Venkat Narayanan: Sorry I did not explain why I gave a 5 star rating. Here is why.I went there for a part that was very difficult to find (three different hardware stores). The staff (a lady and a gentlemen) spent like 20 to 30 minutes finding the right part for me, after browsing thru different vendors' catalogs and made a special order with overnight turn around. Service like this, is what keeps bringing business back over and over. Thanks

Jane the parts manager saved the day for us. The gentleman who answered my call was friendly and the other who ran my order outside (COVID) was friendly too. These are stressful times and this experience wasn’t at all. I highly recommend looking to this company for your needs.

Patrick Monroe: Most orders we’ve made have been screwed up, sent to the wrong branch hours away, or wrong parts ordered. They’ve put us in jeopardy of losing multi million dollar contracts and we’re contemplating a lawsuit at this point

Stanley Jue: The people who work the counter were really helpful. The place has lots of plumbing parts and also furnace and hot water heating parts too. They have a whole range of tools to help you do the job correctly. If they don't have it in stock they will have it the next day or refer you to a place that has it.

DC Vaughn: Almost all stock is laid out on the floor in aisles where you can inspect it and pick what you need. For me, that's good because I like to see what's available and discover unique parts I wasn't aware of. Good, experienced counter staff for orders and assistance.

justin locke: I first went to two other places trying to find the right cartridge for a leaky faucet, no luck at all, and these guys knew exactly what I had and what I needed, and were great in giving me advice on how to install.

Cheryle Carson: Got the worst tax advice in my life, "don't pay payroll tax, just take money out as an owner contribution" so got a total tax bill of over $9,000.00 and just got another $774.00 fine for improper filing of a business form. Thanks a lot - Get a real CPA firm if you need help with small business accounting/taxes
