our headquarters in Woburn. From our initial face to face meeting through the entirety of the project, culminating in the official dedication of the two fountains on October 15th (which Jonathan attended), the experience could not have been more satisfying or rewarding for our entire community.Jonathan is young and ambitious, but thoughtful and kind, and exercising a level of emotional intelligence far beyond his years. He really listened to us, and demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding our vision for project. So much more than a Master Certified Aquascape Contractor, Jonathan filled the roles of chief architect, creative advisor, lead engineer and on-site contractor. Our total experience with FallingWater Scapes was outstanding in every way, and during the few luminous and memorable weeks he spent on-site, Jonathan Marston became a beloved member of the NuPath family…someone we now call “friend!” I continue to receive ongoing positive feedback regarding the project outcome, and in a matter of weeks have witnessed the new fountains’ positive impact on our larger community.I cannot say enough about our overall satisfaction with the project outcome, and enthusiastically endorse and recommend Jonathan Marston and FallingWater Scapes for any residential or commercial project. This guy is special, and will bring your dreams to life!
Alan Jette: We had a great experience working with Jonathan on our water feature and are very pleased with the result. Jonathan was very communicative in advance, was very good to work with in creating our design in the selected location. We were impressed by his creativity and attention to detail. He also provided great advice for plantings around the feature and in its maintenance. We would highly recommend him.
rebecca mcleod: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueJonathan was a joy to have work for us. He followed through on everything and more. The pond and waterfall are beyond beautiful! Totally recommend Jonathan for anyone looking for a beautiful pond and waterfall!
Antonio Labruna: I recently hired FallingWater Scapes to install a water feature on the back of my patio. The now completed water feature exceeded my expectations. Jonathan was a professional from the moment I contacted him. He came by my residence to provide a quote and made a video explaining his plan for the project and showed me some pictures of what it would look like. During the project, he worked extremely hard and what I was most impressed with was his attention to detail. The feature looks like a natural landscape with a beautiful waterfall and my family and I have enjoyed it thoroughly in just the couple weeks that it was built. Jonathan also took the time to make videos explaining what we needed to do as far as general maintenance to the feature and how to care for the landscaping that he put in around the pond. Jonathan and his team are truly artists when it comes to building water features and they have my highest recommendation. Attached are a couple of pictures of the finished pond that FallingWater Scapes constructed.
Gerry Caron: Amazing job...amazing service...a pleasure to deal with...what else can I say? Jonathan was tremendous to deal with on our fountain restoration/repair project. He was extremely responsive, professional and meticulous with the project set up and completion. We couldn't be happier with the work product. Can't recommend Jonathan and his company highly enough!
Susan Abrams: I had a water feature that was sorely needing of a professional clean up and maybe a little sprucing up as well. What I received when hiring Jonathan Marston of "FallingWaterScapes", was not only an amazing clean up but a possible plan for changing up my water feature. I decided to completely renovate the pond.Basically, my pond went from representing a swamp to an upgrade at "Park Avenue". It was completely transformed into the most amazing waterfall into a pond that also includes a small bridge. Jonathan really assessed the landscape and made the waterfall feature look like part of the natural landscape. this is now the most relaxing setting you can imagine and I can enjoy the beauty year round. And the lighting in and around the pond is spectacular both day and night. My fish might be the happiest of all. This is the best stress releaser anyone could ever have.
Jim Nail: I installed a large water feature years ago and ended up maintaining it myself for a number of years. When I found Jonathan, he and his crew did a better job of cleaning it in one day than I could do over several days. Not only do I get the time back to enjoy the pond, but the water remains clearer longer so it is more attractive. When my pump died, he picked a more energy efficient pump with variable flow so even more ways to enjoy it! On the rare occasions when a problem has come up, he has been right on it. To sum up: thorough, responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?
Peter Muellers: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueWe asked for a water feature and got a work of art.Jonathan is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work. He took the time to get the placement of every rock and plant just right. He is also enthusiastic and easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
Erik Jacobs: Jonathan Marston is an absolute master of his craft. His passion for the work of waterscape design is clear. He meticulously plans and executes every detail and transformed what was a driveway into the most exciting and enjoyable part of our house. And he is a TOTAL JOY to work with. We placed a lot of trust FallingWater Scapes and they delivered over and above our wildest expectations. We can't recommend them enough.
Paul B: Our new water feature transformed our yard and exceeded our expectations. We can't wait for spring to see the full effect with plants and trees in bloom. For anyone considering adding a water feature, you should consider FallingWater scapes. Jonathan is a true craftsman. We were impressed throughout the process but blown away by the final product.
Catherine Walkey: Working with Jonathan was a fun and creative process. His ideas and enthusiasm for our project made for a seamless and rewarding experience. He went above and beyond traveling to Nantucket for the site exploration and install. We absolutely love our water feature in our garden. I would not hesitate to use FallingWater Scapes for our next water feature project.
Erica Quigley: Jonathan at FallingWater Scapes is a highly skilled professional and craftsman. Jonathan delivers gorgeous water features that can transform a landscape (see picture), and you'll find him to be responsive and clear about every step of the process. As a landscape designer, I look forward to working with him again!
Scott Spangenberg: As an ex-employee at FallingWater Scapes, I have only good things to say about my former company. The projects I got to work on were simply incredible; two even surpassed the $100k mark which I didn’t know was possible for water features. But given the level of detail and attention we put into all of our jobs, I am no longer surprised. Each project was a unique work of art and Jonathan (the owner) always held the crew to the highest standards. Sometimes to his own detriment as we’d occasionally redo work that seemed acceptable to me, but wasn’t quite “A” quality. Even though I no longer work here, I have only good feelings about water features and the FallingWater family. I look forward to the day they come to design and build my dream backyard!
Joel Kadis: Positive:Professionalism,Punctuality,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Robyn Emerson: We've wanted a water feature in our yard for a long time. We did our research and picked FallingWater Scapes. Jonathan was very professional and dedicated to his work. He effectively communicates his ideas through videos and phone conversations to make sure you can visualize your dream water feature. His attention to detail and craftsmanship with stones is amazing. He is very personable and takes pride in every job. The finished water feature was more than we could have imagined and blew our expectations away. He is highly knowledgeable with plantings and landscape ideas to finalize your project. We are 100% satisfied with the finished product and would absolutely recommend him for your water feature project.
Renee Jacobs: My pond has been the best part of my home for 5 years now. It’s where I start and end each day – whether with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.FallingWater Scapes had a very creative vision with large character boulders, a bridge off of the deck, and varying waterfalls that has stood the test of time. While our pond is most beautiful in full bloom, we are thrilled to enjoy it when the waterfalls turn to ice in the winter and the lights come on every night. We live in a typical suburban neighborhood withs lots of lawns with dabbled garden beds throughout, and I don’t think anyone here enjoys their yard as much as we do thanks to our pond!A big thank you to Jonathan and the team at FallingWater Scapes! We highly recommend them and have been going 5 years strong with a regular service plan.
Evelyn Peterman: I hired Jonathan to dig my pond, set the skimmer and biofalls and dig and set a trench for my overflow as I wanted to do the rocking and landscaping myself for my small pond. His work was solid and punctual. His customer service and people skills did leave a bit to be desired however. I asked to schedule a short phone call to bounce an idea off him and he told me he would need to charge me. This was after a less than polite text exchange the week prior. I won’t be using Falling Waterscapes again. I was made to feel like a pest. Not great customer service- especially given the amount I was charged for his services. I spent over 5,000 dollars for three days of work and I supplied most of the materials myself. Not a happy customer.
