12 Step Education Program: what do users think?
Jason Wolffe: Two years at the house and I’ve stayed sober. Meetings almost every night. Russ, Tony, Jimmy and Will are great guys. I highly recommend this house.
Tyler Byrne: Place is infested with bed bugs horribly!!!!!! People will do nothing but steal your stuff here and nothing happens to them. They do nothing but rob you for your money at this place! Had some of the worst experiences in my life here for 6 months and would hope no one will waste their time And money here!!!!
Steven Pitaro: This progam has literaly turned my life around. Since coming here mid april 2017 i have attended 3 - 8 support groups weekly {in house} and learned how to stay sober and clean despite whatever else ma be happening in my life.My wife and extended family are pleased with the result as well. i would highly reccomend the program to anyone seeking support in their journey to recovery

Granada House Inc: what do users think?
Joseph Sorrentino: Worst place they treated me horrible from the start i told them i had medical problems at my intake appointment if it was a problem they should have told me to find another program. They wrote me up for having an active nuerotin rx. In my system which was bs. They kicked another guy out because of his diabetes. They absolutely violated my right civil rights they made me feel terrible for having medical issues i cannot control. Do not go to this place if your seeing drs. Or if sick in anyway they will victimize you. Its just poorly run by newly sober untrained staff. Absolutely the worst experience of my life.
lilduke617: Good people
Paula DeGrandis: This place saved my life, great experience, very caring staff and counselors.
Rick D'Alarcao: Most horrible place. Run by women who hate men. They threw $1000 worth oh my private property in the dumpster for absolutely no reason.
Donna Adduci: Best experience of my life!!! Highly suggest it to anyone in need of recovery. I graduated from the program and am now working for them. Never thought ID be doing so well but only because of the treatment I received there at the Granada house.
jake vieira: This place is by far the worst horrible staff no aftercare plan no resources they’ll set you up for failure
Shawn Seven: First place I realized that people do actually care. One of the best experiences I've ever had. Plenty of rope, don't hang yourself. I love the place.
Thomas McPherson: the granada house definitely gave me a foundation to rebuild my life.that being said i would not recommend the house to younger people. being a co-ed facility the focus on recovery can often be affected. a large percent of the clients go there because of the co-ed living situation.it is extremely difficult for the staff to keep relationships under control, seeing that hormones are raging in early recovery. the non smoking aspect is questionable as many of the clients smoke on the down low. the location is great and it is extremely easy to find a job as well as commute to a job seeing that harvard square is about a 10-15 min walk. i found it more of a relaxed recovery setting which could be a good or bad thing depending on the person. also i found staff very inconsistent with discipline depending on the client.male clients will always get discharged over an in-house relationship which is also very questionable.all in all it was a decent experience.as any program it is what you make of it, if you put in the work and keep your priorities in order you will have a good chance of recovery. distraction from the opposite sex would be the biggest negative in my opinion.my stay was almost 2 years ago so management may have changed.i met some great clients as well as staff and i am grateful for the granada house.
Barbara Lara: It needs re-structuring of management. Other than that awesome place for non-smokers
Julius Harris: Im really greatful for the Granada house!! The staff here are great. Its saving my life. Im blessed.
Alexandra Aldrich: The House That Love Built: Granada is like no other recovery support structure in that it fully embraces the paradoxes and complexity that make up real life and adulthood. It treats clients like grownups, and does not micro-manage, but also thereby gives recovering residents plenty of rope with which to hang themselves! Accountability is considered an absolute given, and rules such as no smoking on the grounds, completing assigned chores, honesty, kindness, respect, etc., are not treated at all lightly by staff, which may come as a surprise to new residents. After arriving from a locked rehabilitation or criminal justice facility many experience the freedom of being able to come and go as they please, set their own meeting schedule, etc., as signs of laxity - the inevitable hammer coming down upon rule breaking is invariably met with indignant surprise, even though they had been advised of the rules both verbally and in a handbook - but given that staff are so warm and egalitarian, there is often a misguided assumption they might not really mean it! Hopefully the first offense is for something minor enough to allow for a second chance before getting the boot!Participants who do manage to stay for the full experience (usually ~6 months) get a solid foundation in living day to day life substance-free in 12-step recovery. Clients attend weekly meetings with their individual counselor, daily 12-step meetings in the local community, as well as internal group counseling and educational sessions several times a week. All residents are expected, according to their ability, to obtain employment and pay their agreed upon rent. New residents are given some job search assistance and help obtaining human services as needed. Full dinner is provided on weekdays, and staples with which to make meals at other times are provided as well.Clients are encouraged to form support structures, and are assisted in figuring out next steps, whether that is moving to an affiliated sober house nearby or returning home, returning to a previous career, etc. People often form lasting and supportive friendships during their stay, and graduates in good standing are also welcome to drop by any time for a chat, a meal, to attend an in-house meeting or to attend a nearby meeting with a group of residents. Many graduates have said that not only did Granada House change their direction and save their lives - not only did it teach them how to work, play drug-free, and live with others - it gave them their first real sense of a place to feel at home since childhood. ❤💜💙💚💛
Armand sutherland: This Place helped me when. No one else would they save lives.

Caspar Inc: what do users think?
Chris Torra: The Caspar House saved my life. I have 2 years of sobriety and the staff at the Caspar House helped me build my foundation. So grateful today.
Esme Fantasia: It is outrageous that a facility claiming to assist mother's with their newborns up to one year old and or pregnant women in recovery are subject to no sobriety curriculum, no security, no clinicians that have first hand experience with children and or substance abuse. There is a continuous revolving door of case managers. The program called NEW DAY in Somerville needs to be closed, have it's funding evaluated, and have a real conversation about it's future. If a plan is formed and action is taken then it could be a possibility to reopen.
Miss Miawallis: A Dictatorship where they take money from vunerable women in recovery.
sarahlina yano: A great foundation for woman that are pregnant or children *
Shey B: Amazing women's and infants program. Awesome, awesome, awesome staff👍
Tracy Inglis: Absolutely nothing like jail. A great place to build a foundation in recovery.
Catherine Soucier: Horrible jail-like facility. Avoid!!!
