Haunted Boston Ghost Tour: what do users think?
David Thibault: Great fun!! And, just the visit to Granery Burial Grounds-at Night!- is worth the price of admission 💯 highly recommend!!
doreen pustizzi: We had a wonderful time with our host Rachel! She was personable, funny, and a great storyteller. I highly recommend the tour for the whole family.
ash: Guide was very nice and knowledgeable. Had a great experience
Austin Zitelli: Friendly tour guide and good storytelling,
Cody: Tour was below-average. We didn't really hit many locations. The history was fun, but it felt very lacking overall. The price of this tour was lesser than others in town. So I guess you get what you pay for.
Halle Sinnott: Harry was a great storyteller and historian! This was a great tour around the Boston Commons and a bit of the surrounding area too. Our group really enjoyed our tour.
Mikala Gilroy: So informative and fun! Gabe was a great guide. Highly recommend!
chelsie johnson: Thanks for the tour we had fun doing the haunted pub crawl
02141bob: I've done this tour once before and it's educational and alot of fun at Halloween time. The story teller makes all the difference.
Laurel Heavner: It was a great tour! We had a really fun time.
TNR Contact: Harry was our tour guide & he was the best! He is very knowledgeable, funny, & took the time to get to know us. He gave great recommendations and was full of historical information. I would highly recommended this tour for him alone.
Tom Sauer: For someone whom has been working for Haunted Ghost Tours, Gabe was very good. He was very informative, entertaining, knowledgeable and engaging. He had a few potential distractions (dogs running around at the park) however he kept on going with the tour incorporating the situation within the guided tour. I would recommend, especially Gabe.
amy kosanovich: Harry was an amazing tour guide. Filled with enthusiasm and entertainment. This was a fun attraction to learn more about the history of Boston. Thanks for the fun information!
Sara Dennis: I could not recommend Haunted Boston enough. I was a little worried when we first started because the road was busy and there was a lot of foot traffic but Megan easily found the quietest places to stand and made sure everyone in the party was able to hear us. One reason I initially booked this tour is because I wanted to get away from the theatrical, super cheesy tours that most ghost tour companies do and this tour did not disappoint. Megan made her tour creepy and spooky while being steeped in history and I really appreciated that. Overall, would definitely recommend this tour.
DJJ: Don't waste your time or money with this tour, it really was a let down. In a city like Boston where there's tons of history and scary things, this was boring with a capital B. In addition, it was incredibly unorganized. We were asked to get there 15 minutes ahead of time, but the first bar was closed for a private party so we had to stand in the rain waiting for the guide who was late. It wasn't a spooky tour at all, go on one of the bus tours if you're into this kind of stuff.
Donna Doherty: Ailene(sp) our guide was very knowledgeable and provided so much interesting and specific history about persons of the time. The tour was one of the best we were on. Recommend it highly!
Mary Catherine Martin: Thanks Meaghan, our family enjoyed the evening!
Samantha Hil: I have been on nearly every walking tour of Boston, so hearing a new piece of Boston's history is rare, but I learned so much on this tour! Regardless of if you believe in ghosts or not, this tour is a must as they cover the history of the not so famous Boston residents and how the town was shaped into what it is today.
Katie Giguere: Very nice! Would recommend! The only problem we had was finding parking, cost 40$ at a garage nearby for only one and a half hours, but I guess that's to be expected when you meet in front of a graveyard. And it is definitely rain or shine so be prepared!
Reinaldo J Diaz Hernandez: This was a fun, great experience! Full of very interesting stories. The tour lady was amazing!
Alexandria Smith: We went as a bachelorette party and it was so fun! Our guide Charlotte was amazing and had a lot of great stories to tell!

The Royal Sonesta Boston: what do users think?
Ben Spader: Pretty good. Hotel walls are a little thin so you can hear what's going on in the hallway, but other than that I was pretty impressed. Really great views from the room of the waterRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view …More
Deanna Melendez: Last minute stay and I had a great stay! The room was very clean! I also had a spectacular view of the Charles and the skyline of Boston! Would stay here again!
Sara Jane Dimond: We have stayed here a couple different times over the last five years and previously had very great experiences here. This time there was a very noticeable plummet in the quality of our stay. The staff was pleasant to a point but was very rude when asked if room service was available (it isnt) and our room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned. There was previous trash left in all the bins including a used panty liner in the bathroom trash. Then while we were in the pool a guest brought an unleashed large dog into the pool and threw it in the deep end at another guest who was visibly injured and bleeding in the water. The dog struggled in the pool for several minutes until other guests intervened and lifted the dog out. These guest were also injured. At no point during this ordeal did we see a staff member intervene or come along to check on others involved. We will be going elsewhere for our vacations in the future.
Amanda Bandeira: Hotel excellent, however we were 3 in the room and only have towels for 2.We asked to someone to come to bring towels and bed linen for the third guest and they only brought towels and a blanket. After we called 2 times, someone brought us a extra set of bed linen, but said He couldnt make the sofá bed arrengements. We did ourselves. But besides that, everything was excellent. For sure I Will book this hotel again. And the hotel restaurant is excellent.
Yoyo MA: Very nice lobby andhotel but rooms are poorly lit. Too much waste with bottled water - should find a better, eco friendly solution.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Mike: The banquet hall was perfect size and the food was very good. I liked that the hall was near the front and easily located.
Robert Schwerdt: The hotel was pretty nice, but they totally dinged me with hidden fees upon checkout. I was absolutely NEVER made aware of their hidden junk fees at any point. I’ve contacted customer service and they really don’t care. I get copy and paste “brush off” responses, but they’re unable to verify that I was made aware of fees (because I wasn’t) and unwilling to refund them.
Bob Field: Loved everything about this hotel except the Starbucks wannabe shop downstairs that had one price on the menu (which was $1.40 more expensive than a real Starbucks) but then charged me $.50 more putting my Mocha at well over $7.00. Enough already!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Gina: Beautiful, Clean and Modern Decor. Two beautiful cafes on main level. Great, Kind, Professional Staff. Beautiful Views of the River. Convenient Centralized location. Dated amenities, no room service, rooms are compact but beautiful and have all necessities including mini fridge, extra storage and desks, motion sensored lighting. Small plasma tvs. Very nice, simple fitness center, has all the basic but updated equipment. Bathrooms always well maintained.Walls are paper thin. Elevator is loud. One elevator was out so there is a small wait for the elevator. Alittle pricy but I still had an overall good experience. 👍 I would do it again.Walkability: Easy to walk to main attractions near by, bring your walking shoes!!
Martin Riggs: Good location, excellent views and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the bar closes to early (10pm).Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Jackie corbin: All staff was very helpful and pleasant. Always have a great stay. Bartender in the pub was extremely rude...to several customers...will not go back there for a nightcap. That was this passed Friday evening. Will definitely return..just not to your pubRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jennifer English: Frequent stays at Royal Sonesta, it is never a hassle and love the in lobby Starbucks. Great location right on river front with quiet low traffic walk along river to office on main street.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …More

The Liberty, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Boston: what do users think?
Joseph Troiano: Great experience. People were nice and attentive. Great feather free floor and super clean.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Jonathan Fuchs: This hotel is beautiful and the staff is great, if you go to Boston stay in this place. Bar is great, restaurant is great, nightlife was fantastic in this place!Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Jenelle Cameron: Stayed here for the marathon 2023. Fabulous place - great location and service.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Doug Dillmuth: It's an old jail converted to a hotel. Super cool building. Really good food and hotel bar. So we were there for the purpose of the Boston marathon. For 99% of the rooms, this would not be an issue. Apparently on Saturday night, the hotel bar turns into a full club. This was an issue because our room was on the interior lobby wall. The room literally shook until 2 AM and the bathroom mirror was vibrating and almost fell off the wall from the bass and the music. Could not sleep at all. They gave us half off the room for the night for the inconvenience which was fair. They didn't do the lobby club thing on Sunday night. Room was nice. Linens and towels were changed every day and bed made and a lot of places don't do that anymore. Towels were Holiday Inn quality, not luxury quality. The televisions aren't smart TVs which is surprising so not Netflix access so bring a roku or firestick. The in room snacks and drinks are not priced to sell. They are priced so you wouldn't dare open a beer. $10 M&M's, $7 can of Coke, $9 Michelob Ultra? Who's buying that? You could get a craft beer and a nearby bar for far less. Great location. Clean room.
Ayzik Kk: Fun to visit, great service and locationRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
David Kaufman: Always fun to stop by while visiting the city to have a drink and see this place. I seem to see something new every time.
Gaby Dubuc: Un peu cher mais tellement bien situé
Ms Berries: The restaurants were 5-star (Scampo and Clink). The food was delicious as were the food and drinks in the hotel lobby. The rooms were a teeny bit old but were cleaned so very well. But my main reason for the 5-star rating is THE STAFF. Every employee from the valets, to the wait staff at the restaurants and lobby, to the front desk, to housekeeping were AMAZING. Every last one of the employees was genuinely friendly and helpful. They were engaging and so very kind. We never once had to chase anyone down. They were all so attentive and absolutely PERFECT. Never in all my travels have I ever encountered a hotel staff that was so world class in terms of personality, skill, professionalism, and friendliness. We asked for extra sets of bath towels and they were at our door in 5 minutes. The wait staff at one point had 4 servers for us who kept checking on us, and they were so much fun. Blown away. We'll definitely be going back. I highly recommend The Liberty Hotel Boston!Rooms: Beautiful and lots of characterNearby activities: Shopping and grocery, pharmacy nearby also walking distanceWalkability: Minutes away via walking from TD GardenFood & drinks: Superb
Curtis Newcomer: Concierge team provided excellent service. Matt and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend this hotel.Noteworthy details: Great service and follow up
Ruben Escano Jr: My stay at The Liberty was fantastic. I took a weekend trip to Boston in January. The hotel was unique, eye-catching, and all-around an enjoyable stay. The room and decor were amazing, and the view was top notch. Everything was clean and housekeeping was amazing. I really pay attention to the overall quality of the room in hotels where i go: baseboards were straight, door jambs were perfect, grout was clean in the bathroom, lighting was perfect (except for one reading light that was out on the bed frame, but i did not care much for that), and the furniture seemed new.Room service was perfect (had it two nights in a row). The main lobby serves as a lounge on weekends. I think this was rather neat, but overall not really my scene. The noise did not reach the room, which i greatly appreciated.I only had two complaints about The Liberty:The host at check in seemed more interested in the live lounge than in checking me in.The lounge made getting in/out/around the first floor a pain. The floor was overcrowded and it ruined the ambiance of the hotel for me. But others really seemed to enjoy it.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and i will definitely be returning. I would give the hotel a 4.5/5. If you like a lounge/night club within a few feet of your room out of convenience, then i would definitely rate this a 5/5 for you (seriously the rooms seemed soundproof).
Kirin Ek: Would not recommend, highly regret choosing for birthday getaway. Rooms and bathrooms were not well maintained, good & rooms overpriced.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 2/5|Location: 4/5 …More
B P: $20 for a glass of wine to sit in a hotel lobby with a DJ blasting Ke$ha for a bunch of college kids.. Nah, the bar is just a cash cow and isn't what it was even a couple years ago. Drinks are insanely overpriced. Not worth it for what this place has become. The bar is full of hyper college kids wearing shredded hoodies and flip flops drinking their first old fashioned
OM: Amazing place with history it's a must do when you visit BostonHotel highlights Luxury, Great view …More
Alec B: Love the upside down Christmas trees for the holidays. 10/10 hotel
DAVID GEMMELL: We came for a Celtics game. 10 min walk to the TD Garden. Absolutely stunning place. Valet parking was only 9 dollars more than what you can get on the street!! Staff was so accommodating and helpful. Restaurant and bar within was excellent. And even though they provide a night life atmosphere within the lobby after 10, you can not hear a thing from your room. I love the fact, the guests are the only ones aloud on the upper level cat walks. We will definitely book this place the next time we go to Boston. I feel the price is great based on the location, staff, and property.

Hotel Indigo Boston Garden, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?
Shailja Somani: Great hotel in a wonderful location with a ton of sights, food & bars around. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Great service as well. The only downside is it can get loud on game days, etc due to its location, but I’d definitely still recommend it.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Nick Fanelli: Beautiful and different hotel.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …More
Dan (SouthShoreTour): Nice hotel and close to many tourist attractions including "The Garden". GO BRUINS! GO CELTICS! Be prepared to walk or ride one of those cool electric scooters.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Cindy Quick (Cindy Lu Who?): price is reasonable ... would definitely stay here again.Rooms: clean and modern motif - rooms have a white noise machine that is customizable to desired intensityNearby activities: great local restaurants, bars, and shoppingWalkability: One block from TD Garden (2 min walk)
Matthew Harvey: The staff were nice, but mostly it's the problems that stand out. We arrived after hours. We'd gotten an email that said, "if you arrive after 11PM the front desk will be able to assist you with your vehicle." But there was no place near the hotel to park, and when I called the help desk they were absolutely no help at all; we were on our own. Found a spot basically by a miracle after half an hour of searching.Other than that first night arriving, the staff was very friendly and helpful. However: I had other issues: the toilet kept stopping up, the shower dripped, the light switches were inscrutable. Most importantly for anyone traveling on business, the "desk" in the room was preposterously small, the desk chair was uncomforable (and broken to boot), and the alternative of trying to use the "business center" was even worse in terms of comfortable seating. How could anyone sit and use a computer while seated on a stool whose seat is as high as the table the keyboard is on? Fortunately the restaurant staff was willing to let me sit at a table and get some work done, and I found a table with an outlet nearby. Not comfortable, really, but somewhat workable. The restaurant is nice, if unremarkable; the only meal we had there was breakfast, twice, and it was a perfectly serviceable traditional American breakfast. The gym was a high point; small, but the functional trained alone makes it better-equipped than 95% of hotel gyms. Only issue with the gym was the light. It was bizarrely dark in there; the only light comes from a few "candle-holder" lights on the walls. Weird for a gym to be so dark. It's not really a BAD hotel, but definitely not worth the price if you don't really want/need to stay in that specific area.
Suzanne Dudzinski: Right across from TD Garden. 1/2 hr. walk from train station. Room was very clean and quiet.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Great value …More
Matthew Monson: We loved staying here. Saw an event at TD Garden and the location can't be better! You are literally across the street from the arena. If you are coming into Boston from the train this place is also right across the street. We had a king suite and couldn't be happier with our stay. The front desk was very polite and helpful with any questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we are going to events at the garden! Highly recommend.
Karen F: This hotel is right across the street from The Garden. The front desk staff and valet were great. We had fun in Blake's Restaurant before and after the show. We will stay here again for our next Garden event.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Becky Baltimore: Great staff and location!!!
Diana Dowland: Lovely hotel, friendly front desk staff and beautiful, clean rooms.Walkability: Across the street from TD Garden, conveniently located.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Matt Slack: Happy. Great price, staff was very helpful. The room was better lit, more comfortable with better details and accommodations than most in-city hotels I’ve stayed at for double the price. The location was excellent, easy walking to many great food and activity options.Check-in/out was quicker and smoother than normal. The room felt quieter than most city hotel stays, but someone in streets nearby was yelling that night…so we heard it but it wasn’t an issue.First Indigo stay and will stay here anytime and check out other Indigos in future. It was a noticeably better experience at a relatively cheap rate.
Brandt Hatala: Cold , Colder, Coldest.Hallways were warmer than our room. They added a space heater and gave extra blankets but room temperature was only 53 degrees by morning.Bring an electric blanket.
Dee F: Customer service was absolutely amazing from valet to the staff at the restaurant. Perfectly located in downtown Boston close to everything. Rooms were extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here your next trip to BostonRooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Long Pham: Nice modern apointed rooms. Proactively upgraded to Queen Suite w/ Additional Living Area (IHG Platinum). Zero views outside window. Windows were high, but if you're just there to sleep, the room is perfectly fine. Forgot to do a Speed test but WiFi speeds were good. Rest of detailed review belowRooms: Comfortable bed/pillow/cover. IHG does a good job with this. Keurig Kcups for coffee. Windows, high with no view. Though does get dark so great for sleeping. Bathroom on the smaller side. Little sink space so I ended up pulling a sofa side table to rest my toiletries on.Nearby activities: So much transit in the area. North Station has T-Green/Orange subway lines, MBTA Commuter Rail, Amtrak Intercity. 10 min walk to T-Blue Bowdoin. TD Arena, Fanieul
Alison Belmore: Great hotel, a little expensive, but what hotel isn't in Boston. The staff were polite friendly and the room was clean, beds very comfortable. It's a very short distance to TD Garden, perfect for any concert/sporting event. Close proximity to awesome food and right around the corner from some great pizza, perfect for taking with you when you drunkenly walk back to your room (lol)!!
Matt Barron: Checking in with Candice was a pleasure. She made sure we got the right room and that we were very comfortable. After checking into my room, the room next to me was so loud. I went back downstairs and Candice made sure to move me to a room in the quietest place in the hotel. The hotel rooms and the lobby are very clean and designed tastefully. My only issue was the TV channels did not work.
Marley O'Neil: Nearby activities: Across street from Garden, North Station and made game very accessibleRooms: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …More
Cheri Hibbard: Very clean! The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet in our room. The attached restaurant was a bit pricey and small portions but the food was good. The valet service was very prompt and friendly. The front desk was very friendly and efficient.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Ekaterina Kuzmina (Katya): The thermostat didn’t work in our room and by the time we figured out it was truly broken it was the middle of the night so not switching rooms at that point. It was 80 degrees in our room. They did give us a late check out for free so that made it better. Otherwise no complaints.
