Brynn Vessey: Meg is a hair magician! I have always had wild, untamable hair that’s never sat quite right. It’s curly in the majority of it, but has some spots that are almost pin straight. I’ve also always been on the line between “bronde” and brown and never known what to ask for to make my hair really shine. Well - after a friend recommended Meg to me - I walked in and asked her to just do what she thought would be best. She cut my extremely thick and wavy hair in a way that made it not only manageable, but also SO easy to work with. She also gave me an incredibly balayage that grew out so perfectly I didn’t have to worry about touch-ups. The owner sent one of her staff downstairs and she returned with a chilled glass of white wine. The stylist, M, rushed me out of her chair after shaving most of my head when I asked for a pixie cut with a fade. The cut she gave me was comically bad and patchy in a lot of parts, and she proceeded to dismiss my complaints entirely.

The services are very high quality and the salon is clean, but I love that the decor is eclectic and authentic vs. other uptight/sterile salons that try too hard to appear upscale. Feri was amazing and so kind; she asked plenty of questions to fully understand what I was looking for and I was so happy with my cut.
