I asked for new tires and a basic check it over, he not only installed new tires, he painted my rims, repacked the bearings, gave me a new pig tail, and repaired an inoperative taillight. He also painted my spare wheel. On top of that he gave me spare parts for my girlfriend's Wells Cargo trailer. I've got to say the people he has were very helpful and freindly. The cost was surprisingly less than I thought it would be. This place has everything trailer, new, used, horse, landscape, parts, they have it all.

They don't sell cheaply made anything. In addition to what they offer for sale, all of the staff are all very helpful and present. I needed a mower and they helped me with my selection and showed me everything I needed to do to maintain and properly use the mower. They are a great buisness all around and also offer far more than just equipment sales.

Geoffrey MacKenzie: This review has been a long time coming.We live on the Cape so, I can assure you... we pass by a dozen other equipment companies on the way to R&C.A year ago we bought a Dingo, attachments and 2 trailers from them. Not only was the salesman Mike D. a great guy with awesome prices, they also delivered it free of charge!Fast forward 6 months, I get a call from Justin in service telling me that there is a recall and that they are going to take care of it for me under warranty. Not only that but, they actually gave me a loaner while mine was in the shop!Just last week, they performed a yearly maintenance and a ton of warranty work for me. Justin was 100% awesome with his communication and was careful to manage my expectations in a reasonable and fair manner. Again, they dropped off and picked up and supplied a loaner for the warranty work. This time they charged a minor delivery fee which was totally fair.I'm not kidding when I say that I feel like a customer at a Lexus dealership. They really value their customers and it shows!

In Vest: The best from chainsaws to mowers. Have worked my Stihl MS 291 like a saw 2x the size and it is problem free to this day. One routine maintenance in 4 years. Amazing people, terrific products and service.

Adam S: Don't buy anything from here. They sell faulty equipment and don't back it up. Bought a brand new 291tc that failed in production in the first hour of performance. The tech had over tightened the bolt on the chain tensioner therefore leaving it stripped. Failed in the middle of production. The owner nobody had anything to say nothing reimbursed my money not even an apology. Been doing business here for 3 year's at least. Never again. If you're climber go somewhere else.

Bill was very knowledgeable and scheduled a pick up and drop off delivery service with my repair. This service was very convenient, otherwise I would have no way of getting the snowblower to the shop and back.The price for the new carburetor repair and tune up was more than fair and the snowblower has never ran this good! I would recommend Richey and Clapper for all your outdoor power equipment needs.

Ken “Fluffy” Bowles: This place is great. As a commercial operator they have a decent stock and the Stihl and Husky items required to do my work. If they don't have it, they will order it quickly. My only gripe is partially my fault, partially theirs. I purchased a half dozen rakes as part of a larger order, and was billed for seven. I should of noticed it as they were loading.

Richard Trilles: I needed a hitch installed on my Subaru. Manny was extremely friendly and helpful. They got the part in within a couple of days. The hitch was installed a few days later without a problem. Everyone at the shop was courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend them!

Joseph Bab: I don't write a review. However, when a service provider (the manager/owner) treat you with disrespect, he would not allow you to talk. The manager was rude and condescending. He was angry and frantic. I paid for a service, to solve a problem, that the business promised it will solve my problem when the service was provided. They even walked to the truck to see what I was explaining before they provided the service. They reassured me whatever they did will resolve the problem of rain leaking into the bed liner. The old rain mark left was visible.His attitude and answer several times was "I will give you a refund" and "I do not have time for this" in a course of 5 minutes dealing and talking to the owner. He walked away while he was still talking to me. I stood frozen, standing there with amazement. I watched him walked away and wonder what happened that got him upset. When I noticed he started getting angry and frantic, I just stood there and watch this mannerism. Oh! Boy! It is very dishonorable.He quickly offered to refund what I paid him. I told him it is not about the money; I did not even ask for a refund. The money that he is angry and proud of is less than $40. I just wanted him to listen, have a sympathy that he took the customer's money, wasted the customer's time twice. First, for the installation that he knew will not stop or help water leaking to my truck bed whenever it rained, truck parked in the driveway and not even driving the truck. Second, insulting the customer for coming back to his business to explain that the problem of the business installing a new poor quality and fake weather strips. If I have a feeling, he will treat someone like this. I will not waste my time and gas money.He must have been in a bad mood. Maybe he did not appreciate my face, the way I look, color and my voice.The owner is so rude and full of himself that he was literally saying I do not care. Buyers beware. Spend your money here and be treated like if the business did you a favor of providing a poor quality job. You will leave feeling less important, more than a defecation.
