K Harris: Same as everyone else. Got billed for someone else's account. Eversource is attempting to force me to pay and want provide any type of resolution assistance.
Red New: I feel as quick as they shut it off why it take forever to come back on why do you have to wait until the next day I have alot of WHY'S cause it just don't make any sense and to have kids in the house on a hot day and now night time and still no lights sad...

They couldn’t provide any details as to what crews were actually doing to fix the problem. I told them a wire was sparking on our power line and they seemed to think that was irrelevant. Worst experience ever.

Will Cramer: Called them around 9:30 Monday morning, very calm and professional person helped me set up my account, get a discounted rate through SNAP, and sent me a proof of service for my Somerville parking application. So my experience was great, sounds like everyone else had a tough time tho.
Joseph DeVirgilio: About to finish a beautiful stone wall for my customer, showed up to do the ending touches only to find they destroyed the wall, column, and footing. I spent the week protecting her plants that her deceased husband planted and they destroyed all those too. Every employee on that job sight was careless. Absolutely no regard for her property what so ever and now I can't get paid because all my progress was lost. Thanks for making difficult times harder for me, her, and my kids.

James Donahue: Despite the other reviews I see, I had a very pleasant experience calling in to customer service at Eversource. I had just moved so I needed to add myself on to my address' billing system. I made a mistake doing so online, so I called to get that fixed and to get some forms emailed to me. The woman I spoke to was very kind, and was able to help me with everything that I needed, and answered all of the questions I had.I am assuming that these reviews are only left by people who have something to complain about, but this company's customer service gets 5 stars from me.
YAS: I have to say I do not have much expectation when it comes to customer service and this why I tried to do this online. Of course my Apt was not able to be found through their online website. I had to call and I was met with such rudeness. The 1st lady gave me the nice voice but rude tone if you know what I mean. The 2nd man Larry hung up on me when I said I did not want to give my #ssn over the phone and asked questions about other options. There needs to be a better way to sign up for service. I wish I could have just stayed with National Grid.

Alex Siavelis: I have enrolled in their paperless billing system about 8 different times over the past 2 years and I still get paper bills in the mail every single month, along with ads in my email urging me to go paperless. On top of the fact that the website is absolutely useless.
igli leka: The worst company in human existence, I called and the tryglodite answer, politely explained. Gave a specific address, that's how we humans use to describe a precise location. And the ape wanted a geographic location, o boy. Monopoly at its best!!!!!

Steve Petrosh: T76 750 commercial plate of the driver on 6/30 who could not be bothered to go the speed limit on university Ave around 9:10am. Ide rather drive behind a horse and carriage than someone who hits the brakes every 15 feet to go 35 in a 45 on a 1 lane road. Single handedly causing a delay on that road.

Gordon Long: Eversource is the worst There’s a light pole across the street from my house that’s being red tag or unserviceable for many years when there is a little bit winds my service line keeps going down damaging my fascia boards plus my cedar’s siding, I put them on notice about safety hazards to the public ,when someone get electrocuted or cause bodily injuries them they will get it straight, today I am only one in my neighborhood without power because the same issues again now they telling me I need to put a new fascia board before the restore my power, over ands over again I hope nobody ever gets hurt

kelly berardi: We called Eversource to set up an account to establish new service for a house we are building in Canton. It took them 6 weeks to finally review the file. The representative sent us an email letting us know that " you aren't going to be happy but the cost to bring the line down the driveway is $37,000." We requested back up information and detail on the scope of the project as we believe the pricing is not accurate. They did not provide any. They then told us we need to pay them to repave the driveway and also pay for $1500 for an easement onto the neighboring property. They also stated it would take them 4 days to trench the line.....None of it made any sense.We pushed back again and requested to speak to a manager. We were never placed in contact with a manager. Instead they sent out a young field person to the job who again had no idea what was going on and admitted he had not reviewed the file or the application.He then threw out an $18,000 price and told us it was high because Eversource needs to make a certain return on any new residential install since the monthly usage isn't high. We spoke to the builder and he is in complete shock over this and has never paid that much for a gas hook up. After their 6 week delay, the field engineer then stated that they couldn't install the new gas line for another 8 weeks. When pressed about paving and other aspects of the job, he would throw out random figures as to what the impact would be if we chose to do it ourselves.We are left with no alternative and are going to contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. Again, we have yet to receive a detailed quote breaking down this cost. This wreaks of price gouging. Had we not requested a meeting, I am concerned that they would have charged someone the $37,000 knowing it was wrong. Terrible customer service and unethical behavior.....
Patrick Gartland: Customer service is concerning. You can call but I would highly recommend to save yourself some time and frustration. The representative is usually rude, not helpful and will force you off the line. 1 Star is given for atleast answering my call this time.

Jerry C: Simply dangerous. I'm not even a customer. Nasty Eversource utility truck drivers. Four events in the past four months. Eversource has no control or interest in reigning in their utility workers. Today's example. I was in a car and almost hit as the Eversource driver became frustrated with a police action in front of us, drove on the wrong side of the road, cut off traffic, beeped furiously and flipped us off. The truck was not part of an emergency. It was a McDonald's run. Watch out for them. Just scary.

Layonna Harris: Horrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I have been paying the electric bill and I have been moved out for 3 months. Instead of them contacting me, they have sent it to collections. I would definitely not recommend this company. Two thumbs down!
