amanda: First and foremost this place doesn’t even deserve 1 star ..... Very unprofessional. One of there drivers beeped his horn at me about 6 times for no good reason. Then as I was getting onto the highway he came extremely close to side swiping my car trying to aggressively get in front of me. I would never ever recommend such an unprofessional car service to any one. If you do happen to hire these people to drive you around do not get into the vehicle with the license plate number LV73178.

Renee L.: Oh my. Due to circumstances beyond my control I had to utilize this service. I was shocked when a small car, like an old Prius, appeared. It simply said cab on the door. LOL. Inside the car the smell of Indian curry was overwhelming. Likely they deliver food as well. I needed to wind the window down. I was meeting colleagues at a restaurant and I didn't want to be seen getting out of the car. I had the driver pull around the corner.

Christopher Guiney '14: 7/13/19 Driver on Mystic in Cab 160 plate 2344 driving at 9:00 PM in the dark with no lights on. Ignored blink on / off signals from me in car behind. I don't know if the driver is a senior citizen or had a recent tragedy and isn't all together there. But that driver is not safe, please contact him/her and correct this behavior.

Carol Sheehan: Driving down 95 north bus # 183 was transporting passengers while she was actively reading her cell phone not paying attention to driving… Also driving without lights on during heavy rain. They are supposed to follow the law that requires headlights on when it’s raining. Most companies actually keep headlights on all the time for safety! Had to try 3 different phones numbers just to leave a message. No one answered phone listed on van, number on website no longer in service. Finally called the number listed for “hiring drivers.”

John Oliverio: At 9:36 a.m. on Wednesday December 23rd a driver in van numbered 186 cut me off on route 2 because I was going to slowly (spoiler alert, I had two screaming kids in the backseat). Full disclosure, I then cut him off although I didn't get dangerously close to him. He then proceeded to cut me off again, once again getting way too close to me. I regret retaliating, but as I reflect on it all the initial interaction was completely unnecessary given that there was ample space in the road and I would not want one of my loved ones being around by the person driving that van.-John
Luke Osborne: I have another complaint about the dangerous drivers of this company. Today I was riding home from work on my bicycle and one of the drivers of this company passed me too closely then cut me off, pushing me out of the road. I later easily passed the car, which was stuck in traffic. Impatient drivers willing to risk the lives of others to save no time for themselves do not belong in the driving business.

They go above and beyond for you and make it stress free getting to doctors appointments and tests, allowing me to get the care I need to help me on my journey to get well.
