Michaela Downey: Brought my vehicle here to have a couple of recall issues addressed. When I picked it up, the windows and blinkers no longer worked and an airbag light was on. I was told to bring it back the next day. They now tell me I need all kinds of things replaced when everything was fine when I originally dropped the car off. Not convinced these techs actually know what they’re doing.

Mollyann Haskins: I went to multiple Hyundai dealerships between New York, Western MA, and Eastern MA. From the time I spoke with John Chen on the phone during my initial phone call to the time I drove my new car out of the lot, I have been thoroughly impressed and happy. John was patient and understanding, and never made me feel pressured to purchase anything. I did not feel bullied as I did at Balise Hyundai in Springfield, and he explained everything to me and answered all questions. John worked late to get the deal done in a very quick manner, and stayed in communication along the way. Even a few days after I got the car John checked in with me to ensure I was enjoying the vehicle. Quirk really is different than other dealerships, from the way their employees dress in suits to the professionalism in their customer service— I cannot recommend more! Thank you Quirk and thank you John!

Shrijan Aryal: I had an amazing service experience at Quirk. I have one of the N versions and other dealers mistake it for N-line and use wrong grade oils not suitable for N. I am watching you "Nashua Hyundai"(0 stars). I had to pay out of pocket to have it replaced later on because my car needed 0w30 not 5w20 for n lines and Nashua didn't even have those oil which you can literally get anywhere.But Quirk Hyundai service department knows what they're doing and took care of me with correct oil grade for my elantra N and also did one of the seatbelt recalls as part of complimentary maintenance. Give them a try for any new car purchase and/or service.

Samuel: The worst dealership experience I've ever had.1. I had called ahead looking for 4 different cars to test drive, which they confirmed. But when I arrived, 2 of the cars were not available, wasting my time.2. The salesperson was very unpleasant to deal with. As soon as I mentioned that I was not planning on buying that day, she became very disengaged, not bothering to explain anything about the cars I was interested. But at the same time, she was very rude and pressuring, and I had to tell her at least 3 times that I was not planning on buying a car that day. Additionally, she was very reticent to do anything (e.g. show me the car, give me a quote) until I started walking out of the dealership, as she claimed that their policy was to help only those who were planning on buying the same day.
Relaxing Music: I've walked in pride Hyundai dealership in Lynn MA to purchase a vehicle and no one talked to me for over one hour. There's an old woman sitting at her desk without having a customer in front of her. She left her desk many times and passed me by in her way out and she didn't say anything to me. Another male employee walked in and looked at me from top to bottom and still didn't greet me nor did he ask if I was being helped? No one didn't even care to ask me what am I here for? Am I waiting for someone? Did someone ever talk to me? No greetings, no question, and no service. Never again, Pride Hyundai of Lynn, MA.
Drew M: The service department is useless. Stopped by to get a quote to repair a damaged camera. Lady in the service dept didn't even care. Told me I'd need to schedule an apt just to diagnose the problem. $150 and none of that goes toward the repair. Asked if she could ballpark the cost to replace the camera as I'm trying to decide whether to pay outright or file an insurance claim. She said "no - you'll have to schedule an apt to get it diagnosed". Completely useless and not friendly. Will never return to this dealership.

My car is just two weeks old and it had some safety and technical issues, i went to the dealership and bob (manager)told me to fix the problem myself as they cannot do anything about it. I was complaining to them about what is going on, so he took me beside the services area where there are not many customers present and raised his voice on me and completely neglected my concerns. He also made some personal comments. I remember the day when they wanted to sell the car to me and how polite he was acting but just in a span of two weeks, they showed their true colors and how they treat their customers. I suggest reading their reviews on yelp before buying or visiting them. I wish i had done the same. They have the worst reviews on yelp. Bob is very rude so if you are visiting the dealership, please avoid him and my suggestion is to go to quirk hyundai or mirk and not the pride Hyundai of lynn. Once they sell you the car, they do not value you as a customer and treat you badly as if you owe them something. Also the sales associates will call you day and night to purchase a car from them and will provide you false information all the time and when you confront them they will prove you wrong. I am planning to pay the car in full and sell it asap. Not even 400 miles on it and it has issues and when i visited the dealership they treated me very badly also told me not to walk in without an appointment. I mean my car had some very serious safety issues and if i wait for their appointment which you will never get, its a life threatening concern for me and my family. Btw they dont care if something happens to you or your family. What they care about is selling a car and cheating customers. I strongly suggest to read their reviews on yelp. Worst dealership and worst customer service. Will never recommend anyone to buy a hyundai or go their dealership. Made a big big mistake.

Panchi: This place is great as long as you are buying a new car I bought 3 cars from them in the past 7 years but I won't buy anymore thanks to the service department. They used to be great but starting 2 years ago they're awful tried to get an oil change and they tell me that I have to wait for 2 months Also I had a problem with something that was covered under the warranty but since I couldn't get an appointment the warranty expired .But what really did it was that to get 4 new tires I had to leave the car there for 2 days and they did the alignment wrong so wrong that I had to get new tires again after only 10 months because since it wasn't aligned right my tires ended up being worn out to the coils on the inside so needless to say I'll never go back to this place .

I left my car there for 2 days and all they did was an oil change. I took my car home with none of the work i had made the appointment for done, except the oil change. I have called since but no one returns my call. Olivia Hussey: more updates: we spoke with Steph in sales. last week we were given the option to sell our car directly to Mirak, the offer was supposed to be extended to 3/10, contingent on assurance that our insurance would cover all costs after our car was sold. We have a signed notice from our insurance that they will continue to cover costs until the car is fully fixed. Steph now says that she will not buy our car until it is fully fixed. it's now been 44 days since our car has been waiting in their collision center for parts. they had it for a month when they offered to buy it. I am now stuck with a car I can't drive and no clue when replacement parts will be delivered.original review: Mirak's a fine dealership if you're buying a car only. I leased a 2020 elantra. When I was t boned and needed two doors replaced they handled it really well. When my car was stolen (look up Kia and Hyundai class action lawsuit) ignition busted, and window bashed in (1/23), they told me repairs would take two weeks, but apparently parts won't be in until 3/15, and no clue how long electrical repairs could take (not their fault).It has been a nightmare - after weeks of phone calls, multiple visits, unclear timelines, we asked to drop our lease early so we can actually have reliable transportation, and they offered to buy the car out from us - fantastic. Except it's taken another week of calls and multiple visits with unreliable information to actually figure out what we need to do between insurance and mirak to actually get out of a lease they told us we could leave. They're not interested in customer service for customers they've already profited from.continuing this review to see if I can get a response - calling mirak is very little help. Apparently our sales rep has moved on from his position sometime in the last two weeks. we were leaving messages on an extension that no one was looking at and no one contacted us to let us know or to continue providing customer support. This is a nightmare.

When I called and spoke with the sales manager, she was very understanding of my concerns, very professional. She took action immediately, stayed in contact and followed up after delivery. hans zimmermann: Terrible service—do not do business with this dealer. I booked a test drive for a specific Hyundai model. They accepted my appointment and left me multiple messages on my phone, always just leaving a call-back number. When I called back, the sales person was not available. I asked them to let me know if there were any issues. The sales rep called one more time, again just leaving their number. The day of the test drive, we drove 45 minutes to the dealership. When we arrived, they told us they did not have the model we were interested in. The sales people in the room seemed to think it funny we drove this far. Stay away from these people as far as you can.

Impersonal and rude, couldn’t be bothered to greet me walking in.Why he thinks this is ok let’s me know his level of contempt for the customers. He doesn’t see you as a costumer; he sees you as a quick payday.What dealer refuses to calculate numbers unless you commit to buying it prior to taking numbers? This “business person” does. Reality check: it’s a $30,000 car loan I’m agreeing to, not a snack from the vending machine. Well, “the boss” didn’t want to talk unless I agreed to buy a car.Shout out to Oshane for being a good salesperson. Thanks for answering all my questions on the test drive. Maki Faria: I can't stress enough how important customer service is when it comes to the car search, buying and financing process. As I write this review, I am still waiting on three other dealerships who promised they'd get back to me. Jokes on them! Bill and Frank took care of us from the very start. Bill in sales was great and we cut a deal and I drove off in the vehicle within 24 hours, great experience.What I did not get was some of the paperwork that was supposed to be emailed right away so I made a call and spoke with Frank Bosch in sales and he got me everything that was missing as we spoke. Very happy with the entire experience.
fin cha: My wife and I recently purchased a 2023 Tuscon from Peter at MetroWest Hyundai. And, I have to say that Peter has been the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable, patient and considerate (brought my wife a cup of coffee while we were waiting). Peter was great! A no-nonsense guy who is very down to earth and made the buying process a stress free smooth experience. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking for a new car.

Will M: Figured with new ownership maybe I'd give metrowest Hyundai a 2nd chance. Unfortunately doesn't seem to have changed much. Went in to see about a Kona N Line( they have a few in stock) but all the rep was able to do was point to me where it was in the parking lot. I understand it's Saturday and I didn't call ahead for an appointment, but if you have the time to ask why I'm there and for what type of car, you've got time to offer better customer skills then that. Disappointed, won't give em a 3rd try.
Lili Bahrami: I just moved to MA from Seattle and I went to many dealerships here before walking into Metrowest. I showed up pretty defeated since other dealerships were not accommodating and difficult to deal with. They immediately sat me down with Charbel and helped me find a car that worked for my needs. They have been extremely communicative and responsive. I have been leasing Hyundais for 9 years (4 different cars) and this dealership was hands down the best experience. Kyle even brought me a loaner when my out of state registration took a few days to get sorted. If you are looking for a hyundai dealership around Boston I definitely recommend going to Metrowest and I loved the service Charbel and Kyle provided :)
sky boundless: The customer service in the maintenance department is terrible. The service department has no information and will just transfer me to Advisers. Advisers are always absent, leaving voicemails never answered. Promised dates and communication just don't work. The attitude, while not rude, was just stone cold and mechanical replies that didn't help.
bharat patel: Beware buyer.Horrible horrible experience.They oversold warranty to me. next day i cancelled the warranty so they owe refund to me. Good thing that i have everything in the email. i am trying to reach out to the finance manager Nicholas luggelle multiple time though email and on call. everyone there is lying too. one person from sales department told me that he is with customer and hang up call. immediately i called again and other sales person told me that he is not in the office for entire day.
Judy Beck: Worst service department ever. Never picks up the phone. The service advisor ignores emails and services are generally super-overpriced. We got our wheel rotation/alignment, never got a report, car service was delayed by 2 hours, did not get a call back to pick up the car which they said they would. They do not care about you or your car, save your time and go somewhere else.
Katelyn Goodwin: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrendous. My car crapped out after only two years of owning it, turns out there was a class action lawsuit against Hyundai for that make, model, year, for that exact problem. My boyfriend and I called them and we were told that they would work with us and offer us a trade. However, when we got there it was a completely different story and they wanted us to have the engine put back together (it's in pieces at the shop), have it towed there, and they could assess it themselves. If they found that it was not the defect in the engine, it was going to cost me $350. They also told me I needed to provide them with receipts of all of the oil changes I had, and any work done on the car. On top of it, they wanted to me to look on their lot and see if there was anything I wanted to buy! Both managers we dealt with were so pompous and arrogant. I will never do business with this place again and I will be calling Hyundai directly.
J S: Inquired via the website regarding a 23 Kona and was able to complete the transaction within 24 hours! If you are in the market for a new hyundai this seems like a logical choice just based on efficiency. The customer service and product selection are an added bonus. I will do business here again.
Jason Eastty: Good luck trying to get help in service. I get that they are short staffed but they are so rude and condescending on the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
Natalie H.: Our Kona has had problems starting for months now and the vehicle has been dropped off multiple times at this dealership to figure out the issue since it is still under warranty. Most recently, the car has been there for two weeks and not a peep from the Service team on the status of the vehicle. I started calling a week ago to get an update and left three voice messages for the manager Dan and have heard nothing back. Pretty appalled that an entire week goes by with no call back to a customer. From the car not starting, to this dealer's team not being able to figure out why, and now Dan the service manager not getting back to me about what they're doing with the car that has been in their shop for two weeks, this dealer and Hyundai in general has left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Gideon Coltof: I just leased a 2023 Kona EV from Herb Connolly, and had a great experience. The salesman, Derrick, was pleasant and very easy to work with. There was no haggling needed, and I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay (Manufacturer's lease deal). My only complaint, which is pretty minor, is that the delivery 'expert' was - not. I seemed to know more about the vehicle then he dod, but whatever, part of the fun of a new car is learning all about it :-) I would def recommend Herb Connolly - and the Kona EV as well!
