Evelyn: DO NOT rent from this company. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Sales representatives were awful to deal with and had major attitude problems.They were not helpful nor compassionate that we just lost everything in a fire. We ordered the top of the line mattress that fully sunk in after 6 months of use. We had to place folded towels in between the mattress and baseboard to keep it from sinking further. The sofa we got smelled like sweat and had several holes in the fabric. We had to get sofa covers. Overall I’d never rent from them again.

P B: My experience with Boston Room Dividers was nothing but positive. They helped us create the space that we wanted; materials used and installation were of high quality. We used the newly created room (walls + door) for nearly 4 years with no issues at all. When we were ready for it to be removed, the process was straightforward and professional and the crew left the space spot-less afterwards. I could not have been happier and I would highly recommend them!

Jessica Stanley: I went into Bob's looking to buy a couch. Walking in I was greeted by Jeff who was awesome. He was very helpful without being pushy. He answered all my questions about the pieces and explained the delivery process and the Goof Proof plan and prices. When I made my decision I was sat down with the Acceptance Now gentleman to discuss financing. This is where EVERYTHING went wrong. I was told the terms and prices and everything and agreed on what I was told. I left there thinking I was receiving a couch in early March. Later that night I reveived an email with the financing terms attached with prices for everything DOUBLED and my signature FORGED on SEVEN DOCUMENTS. SEVEN!! I could not believe it. Apparently, this is common practice with this company, which I had researched before. It took my THREE HOURS to get in touch with someone. When I finally reached someone (in the Woburn MA location) he tried to make excuses saying the signatures were all done electronically when things are done over the phone. Well, my stuff was done in person. When he was told that he just went quiet. He said he would cancel then came back trying to talk me into waiting until I could speak to a manager in person to cancel. I told him I would absolutely not do business with a company who forges signatures and screws people with pricing. Look up other reviews from this company and you will see this is normal practice for them. Disgusting. I do not know how they are able to get away with it.I was also out my $50 down payment. But I literally did not care at that point. I am just happy I read everything over and realized what they had done.

J Parker: By far the WORST experience I've ever had!!! First of all I would like to say that the ACCEPTANCE NOW program that Bob's offers to customer's is a SCAM! and I wish I would have done my research first because they have been doing this for years to people!I was sent an email from Bobs a few months ago stating I was approved for their acceptance now program for up $2,150 towards furniture. I needed furniture for my daughter at the time and decided to visit the store to see how the program actually works. I was told there were 3 different options to choose from. I had the money to purchase everything UP FRONT but I liked the idea of the program helping to boost your credit. I decided to go with the 1st option, 120 day payoff no interest. I was reassured more than once that the total balance in full after making the purchase in full by MAY 2, 2020 would be $2,182 (taxes & fees included) I was even given highlighted paperwork to show what my payments would be every month plus what the balance was after making a payment in store that day for the balance in full. I was also told I couldn't pay more than the amount due each month to lower down the cost of the payoff amount at the end of the 120 days. After the first month I tried making a payments online but each time the website would tell me my email address was incorrect. I was forced to call over the phone and told that there was no email on file and that they would add it to my profile and would not charge me for the phone payment because this was not my fault. I was still charged though. After making my payment in full this past month for the remaining balance, I realized I paid more than the actual agreement! I wanted answers and I wasnt getting them. But they still got their money! What doesn't make sense to me is that I asked all the right questions that needed to be asked before a purchase was even made just to be lied to and given false information repeatedly. I still don't know how or why I paid more than the price quoted on my agreement. I was told I couldn't pay off my balance before the 120 days and I could not make extra payments other than what was due each month. I love Bob's but I don't think I'll ever do business with them again just based off of how my experience was and is still going til this day. And if you don't believe my experience.... do your research! Acceptance Now is a SCAM!!!!! GOOGLE THE COMPANY
