Corbu Spa & Salon: what do users think?
Jessica Spaly: worst and most bizarre experience I've ever had at a spa. made two appointments while staying at the Charles hotel (for a brow/lash tint and a foot massage). No provider had showed up by 20 minutes past the scheduled tint appointment, so I told the front desk to just cancel it at that point. Came back for the foot massage which started 10 mins late (therapist said she had the time for 2PM, when the appointment was at 1:45PM as confirmed via multiple texts and emails) and the massage was not good (no pressure). The doozy was that they insisted on charging me for the brow/lash tint even though the provider had not yet showed up 20 mins past the scheduled time. And they could not have ruder the entire time, never even uttering the word sorry for the significant delay and inconvenience. Take your business elsewhere!
Sandra Smith: Cristina does an amazing job every time
Eva Sandler: Spa-goers, do not use their cosmetic services. The aestheticians don’t know what they’re doing - my lash lift was painful, visibly uneven and left my individual lashes in different directions. Staff did not listen when I asked for the product information (because I needed it in order to have my lift reversed by another professional). They were overly defensive and rude on the phone. Go here for a massage, but don’t let them touch your face!
Gina DeAngelo: Pretty disappointed. I went and at first was excited they didn’t try to sell me products or cut way more hair than just the split/dead ends, but the evening of my haircut I noticed how many split ends I still had. I paid $100 to have a stylist with no personality barely cut my hair and just blow it out - I could’ve styled it just the same. It’s been just over a week and doesn’t even feel like either service even happened.I loved the girl who did my waxing, but again I noticed that night that there were still so many hairs that weren’t gone. While I’d try their spa, I’ll go someplace cheaper for a haircut next time and I’ve purchased my own waxing kit for less than the cost of eyebrows and lip waxing there.
Adriana Sarmiento: Critical:CommunicationHope if you need to make an appointment or gat help you are lucky enough to get Jackie, because if you do not you will receive rudness and not help at all.
Julieta Sarmiento: Synthia is one of the best masseuse I have experienced in my life. I have had the opportunity of visiting spas from the UK to Mexico and Synthia stands out for her experience and strength. Jaqui and Andrea provided an outstanding customer service, were very kind and attentive. I am deeply grateful to them! I highly recommend Corbu Spa and their wonderful staff!!
Collin Davis: Great stylist. Great haircut everytime.
Deandra Robinson: Excellent service! Sinthia, Ayata and Magaly are my favorite massage technicians; their hands are magic!
Kathy Moody: The best spa in the Square. Pedicure, waxing & hair!!
Jennifer Kozlik: Love this place!
Amy Lee Jarvis: Very attentive and kind people. Good services
Maria Sauzier: I do like not writing negative reviews, but I want to make sure Jessica gets the feedback, and new clients are warned. I had a Classique Corbu Facial + Enzyme Treatment, and Jessica was not careful to keep it out of my eyes. At the end of the treatment my eyes were stinging and my vision was blurry. I did not complain because I thought it would be gone after a few minutes, and I was in a hurry to get elsewhere. But the stinging persisted for at least 36 hours, night and day, interfering with work, with relaxing and with sleeping. This is not what should happen after a $165 facial treatment. It seems ridiculous to have to say 'keep the lotion out of my eyes', but that is what I would recommend people do.
Kyle Conley: Spent a day for daughter’s birthday and we were well taken care of. Stephanie up front went above and beyond to make it a wonderful experience for both of us.
Christina Johnson: Not bad, not great.
Paul Robertson: Best in the Boston are.
Ashley Hagen: This place was awesome!! My friend and I were a last minute walk-ins and they took us right in. Kat & Katie we’re amazing in their hospitality and professionalism. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing day/afternoon.If I had one suggestion I would say to serve water in a glass with cucumbers and/or mint. See you soon!!
Patricia Johnson: Hair stylist Christine has NO personality. Found her rude to speak another language while doing hair
Michael Browne: Honestly, best massage I've ever gotten. Facilities were clean, and the decor welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, professional, and were very good at their jobs. My group and I were there for a Bachelorette party, and it went off without a hitch. They had a table set up for wine or champagne, with glasses, and little gift bags. All very nice. Not the cheapest, but definitely still an excellent value. I will definitely go back.
Caroline Summers: Amazing haircut and blow out from JP and Massage from Cynthia and HydraFacial.
Katy Bonnin: Just "ok" overall experience - especially for the price. Individual services were solid but welcome staff was disinterested (1/2 day package for 2) , lounge area wasn't tidy and one shower caused congestion. I think they get enough tourist trade that a return customer isn't a priority.
Gabby d'antona: Always leave relaxed and feeling great! It’s an amazing atmosphere and all workers from the front desk to the estheticians make the experience extra special! The facials and massages are out of this world. Got the therapeutic massage today with Katie, I must say best hour of my life! Thank you Corbu!

La Moon Thai Spa: what do users think?
Christopher Bunker: I had a great massage by Tatia. She did a great job on all my sore points. I'll go back often!
Tsoline Karakelian: Facility, staff, vibe is amazing. It’s clean and they are friendly.I went in for a facial and I must say I’m not happy with it. Don’t get me wrong, it was relaxing but on the website it does say extraction which ended up being done by the technicians knuckles (never had that done before and it was quite painful) and it says there would be a high frequency which I assumed was something along the lines of a NuFace. Nothing was used there. Just a lot of oil that ended up breaking me out today. I have white heads everywhere and my skin honestly feels gross. I hate leaving negative reviews but if you’re looking for a good facial to clean out your skin, this isn’t it.
Ruby Nicole: Great spot for massages
Esuma: No happy endings here! Just pain. And crushing. And more pain. But you'll feel good after :)

Was an amazing experience from start to finish, the place is very clean and well organized full of incredibly nice women who are truly experienced in their profession. 10/10 would recommend.
Emily Moran: My favorite spa in the area. I always feel so much better after a service. Very clean, friendly staff and easy online booking. Highly recommend!
Davia Schioppo: Wonderful experience. I had Lila for a 60 minute massage - she listened to my needs and provided a beautiful full body massage. Relaxing. Wonderful staff. Very clean.

Natalie Mamrol: Couples MassageVibe: 5/5; Clean, well decorated room, calming scents and music, new sheets and comfy massage bed. They even gave us slipper booties to keep the place clean.Service: 5/5; They greeted us by name when we arrived and we were able to fill out our information ahead of the massage, making it easier. They even water on the way out. I was able to make the appt online and they sent reminders the day before and of.Massage: 5/5; Best hour of our life. Our massage therapists spent time walking on our back, rubbing us with oil and hot stones, and stretching/cracking our joints. It was divine.Value: 5/5; Easiest the best massage of our lives, worth every penny.

Aestheticare Day Spa: what do users think?
N V: Patty always does an amazing job with my eyebrows. Great attention to detail. I also got microblading done with Patty and it came out so natural. I love them!
Brianna Davis: I called first thing in the morni g with a 911 lash removal yesterday after a prev lash tech glued the lashes to my skin, they were able to get me that day and the tech spent 2.5 hours removing repairing and replacing the lashes. She identifies an injury to my actual eye as well and instructed me to see an eye doctor to check it out. I am so grateful for this spa and for saving my eyes and lashes!
grace c. lee: Don’t get me wrong - the women there are super friendly and wonderful. This was my first facial in 10 years and i noted that i have very sensitive skin. I don’t know what my face is allergic to specifically but that i seem to get an allergic reaction to things.Essential oils, glyocolic acid, and a chemical exfoliation was used on me. It all felt great and fine at the time. However, a few hours later. My neck started getting rashy. I went to bed woke up in the morning with a completely swollen and rashy face and neck. I’m rather disappointed - for technicians who have worked for decades, you’d think they’d be a little more careful when someone says they’re face is very sensitive.I’ve taken 2 benedryl’s, 2 Claritin’s, and 2 Zyrtecs and I’m still completely swollen and rashy. That’s how bad the reaction is. Can’t wait to show this look off to clients tomorrow at work……….
Misha Fop: Lina is awesome! My skin felt amazing after her recommended facial.
Mary Kim-Garrity: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityEyebrows and eyeliner looks amazing. 1 visit. Patty is so knowledgeable and professional. She's an artist and knows tints against skin tone! I'm thrilled that I don't have to do my brows and eyeliner every day! Comfy, clean, COVID-19 protocols etc.
Maroline Robinson: So I have been going to this place for about a year for facials. The facials would be alright, I would occasionally get a breakout a few days after and didn't see much of a difference in my face but I figured as long as I keep up with it maybe I would. I went to get a facial a few days ago and Lina suggested I get a chemical peel. I never had one before but since it was suggested and something new I figured why not? I didn't know the worse thing that has ever happened to me would happen. To sum it up too much of the product was started off on the left side of cheek and I then found out I was burned. I was told it could take months to go away and once healed there would be a possibility a mark would still be left. I wouldn't have even left this review because Lina was very apologetic, kind and even offered to help with a few things however, the owner, Patti, I did not like how she spoke and handled it when I came in for her to take a look. Not only did she not seem sympathetic to what had happened BUT she said I had to chose between a refund OR a free facial, like what? I don't own a business and I get mistakes happen but how dare you make me chose? I'm stuck with this mark on my face for who knows how long and you tell me to chose? She even told me she didn't have to give me a refund at all because I signed something a year ago (which they didn't even show me). Anyways she ended up saying "we will give you a refund if that will make you happy?" So yes they did give a refund although I was basically told this is a business, mistakes happen, we do our best blah blah as I'm there with this burn mark. I believe I should have gotten both, a refund AND free facials until this gets off my face. What also bothered me is how they both mentioned this "maybe" happened because the stuff I use on my face. My response was if that were the case then wouldn't it be all over my face and not in this one particular spot? They tried to say well not necessarily because some areas are more sensitive than others. Okay so again, if that was the case wouldn't it be on the other side of my cheek? Anyways we all know it happened because she applied too much of the product first (started where the mark is). Admit your faults instead of trying to say it's something I did.Moral of the story is, be careful. Yes this was a mistake, although a terrible one but just know if this happened to me it can happen to anyone. Looks worse in person too.
Kathleen Odonoghue: Been going here for years and always pleased. Patty is a perfectionist. Best prices around, clean environment, welcoming lobby with herbal teas, and a pleasant experience all the way around.
Erinn Danielle: I had a soothing facial and I felt safe even during this time of the pandemic. The place was as clean as it's always been and LIna really took care of my face. I I've been dealing with some actually lately and I knew that I shouldn't be messing with my own face so I ended up getting a facial and I do not regret it I'll be back in four more weeks.
Amina Bintory: I went to them for a full face wax seeing that their prices were reasonable. Made a huge MISTAKE. This was my first time and after ward I realized that instead of using hard wax they used soft wax which is not supposed to be used in smaller areas which does not damage the skin and only the hair is removed instead of the skin cells as well. She waxed my eye brows first and it stung a little so I thought it was fine because it's normal. So I let her do my side burns, upper lip, chin and forehead. Once I was done she applied some oil and then something else that burned me. She said it was reduce the redness. I came home and the burning wouldn't go. It felt like my entire face was on fire. I had to go to the doctor because my face wouldn't stop burning. It's been a week now. And I have scars from it that might never leave my face. Scars on my cheek, side burns, chin, upper lip and eye lids. Absolutely hate this place. If they were professionals they would have noticed immediately and stopped instead of ruining my entire face. They would use hard wax and not soft wax.
Yuehsu Ku: I had lip tattoo done by Patti, it took 3 times to get it done to the degree of satisfaction I am good with. As now, the liner of my lower lip is still darker than the rest of lip, so if you get lip tattoo, I would suggest not to use SoftTap method or at least not have the blade at 90 degree angle from your lip because it really get the color strong and full, so the rest of the lip which isn't done by SoftTap will have lighter color, which now formed a line that I have on my lip. Pay cash to get discount, cash price is $570 and eat plenty before your appointments because you don't want to eat and mess with your lips after it. You also don't want to go out and eat because your lips would be quite swollen and dark purple.I would however recommend the lip tattoo to everyone! I won't buy a lipstick anymore, and also not worry about it transfer to my cup or smear outside of my lips, and also less lead and heavy metal toxins that I will "eat". My lips now look good almost anytime! The money, pain, and time are all well worth it.
Peter Klenk: These ladies help my girlfriend look great, she feels wonderful after getting her lashes. Thank you!
Taylor Cairns: Really awesome small spa. Reasonably priced and really nice staff. Will continue to go back !!
Patrice Rollins: They have the best facials in Boston
Gabriana Pacheco: Lina did my lash refill after coming from a different salon, she was amazing and gave me exactly the look I wanted. All the staff is extremely friendly and the spa is very calming. Recommend 10/10
Kim Johnson Safran: Patti and her team are terrific! I drive all the way from Natick because they are that good. When I first moved to greater Boston from Florida, I went to 4 or 5 places before I found Aesthetic Day Spa. I've been a customer there for over 3 years now. Patti & Mei have both done my lashes and they are both excellent. I have had facials and other treatments from every member of the team. They are always relaxing and effective. I cannot say enough nice things about Aesthetic Day Spa.
Christina Estrada: I get my lashes done with MeiXiang monthly. She is a lash artist and I highly recommend her.
Laurie Crist: Fantastic eyelashes from Song. Would like to book online.
Lindsey Evans: I have been blessed by the beauty gods! Finding this day spa on a day trip down to Cambridge has turned me into a new woman! I have had a cherry angioma on my cheek since birth that has only brought me statements from people like, "You have something on your face", ..."Is that a piercing of some sort?" ...or someone actually trying to wipe the extremely large and what I have referred endearingly to as my "blood bag" (yes it was that big!). The key word here is WAS, because it is GONE! Patty simply numbed it, zapped it and pouf! No more enormous blood filled skin hanging from my face! I must say my experience from start to finish was above and beyond! Lorraine at the front desk was genuinely a people pleaser and was so helpful as to pointing me in the right direction to Patty who took amazing care of assessing my skin needs and working to solve my issue. Not to mention she's an absolute sweetheart to boot! The spa is so serene and extremely clean, you know you're in good hands. A big thank you to them, it's truly amazing to be getting so many compliments already! Like I said, "a new woman"! Next time you're in Cambridge you have to go! Eyelashes, brow work, permanent makeup oh my! The options are endless and I for one am going back as soon as possible!
Breanna Dunne: If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I unfortunately tried to save a little money by going to a new salon closer to home that was recommended by a friend. BIG MISTAKE. Not only were my eye burned during application and I had a reaction to the glue they used but I was also forced to pay for an extra week on the fill because I previously went to another salon. They told me they had to assess the lashes when i got there, not that they automatically add another week. I had to go to the ER ($150 dollars later) because I had a corneal abrasion!!!! When I contacted the salon they said they don't give refunds but offered to remove them if i had a doctors signature. Sorry for not wanting to pay again to get a doctor's signature to have them removed at this salon. Do not go here!!!
Jessica Lau: Very accommodating and friendly staff. My go to place for lash extensions. Kim is amazing- I highly recommend her.
sam c: Great service and staff. Will recommend to everyone!

Ocean Spa: what do users think?
Zach Lahey: I was desperately in need of a massage and was able to book a same-day appointment with Jessica. She worked magic on my back, and fixed other issues with my shoulders and legs.I definitely will be back, and I highly recommend this local gem, based on the excellent service as well as the extraordinary prices.
P.M. Holcomb: I had requested a "quick fix" chair massage. When I arrived, the therapist insisted I have my massage on a table even after I reiterated what I wanted. During the massage, I repeatedly asked her to be more gentle, because I had some recent injuries. This was one of the harshest massages I have ever received, and I have had many. In the end, she upcharged me both for the table massage I didn't want and the "deep tissue" work that I kept asking her to stop. Then she tried to bully me into a $300 package. I won't be back.
Bakuuti Obama: We been going there for long time and we love Lisa and Mie. They both amazing and we feel like we arw family how they take care of us. Best place even . Thank you Lisa and Mie. See you soon.
Anne Wen: Have had massages 3x the price that weren’t half as good, have gone quite a few times now and it never disappoints. Both Ming and Lisa are equally as fantastic at massage, and both so kind. They’re so experienced and can tell which spots are tight! Wonderful place, have recommended to many friends.
Eric Xu: Fantastic couples massage experience with Lisa and Ming! They were warm and friendly, the massage did wonders for our stress, and we had many knots removed. Would return!
Laura: Amazing massage!!!!
Valerie Peck: Best kept secret in the neighborhood. Tailor the massage to your needs. Easy to book and will never go back to the $200 massage.
Caitlin Tabancay Austin: My massage with Lisa was AMAZING. Deep tissue (tui na) with cupping. The price is very reasonable for this high quality bodywork. Pressure was awesome and appropriately responsive to my body. I left with vastly greater energy and freedom of movement. 20+ years of experience, she knows what she's doing. I would definitely go back.
Viv Viv: Positive:ProfessionalismI leave this place like a new person after the relaxing massage. Also this place is nice and clean which is a plus! I will definitely recommend to my friend.
Alison Och: This place is the best!! Incredibly good massage (strong, can take direction well), very nice and accommodating, clean. Incredible value!! Can’t come here enough!
Alexis Klym: I've been going to Lisa almost weekly for 2 years. There is no one who knows how to massage the shoulders, neck, and head like Lisa! I struggle with migraines and tension headaches and going to Lisa helps prevent these. I strongly recommend Ocean Spa for massage and reflexology :) Everything is always clean and the staff is very professional, kind and flexible.
Petri Fish: Had a 1.5hr massage with Ming. He's very talented. I prefer a lot of pressure and he delivered. Will definitely be returning. Good customer service, Very clean, easy online booking.
Amanda Mattson: No one can fix your aches and pains the way Lisa can! She is my and my fiancé's favorite masseuse. Beautiful new location, and also offers gua sha and cupping.Price is also great and they offer discounts, very clean and masks required.
Yuwen Xu: Positive:Communication,Professionalism
Lena Zhou: I’ve been coming here since they were still based in Harvard Square - great deep work massage and the staff is beyond welcoming
XiaoyanWang Wang: Positive:Quality

Cambridge Medical Aesthetics: what do users think?
Kayla Reynolds: I went to Meagan for botox, and I am in love with the results! She is extremely knowledgeable and explains the placement and everything she is doing. She was very professional and personable and made me feel very comfortable. Also the space was beautiful and clean. I cannot say enough good things about her. I was looking for someone new and Meagan exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her!
Riya Kaur: Meagan is amazing to work with! She’s been helping my skin out for many months now and I am so happy to call her my go-to. She assesses my skin to make appropriate treatment recommendations rather than always giving me what I think I need/want. I know I can always count on her for glowing, healthy skin!!
Rana Kayrala: I live in East Boston so I had to make a little trip out of this! It was definitely worth it. Meagan is accommodating, warm and friendly. She listened to my concerns and she helped guide my specific needs. She clearly has a talent for this. I have now moved from my other 2 previous Botox aestheticians to her!

Estetika Spa: what do users think?
Kelley Mahoney: Great way to pamper yourself! This place does an amazing job. Staff is very careful and attentive. Atmosphere is very relaxing.
Kolleen Burbank: Estetika Spa is a hidden gem! Patrycja is very friendly and takes a lot of pride in her work. The experience at her spa is clean, painless, and thoughtful. Highly recommended!
Asutosh Pathak: I came here with my wife but wasn't sure what to expect. The first thing that hits you is the super classy European modern feel and decor of the spa. Not only was the overall experience by Pata super friendly, but also comfortable as you relax and can even take a nap while your face gets a spa treatment. I almost felt like I got new skin. Further as I have oily skin with blackheads and white heads, Pata worked hard to manage that. The other thing to note is that the spa ingredients like cleanser, mask, tissue etc are all top notch and your skin feels pampered. Go for it.

Massage Envy: what do users think?
Cesar: Management is not attentive to customers. I tried getting in contact with managers multiple times through the desk workers or over the phone and they were never available--honestly, I sensed disorganization. The ambiance in the massage rooms is good.
Kiera Penpeci: Cambridge location: Sean K was good at his work! Was friendly but not chatty- straight to the business. Deliberate work, meaning he was mindful of problem areas or knots and tended to them until I found relief. I also told him which areas I wanted to focus on and he delivered exactly what I needed and more, meaning, I asked for a focus on shoulders so he approached the shoulders but also shoulder blades, range of motion, neck, etc. it was clear he was thinking holistically about what might be causing me problems.Already booked a follow up. I think I found my new person!
Stephanie Joseph: Unfortunately this massage envy is super unorganized. A therapist left to take time off for herself which is GREAT and happens! However my much needed appointment that was scheduled far in advance was cancelled. The receptionist that called to inform me was really cool and kind. I wish i knew her name because they’re not all this kind. Some of them are really rude. I was also told that someone would call me back to schedule in for that particular day with another therapist and when i called back the next receptionist had no idea what to do or what was going on. Which is super frustrating. I’m a member and i don’t think i’ll be going back here.
Danielle Greaves: A few weeks ago arrived to the facility for a 90 massage. I was told a few minutes before my appointment that there was an emergency. I have not received a call from anyone to offer a complimentary service, or yo rebook.
Garry Sanon: This is by far my favorite location.. The therapist are very knowledgeable.. I worked with Tenzing today and she specializes in Sports/Swedish Massage. It was a good experience.Customer Service is great. Raquel did an amazing job at check in and checkout, very inviting and thorough..
Ivan Pina: 👌🏾
Cate Leonard: This location is extremely hard to schedule with. I was canceled on multiple times. I decided to cancel my membership as a result and it was extremely challenging to book for all the accrued hours I needed to use up.
Naomie Sesanet: Caressa was amazing, a big bright star 🌟 to her.
Steven Santoro: Jinglan is the best!
Jen Mergel: I called to request confirmation of this spot and never received one so did not think it happened!
Ashley Mielke: Caressa was absolutely incredible. I could feel my muscle tension melting away like butter. Best massage I’ve had in nearly 2 years. And the front desk staff was so nice!!! I loved chatting with them as I checked out and they gave me awesome recommendations for other services I’m going to try next time I stop in. Definitely the best Massage Envy in Boston and the greater Boston area.
Carlos Barrera: The session was awesome
Meredith Kelley: I had an amazing massage with Jonathan and a wonderful facial with Amelia. I had another facial scheduled in August. I am getting married soon and I got a “budget” of two facials and a massage as a wedding gift in preparation for the day. My budget was $300-$400, and I had it all planned out. However, I have decided to cancel the next facial and go elsewhere for the third. As I was checking out, there seemed to be a member of corporate there, who was pushing me to get the membership. I explained that I actually used to have the membership but I needed to cancel it due to financial struggles (I’m a teacher). They insisted that though the price has been raised to $75/month, it’s a good deal. I wasn’t doubting that I would save money then and there if I signed up for the membership, but these visits were a gift. I am also on an extremely tight budget as the wedding is very expensive and we just took on a mortgage. She told me that the person buying me the gift could just pay for a whole year, which is $900. That was certainly not an option. (You think they’d give a discount if you bought an entire year all at once, but I digress). She insisted until I told her “I’m sorry, I just can’t.” I then paid for my service and tipped my aesthetician. As I was about to leave, the manager continued about products, telling me that the results of my facial are pointless if I don’t maintain it with their $65 bottle of serum, and that they were 20% off. I again had to insist that it was not in the budget. I left feeling uncomfortable, feeling that I needed to resort to explaining my personal finances in order to get the pushy selling methods to stop. I worked in commission sales for years, and I understand the need for pushing for programs, incentives, and credit cards. However, my rule was “2 will do.” You ask twice in different ways, maybe offering incentives or deals, and if they say no, you stop trying. The first time I signed up for the membership, I was also pressured to do so, and I immediately regretted it upon leaving, knowing I could not afford it. I kept it for 2 years despite my services piling up and not being able to go monthly because I work multiple jobs. When my financial advisor told me I have to shave down my subscriptions, I had to forfeit all of the services I had paid toward, which stung. It should be made clear that the pushy selling was not by the front desk staff. The staff delivering massages and facials are also incredible. This seemed to be someone who was not often there, as she did state she wasn’t sure how to use the iPad because she’s not here very often. It seems I was just there on a day of a corporate visit. I will no longer be visiting Massage Envy and will find a small business to frequent.
Yasmina Estepe: Cearssa was amazing! Not too many good firm/deep masseuses left but she is the one! Got so many knotted and stuff points around my body that I didn’t even know impacted the rest of the pains and stiffness I felt. I had a massive headache from the stiffness in my neck and I walked out with no headache at all :)
Jared Littlejohn: Hiwot is the Goat. Go to them.
Amanda Ethridge: Sam is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Book with him if you can!
Julianna Wessels: Really great! My massage was very relaxing, I will definitely return in the future !
Johanna Lopez: Amelia is amazing and her knowledge about skin care is comforting to know. Always feel fresh and relaxed after a session with her.
Ramón Pereira Bonilla: All of the massage therapist always do a great job. The service is top notch. If you likemedium to high pressure, Jinglan and Carlos B. do a phenomenal job!
Reina Morales: I can’t explain how wonderful it felt to go here and pamper myself. I went for a facial with Amelia and a 90 minute massage with Steven and it was an amazing experience. Amelia was so calming and understanding when it came to my skin. I have sensitive skin and she asked me questions about my skin to know what will work out for my skin the most. After the facial, my face felt so light, supple and it just glowed so much. I felt so beautiful, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. A facial with Amelia is a must for self care and I am already referring my friends and my hair stylist to her. The same with Steven, it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I have also referred my friends to Steven. I truly felt like a new person after. I have a very tight lower back, and we did a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and he was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and he made sure to focus on my problem areas. My back had never felt so loose ever! I felt like a new person! It was such a relief to not have that tightness and pain anymore. After the massage and facial, I was so relaxed that I went home and slept and relaxed the rest of the day. It was the perfect gift to myself for my birthday, and I will continue to go at least monthly as a new self maintenance and care routine for myself from now on. If you’re thinking about doing this for yourself, I would say just do it. You will not regret it. One last thing, this location was so inviting and professional. Danielle in the front desk made me feel so welcomed and she was so very polite to me. I can’t wait to come back.
Nancy Harrison: Sue K is very good at her craft. She always sensitive to my needs.

Lovely spa: what do users think?
Evelyn De La Rosa: Lots of availability. Very nice and clean. I actually felt like the massage really helped.
Amy Miller: Hands down the worst massage I have ever received. The masseuse seemed to have no idea what she was doing. It was so weird and a waste of time and money.
J. Li: Tony is amazing
Medina Carolija: Really bad… tools that are being used are so simple and old. Too pricey for the quality. Blow dry was not done well, nor did they have any oil to put at the hair ends after the cut/dry..
Jay Makdisi: I had an excellent massage with Amy today. She was nice to talk to, incredibly intentional about my comfort, and skilled as a masseuse. I would absolutely recommend, and I'll certainly be visiting them again.
labgrowndrums: Very accommodating, great staff and they're very curtious
Anya Deva: Amazing service. Great massage and hair cut. The hair treatment was perfect, suggested by the pro. Highly recommend and I will be back!
Qingyuan Gao: Well...I started to have Tony as my hair stylist during the pandemic due to the recommendation from my friend. Basically, Tony was the best hair stylist I have ever met in Boston despite I have tried many stylists before. Moreover, not only his unique standard of identifying the beauty, but also his remarkable skills acted as a light in the dark night, illuminated me from struggling with selecting the most appropriate hair style.Another staff whose name is Amy worked here as massagist. She provided terrific services which are aimed to reduce the pain. In fact, not only her elegant personality, but also her professional skills that were performed in this relaxed period of time made me not to suffer from the injury.Overall, this place is nice and clean. The atmosphere here attracted many consumers from Boston.
Hannah Ruth Ellen: As soon as I walked in, they asked me to pay beforehand and they put my card in. The place is run down and not clean. From the massage room, I could easily hear the man and his friend at the front desk chatting loudly and blasting pop music. There was just a slim door separating the massage room from this. Then the masseuse starting digging in with her elbows after I requested medium pressure and I said ow and asked her to stop 5+ times. Not only did she not go easier like I requested but she teased saying “you’re weak! You can’t take a real massage!” As she moved onto other sections, she pushed super hard for each one and despite dozens of requests to alleviate pressure and go gentler, she’d laugh and then continue. Im covered in bruises and am limping from where she pulled my foot in the opposite direction and stuck her knuckles in hard despite my asking her to ease up. I do not bruise easily so this is saying something. When I went to add the tip afterwards, the masseuse kept insisting I give a higher tip by saying she’s only paid $25 for an hour massage and that the owner keeps the rest. I tipped her because she deserves a living wage but I will never return.
Carolyn Hoffman: Chose this place blindly after moving to the area. I have had two great massages with Tony and I’ll keep coming back! Clean place and relaxing atmosphere. I booked same-day both times with no issue.
Alexis Ferguson: My husband and I went for a couples massage. Very kind and helpful staff. Overall good experience. They were very professional and made us very comfortable. I went in with a slight headache and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We would definitely come here again in the future.
Jennifer Rass: Went for a couples massage and it was amazing! Everyone was really nice and they did a great job! I booked the wrong time online and then called to correct it and they were really understanding and changed the appointment with no problems! Would definitely go back.
Carla Vieira: I booked an appointment online for a $80/90 min facial that includes eyebrows shaping & hot stone eye massage (L1). None of those l mentioned above were done, simply because my eyebrows were already waxed and l wear contact lenses.I paid beforehand, but they did not give me a discount, even though they were aware l wasn't going to get the full package treatment. The facial was over 15 min earlier and l was pretty much forced, by the front cashier, to tip 20% when l wanted to only give 15%. The tip is up to me to decide and the fact that she was so persistent, annoyed my whole experience! Beware of these money-hungry people.
Frank Saq: Ugh. They are money-grubbing and they are sloppy. Bad combo.I asked for a thai massage for one hour. The first guy clearly had a cold, and I asked him to stop and send in someone else after he kept coughing. Then, he sent in a girl. She did a Swedish massage for the remainder of the hour, and didn't even finish my whole body (she only did one leg). Then she asked if I wanted more time. I said yes, so she finished the Swedish massage, apparently realized that she forgot that it was a Thai massage, then quickly went through the motions of a Thai massage before telling me I was done.So I ended up paying $115 for what was basically a one hour Swedish massage. Not great.
Kelsey Segaloff: Super easy to book an appointment, reasonably priced, & Jenny was a great masseuse! I’d definitely recommend.
Rajpreet Kaur: A very disappointing experience. I went there for waxing today and the lady did a very shabby job. When I showed her the areas that evidently needed to be waxed, she said she had another customer waiting to be attended and that I should come back later and refused to do anything about the problem.A big waste of time and money. Would not recommend this place ever.Because there was a customer waiting and I insisted she gave me some minimal discount though.
priyal garg: I really love the massage. Jenny and Amy did my massage,I would recommend to visit this Spa. I really enjoyed the service 😊😊
Kristen Kouloheras: EDIT: downgrading to a 2 because the owner saw my review stating that I was overcharged for my service and didn't do anything to even attempt to refund me.The reviews here looked solid so I took a shot at this place but just wasn’t impressed. Scheduling an appointment over the phone was difficult, the woman could not understand what I was asking for and then instead of confirming my time slot over the phone she said I’d hear from them before my appointment? I then got a text message confirming the service, date and time, so whatever, weird intro. When I got to the spa and told them I had a reservation, they had no clue what my service was, even though my text had confirmed the 2 hour couples massage I had booked. I told the woman again what we were getting, but when we got to the room she asked who wanted to go first, which was a bit strange to have just one masseuse for a couples massage... the second masseuse showed up about 10-15 minutes in, so I guess better than never. My boyfriend and I were running early, so maybe this was the reason, but there was no communication whatsoever about needing to wait for the second woman. After all of this, the massage only lasted one hour, even though I had booked a 2 hour. The women both just stopped, and after some earlier language barrier problems I didn’t even attempt to try and remind them about the extra hour I’d booked. Once we were paying, the woman accidentally overcharged my card, telling me she accidentally put $180 when it should have been $160. Now that I’m looking at their rates again I when writing this review, the hour couples massage should have only been $145, so another thing that got messed up. The massage itself was good, but all of these other hiccups really took away from the relaxing experience I wanted.
Phillip D.: Before the massage the receptionist asked us if we will tip by cash or card and if we wanted to tip before or after the massage. We said after. After the massage we tipped the receptionist, but she suggested a higher tip amount for us and tried to pressure us into paying it. I felt both actions were strange and intrusive. The massage was nice, but the receptionist soured the experience. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
JJ Reardon: Called Lovely Spa this past Sunday and they eagerly accepted a same day reservation for a massage. Both the staff and the reception area were very professional and the massage rooms were very clean and relaxing. The massage itself was absolutely incredible!! I've gotten about a dozen massages over the past few years while on vacations at high-end resorts and a few other places in the area and I have to say that I think this may have been the best massage I've ever gotten. The masseuse (SaSa) checked multiple times to ensure the pressure was right and was sure to pay attention to the trouble areas I mentioned. Can't wait to go back!
Magdalena Georgieva: Just visited and had a great experience. It was super easy to make an appointment by the phone, Amy was terrific, no wasted time, and I feel so much better than when I walked in with crazy neck pain. Recommend!
