Ed Abrams: Pemberton Garden Services was using a leaf blower at 86 Wendell Street on Veterans Day prior to the allowed time window per the Cambridge Leaf Blower ordinance. I am a neighbor to this property. One of the workers was rude to me. The owner contacted me and apologized for the behavior of his worker and took responsibility for the scheduling mistake. This was the first time that I a landscaping contractor has ever apologized to me for leaf blower usage. Thanks
