StawBury: They made me cry, I'm warning you all, don't come here! The staff were lazy and rude. When I tried to get service they tried to ignore me. And when I finally get their attention they make me feel stupid and selfish for wanting to order food. When I said I wanted to order 5 sandwiches and 10 bowls for a party back home, and they just laughed in my face and told me they won't take my order because its too much work. They clearly hate their customers. There was no line/traffic. I was the only customer present. They said they would serve me just only one item. After waiting 30mins while the staff snickered and talk rudely about me with each other on front of me I finally was able to get my food. I was crying silently and they they laughed and tried to discreetly take photos of me crying when they thought I wasn't looking. I went home immediately clearly upset. No one stood up for me. The sandwich had little flavor and dry. If you don't want to be bullied and socially isolated please DO NOT spend your money here.

Ale: I had the Namesake bahn me in the truck, the bread was good. But the sandwich had very mild flavors. Like food without seasoning. The pork is not great and the vegetables were not cut as small as they should have. They really need to make a mix of more flavorfull proteins, better sauces and and improve preparation of vegetables, far from being a good bahn mi or sandwich

The sandwich was so delicious I picked every piece of meat, carrot, sauce that fell from the sandwich to eat it. There were no other customers there, but the two people behind the counter still basically refused to help me order a non-pork meal using the self -service check out thing. I wanted to know what proteins I could substitute and they just kept saying any without telling me what the options were which was not clearly listed anywhere. I just went with tofu. After this entire engagement they did not look at my order closely enough to make it without pork the first time and had to make it again, throwing the pork version in the trash.

Especially compared to other places with similar cuisine. The pho broth is kinda boring. The kimchi just kinda tastes plain. And the fried rice is good but not as good as any standard Chinese takeout joint.

On top of that, they charge you for a paper bag when it's a take out.-rice noodles in a chicken broth, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, roasted chicken, and scallions.Small portions of food, overpriced and lack of flavor.

For example, 10 bucks only gets you a few pieces of chicken and some rice for the rice bowl dishes—don’t get these if you’re hungry. I’ve found the Namesake to be the only good deal with a good balance of protein and bread for the price.

Ben Dennis: Not sure what to make of this place that names itself after a Vietnamese dish, yet has an identity crisis with what food and cuisine it actually wants to serve. My miso kimchi ramen broth was bland and lost in its flavors and composition. The surprise winner of the dish was the pulled pork which was shockingly delicious. This restaurant needs to look itself in the mirror and figure out a direction, not try to pretend to be all Asian and nothing at once.

Tan Ho: The food was average. My girlfriend and I got two dishes that have chicken in them, but it turns out the chicken is dry. The flavors of the dishes were very slim. It could of been more tasteful. Overall, would I go again? No I would not.

I wonder how many orders Bon Me has not gotten because of this Square Space website.

Michael Goldberg: I love Bon Me and so happy when I learned you opened this location. I went on Friday and did my regular salad order and unfortunately it was very disappointing. You left off the additional chickpeas that that I paid extra for, the lettuce in the salad seemed expired, and the salad had roughly half of the ingredients that it normally comes with. I know that it is very tough to expand at a time with a limited workforce but I also know that if you want me as a customer, you can do better.----Bon Me reached out and apologized after I did this post and I updated the review as I do really love Bon Me and will give them another shot.
