Cam Monagle: I’m not one to share bad reviews usually give the benefit of the doubt but this was ridiculous.I get a cold call asking if I’m looking for a bike I say yes I am and say my stipulations.Gentleman on the phone says they have a 2017 RGS 4k miles $16,000. Now obviously I found that fishy but went with it anyways. I set up an appointment at 330pm on Tuesday for 1015am Wednesday and the bike will be “washed and fueled ready for a test drive”Not 10 minutes later I called back with other people listening on speaker phone to confirm the details of this bike because they didn’t believe it either. The gentleman again confirms 4k miles $16,000 2017 RGS.To no surprise, I go in the next day the bike is nowhere to be found but they of course have more expensive, more mile bikes to show me. As soon as the term “bait and switch” got mentioned all of a sudden a RGS with almost 10k miles is located in wholesale warehouse.Truly I was considering purchasing this (paint was beat up pretty good). They weren’t going to warranty it unless I paid an amount somewhere between $199 and $599 otherwise they wouldn’t warranty it. After a while it was obvious they weren’t even serious about selling to me because “they couldn’t warranty it” no matter what.Today, they have the audacity to text me and ask “how did you like the Road Glide Special”Don’t waste your time here.

Joe H: Talked with internet sales on a 2019 Tri-Glide made a VIP appointment they called the night before to confirm and the morning of as I was in route there,After 57 mile drive there I find out the bike I was going to look at is SOLD the day before my appointment haha then talking before coming in are you set on that one we have 6 of them all different years get there they have 2 the one I was going in to look at and 1 other were are the other 4 nobody can tell me so they try to work deal on 2020 10k more and 4K more than a brand new one what a joke then to top things off they offer me 8 grand for mine and said with the low mileage we can go to 10k after telling me on phone should be worth 16500 in trade value what a joke guess he thought I was some SMF So hold on tight when you go to this dealer Never again The old bait and switch and what’s funny it’s still listed

Amanda: I have bought a 1200 Sportster new. I have had nothing but issues with it and filed numerous grievances with this store. It's to the point where this new motorcycle is dangerous it had stopped working on the highway. Before this I had brought it in quite a few times, for the same problem, the bike was not powering on. I have been told that it is essentially user error not only by the owner, but by techs working on the bike. I was told I was leaving it in Accessory mode; which is false. Last week someone checking it in actually was able to replicate the problem. Since then I have not been able to get in touch with anyone I have tried to get in touch with Frank Smith and everyone has been avoiding my calls or not getting back to me. This is my second lemon from this facility. I have been jerked around and have a faulty dangerous vehicle now. Avoid this place at all costs.Finally I was told today they were able to replicate my issue and Harley would be in touch. No remorse or apology in regards to this product being faulty for over a month. Absolutely terrible customer service.I ended up selling the bike I had enough. This place has more lemons then a lemonade stand. Horrible first time motorcycle owner experience.

Ashley Parry: This is my first time in this Harley shop. It was Christmas time and my dad loves Harleys. I've never been in there so I was a little intimidated at first but the staff was very friendly, funny, and actually made me laugh and was very helpful upon walking and asking me if I needed help but did not over hover so I was not uncomfortable. It was a pleasant experience and I would definitely come back again to purchase something for my dad. I was having trouble finding something on the cheaper side but the quality of their stuff is reallygood!

I reached out to numerous dealerships to purchase my first Harley, and decided to buy a 2021 Softail Street Bob from Montys! From the moment i walked in, i felt like i was part of the family! Every person in there is knowledgable, honest, and just 100% straight forward! The other bigger dealerships that i spoke with were rude and also tried to bait and switch me just to get me into their shop. Montys was excellent from the start! First off, they didnt have the bike i wanted in stock… So Dan and Eddie tracked 1 down for me and had it delivered to their shop within a couple days! When we went over pricing, there was NO HIDDEN FEE’s! It was honestly the most pleasant and relaxing vehicle purchase i have ever made! These guys deserve 100 stars! If you are looking to buy a Harley, do yourself and your wallet a favor and go see the guys over at Montys!
