I almost passed by since it was very small and thinking it was a gas station. However, inside is very cozy and very clean. My kids had enough snacks provided from the dealership and enjoyed reading books while me and my wife enjoyed checking out new Genesis models.I said the current location is small right? BUT their inventory is BIG. Bigger than any other Genesis, Hyundai dealership around Boston. Genesis brand value is keep going up and it’s even hard to test drive since dealerships don’t have any in stock. However, that’s not the case of the Genesis of Braintree. They have bunch of models with different trims and colors. They are all brand new and 3 were sold when I was there omg. They are keep getting new inventory so check this place out!Last but not for the least, my sales person Jay was absolute 10/10. Energetic, warm, explain everything in detail, and answer all the questions me and my wife had. No hidden fees or anything, he is upfront and try to give the best deal he can give. I’ve traded in my older car and his trade in value was fair enough that I decided to go for it on the first day I test drove the GV70. I bought during the long weekend when the RMV is closed, however, he did what he promised and I’ve picked my car on Tuesday with everything taken care of. I loved the look and the size of the GV 80 and so we decided to make the 1 1/2 drive to Braintree to check them out. I had no intention of purchasing the vehicle that day but I loved it!! Very rude and talk down to you like you have no business asking to negotiate even when other genisis dealers, even in the current market, are selling the same car for MSRP. Will offer bottom dollar on your trade even if "current market value" is well above like their vehicle as they suggest. Told them what other dealers offered and then they stopped responding to me. Lazy sales reps that don't want your business unless you are willing to pay 5k over MSRP. 0 stars go to Connecticut to buy your genisis it will save you thousands.

Steven Ho: Terrible! Scheduled a test drive for 7pm. Arrived at 7:06pm driving from 45miles away. Guy by the front door looked me up and down and was told the appointment shouldn't have been booked because they don't do test drives after 7pm. To make it worse, the saleperson condescendingly asked if i wanted to book another test drive. Just walked away irate. Thanks for wasting 1.5 hours of my life.
