Nirvana The Taste of India: what do users think?
Kotesh Makke: Nice place to prefer Indian food, very good staff and helpful. Like to visit again.. reasonable cost nearby Harvard university.
Krima Modi: I went to Nirvana yesterday afternoon and it was awful experience. The attending waitress could not care less, I had to wait to look around for her just to ask basic items like spoon. I was provided fork and butter knife. Another thing is I ordered Chhoe Bhature so obviously I asked if I can have some onions with lemon and salt on it and little of pickle like one mango slice. She told me it will be charged separately. I still Made my peace with it and said okay then she can with just raw chopped onions no lemon not even salt on it. Besides every place served chhole with 2 bhaturas on standard level, This place provided just one. Although the quality aka taste was good. But quantity and customer service made me post this reviews. Last but not least they charge 50cents for to go container. I mean how cheap one can be. I paid that without complain but then I couldn't pack some of my leftover so I asked her for third container being okay with paying for that and she came with the half sized container than the first two she gave me and she charged me same price for it. I'd say if you have any self respect let do not go. People go to restaurant for eat with ease not to being treated like they are there to eat some free food.
Reshma Menon: I tried this place today after always seeing it was busy in the evenings and was really disappointed. I was hoping to get the thali But you can only choose two entrees and there no no appetizers which did not seem very thali-like. So I ordered the non veg appetizers platter and goat biryani. In the platter, the chicken samosa was too oily, and the kheema inside tasteless. The chicken pakora was bland and soggy, like reheated from the freezer, not freshly fried. The seekh kebab was too salty, and the lamb tips tough. Only the chicken malai kebab was decent, and the saving grace was that they had a nice fresh mint chutney. Finally the "biryani" was a joke -- it was rice and a bland goat curry mixed together with peas, bell peppers, and onions!!! At least the goat was well cooked, but this is a miserable excuse for biryani. Someone trying to cook indian food for the first time following a recipe on the internet can make a more decent biryani with actual spices.Vegetarian options: There are a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans as well.
siddharth sharma: Good food - but pricey
Jessie Wilson: Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Meredith Landsmann: Wow - so delicious. I appreciate the menu specifying GF, vegan and vegetarian options. and the DOSA's!Vegetable BiryaniDalTofu MasalaVegetarian options: Extensive vegetarian AND vegan options.Dietary restrictions: GlutenDairy

Isaac: Nirvana is my favorite Indian food in Cambridge! It’s fresh delicious and uses great, high quality ingredients. Get the malai kofta!
V Y: Recommended dishes Mango Lassi, Chicken Korma, Garlic Naan, Lamb Curry, Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken TikkaMore
Khoi Nguyen: Amazing food. I destroyed the butter chicken and naan. Rice is okay. Spicy is spicy. Fast service. Was a little annoyed by the extra charges for takeout containers.Recommended dishes Garlic Naan, Butter Chicken …More
Charu Singh: Great location, taste was average for authentic Indian food. Both vegetable korma and kadhai paneer gravies tasted similar.Recommended dishes Garlic Naan …More
Olivia B: Like the samosas, everything else is good. Want to try other paneers
Sid Sharma: Good Indian food , reasonable pricesSurprisingly well made mutton.Nice ambience, organized and clean.Kid-friendliness: Friendly and accommodating staff, spice levels toned down for our pre-schoolers.
Jesse Tordoff: Recommended dishes Mango Lassi, Butter NaanMore
Isabela Maia: new favorite! I am not used to very spicy food and every time I try “this is not very spicy” food, I always think it is too much. this place has a great level of spiciness for those who really mean when they say they don’t want it very spicy and also those who love to cry eating; my husband can attest that. everyone on my party was satisfied with it & loved the food! I tried the paneer tikka masala & can’t wait to come back.
Eric Lecapitaine: The food was excellent and the service too. If you are looking for good Indian food in Cambridge, look no further!
Vance Tan: Overall, the experience was okay. Can't complain about the average price of the menu, decent value in Boston. The texture of the Naan was a little weird, it felt like they used the batter for Dosa for the Naan as well, which makes it a little too chewy.
Eutaw Street: Used to be a great choice for Indian food, even though the service and individual dishes has always been hit or miss. With the prices increase by 30-40%, its definitely not worth it. There are plenty of Indian food restaurants in $20+/entees range with systemically better quality of service and food.Food: 4/5|Service: 1/5 …More
suman jss: Food was not that greatFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Siva Dheeraj Reddy Obulam: This is my go to place for Indian food
Schuyler Bailar: Not sure why this only has 4 stars - it should have 5! Everything was delicious. Complex flavors, well-balanced spices, kind waiters, and impressively fast service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The chicken tikka dal was so good, I’ll be coming back just for that. The dosa was really very good. We were very surprised. Perfectly crispy but still a touch h can eat. The masala was so well seasoned. One of our party had allergies and they were super accommodating and easy about that. The prices felt reasonable and the portions good. We’ll certainly be back!!

Tim Scully: Fans of the passage to India in porter, please look elsewhere. The food is completely different and some of the worst i have had in Boston. Owners of this new establishment, do better. We used to love passage to India when it was in porter square, so we tried this all place for delivery. However, this place is completely different and so much worse. The naan was gummy and undercooked. the chicken tikka masala had stewed, tough, chewy meat (clearly not cooked in a tandoori oven) with a really watery, bland sauce. The chicken korma had oily dark meat and an unusual spice profile. In short, I was blown away how different the food is from porter square passage to India. This was some of the worst Indian food i have tried in Boston in the past 10 years.
J M: Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
CoBrA1k9: Worst indian food i ever had and made me feel sick, over priced..
Tara Espiritu: It is worth noting that nut ingredients/allergens are not listed on their online menu, so take care to when ordering if you have one.Rest of the food was “fine” per my partner. Naan was on the doughy side.
Heith Martinez: What a culinary delight! We asked for it spicy and we got it. Through the heat each dish maintained its unique character. Already looking forward to the next visit. Ask for mixed pickled side condiment, you won’t be disappointed.Vegetarian options: The eggplant was delicious!
Larry L Sr.: Recommended dishes Lamb Curry, Goat CurryMore
Rajesh Prabhu: Ordered from this restaurant for the first time. Got the chicken curry and the lamb korma curry. The curry was so tasty especially the lamb korma was amazing. It had a fresh taste and all the spices grinded very well with soft lamb meat. The taste was amazing and one of the best lamb korma I have ever had. However, the quantity was small and I didn't think the food was worth the price. 20 bucks for that lamb curry and also 16 bucks for chicken curry. Wish the quantity was little more for the price. The taste was really good for me. Worth a try 👍👍👍
Gangi Properties: The absolute best Indian food I’ve ever had in my life. I haven’t ventured too much into the menu as I’m not familiar with many of the items and don’t tend to often venture too far away from my usual dishes. My go to meal here is the chicken tiki masala. You can get it mild, medium, or hot. I go with the mild as I feel it has some better flavor than the spicier versions but doesn’t really have much spice at all. It always has juicy tender white meat chicken and is consistent with quality. I’ve had it atleast 50x and have never been disappointed. You can’t forget to add some garlic naan bread to soak up all of the extra sauce that comes with the tiki masala ! I usually get takeout but the inside of the restaurant is very clean and new.
RON GERVAIS: A great place to eat!! I was looking for a good place to eat and stumbled upon this really great Indian restaurant 5 mins from my hotel! Food is well priced for the portions and taste and by the looks of things take out was flying off the shelf!!!! I had the lamb curry with garlic Naan which was great, and the chai equally tasty and just right!! The Naan was very fluffy from start to finish and the lamb was very tender and tasty and spicy!! All in all worth many more visits!!!
Lekha Akhuli: Little bit costly but the atmosphere of the restaurant was awesome..i felt like its my zone.. Playing Bollywood songs..it's worth by naming of the restaurant "Passage to India"..taste of the food was also good..in short i loved that..
Shrijay Kudale: Pros: The taste of food is really great. The restaurant has tried to be innovative by their pricing strategy. They have various combos for lunch and dinner. Location is also a plus point.Cons: Service of the restaurant is big problem. It wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere but instead like they are doing a favor by serving. Pricing/quantity is another concern. Combos aren’t good enough for one time lunch on dinner. You will have to buy something more if after having combo. I order a lassi and the whole glass was filled with ice cubes. That’s not how lassi is served.
Sathya Keerthi: WORST INDIAN FOOD EVER! We weren’t even served water until we asked for some. The biriyani is NOT a dum biriyani like one would expect but is a “pan biriyani” which essentially tasted like a soggy tomato rice with cashew nuts and loads of food colouring. The soup was bitter and stale. Worst ever Indian food I’ve ever had in MA.
Elle Allen: I will follow this restaurant to every location they move to! The food is absolutely phenomenal, full of perfectly balanced spices, not too heavy, hot, fast and delicious. Wide variety on the menu and lots of options even for vegans or gluten free. Would go here every week if I could. Our favorites: vegetable makhani, goat madras, and the paneer tikka masala. Take out is great but food is even better if you can make it in person!
Leah: Got a delivery last night and everything was delicious!!! I've been trying to find great Indian restaurants near me for so long. The best Indian in the greater boston area.
Prof.Dr. GHS PRASAD: Food: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Patrick Meyer: Mulligatawny Soup was inedible, thick goopy paste like canned sweet potato puree. Onion chili naan was UNCOOKED, raw dough, inedible. Lamb curry, lamb was overcooked, chewy. Palak Paneer was the only thing good in the order. Avoid this place.Food: 1/5|Service: 2/5 …More
Nidah Khalid: Very expensive compared to other Indian restaurants, sub-par food, bad service

Carlos Gomes: Great service, great food
Jay Satrola: Good place to eat some good north as well as South Indian dishes just go there and you gonna love it
Hollis Skeete: I am big fan of indian food and loved chicken dishes of desi dhaba and would recommend to all who want to taste soom good indian dishes.
e nethaji: Hi people . Me and my frnds went to Desi dhaba to have lunch and we ordered a platter and I am telling you guys forget about the food not cooked good but the food is not fresh I mean it taste like it’s been kept out open for days and they served straight to us and later we complained to the manager there and got out from thereI strongly recommend please please please don’t go there you will get disappointed
Rajesh Rajagopal: Great tasting food, but the goat jalfrezi had pieces of goat WITH bones so was annoying having to eat the goat pieces. Can’t you take the bones out BEFORE making the curry?
Milan Parikh: Honestly very overpriced for the portion sizes and not as flavorful as I'd expect. The naan was flat and crispy/crumbly rather than fluffy and soft, and the malai kofta portion was just 2 small kofta in a rather mild flavored sauce. There's other options in the area that are quite a bit better.
Michael Chunko: Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5More
Prithwijit Duttagupta: Great place fir authentic indian cuisine.Especially the buffet is really amazing and budget friendly.

The lunch buffet comes with a lot of options and resonable price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

India Pavilion: what do users think?
Tyler Petrochko: Awesome Indian food and great prices. Highly recommend the Samosa Chile Chaat.
Naresh Kumar: Kid-friendliness: Hhh
Arkopal Datta: The food was good but nothing special. If you're craving Indian food then it's a good spot, but nothing memorable.Vegetarian options: There were sufficient vegetarian options.
Lekha Akhuli: Food is good but it would have been better in taste if they improve the quality. But i must say it was reasonable ..
Connor L: I ordered the Goat Vindaloo for lunch, service and pickup was perfectly fine. I got to eating it and begin picking out more and more bones of varying sizes, ranging from pea-sized and egg-size. Very off-putting when you don’t expect it… flavor was amazing though. I’d recommend this restaurant, but stay away from the goat. A coworker shared a similar experience getting the same dish.
Dhriti Shankar Sinha: Vegetarian options: Nice tasteKid-friendliness: Enjoy
Atharva Aher: Good food, nice taste and quality
Subramanyam Krishnamurthy: Vegetarian options: We had gone for buffet today. The tandoori rotis were cold and food was not tasty. The rice pudding was cold .On the whole it was a bad first time experience.
Folorunso Olufemi Samuel: Cool and serene. Best ever!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Sean Effel: Great restaurant. I've been a customer for years and seen their many iterations and renovations in Central Square.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Siddhant Bhasarkar: Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Pralhad Kulkarni: No thali!
Jeena G: We went for dinner and ordered samosas, masala tea for starters. And then, naan to share and individual main dish. I ordered chicken vindaloo. The samosas were decent. It wasn't oily at all. I was particularly disappointed with chicken vindaloo, which I ordered at medium spicy, but it was not spicy at all. Masala tea was alright, not the best I've had. Overall, I found the food to be alright, but nothing special. I don't think I'll be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
Humaid Saleem: Awesome, good
An'Neshia: MUST EAT.. best food I’ve had in Massachusetts so far. I came while they were about to close and the service was still amazing!!!
Bereket Zelealem: Really good
Guy Zylberberg: Came here for the buffet lunch. It's a pretty good deal, but the food itself is just OK.Food: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Ashwin Swaminathan: What a place! I can’t even imagine how its possible to concoct such inedible food. We were unfortunately greeted by a tasteless bowl of water that we were later told was actually supposed to be sambhar. We ordered the vegetarian thali with shahi paneer and malai kofta. Indian food is known worldwide for its spicy fragrant complexity, but this restaurant seems to have replaced all these spices with sugar. Every savory item was somehow oddly sweet, yet the iced masala chai, which should have been sweet, had no sugar in it whatsoever. Aside from this, the dosa was tiny, the rice was undercooked, and an hour after eating here our stomachs grumbled with sickness. The samosa chaat was decent. Overall do not recommend 0/10
Lydia Chew: I ordered a "surprise bag" of leftovers to reduce food waste, so I was hoping that the contents wouldn't have any meat - I figured I had a pretty decent shot since Indian cuisine is pretty vegetarian-friendly, and it was a good bet.My order came with naan, daal, and rice. It was listed as $5 for a $15 value. I wouldn't pay $15 for what you see in the picture, but the $5 price was more than decent. I was really excited for the daal in particular, and it was quite excellent. The naan was also really good, especially hot and fresh on a cold winter day!Vegetarian options: lots of vegetarian options
Saran360: Excellent food and service.Vegetarian options: Pretty good and tasty.
Jeff Klein: Best Indian buffets in Cambridge, and that's saying something around here! The buffet has four vegetarian options (usually a combination saag paneer, korma, aloo gobi, matar paneer, yellow dal), three chicken dishes, naan and pakora. There's also excellent chutneys, raita, and salad. The best part is the rice pudding, which is without question the best I've tasted.Vegetarian options: Always more veggie options than meat, and an excellent variety.

Heidi Peterson: This is our go-to spot for Indian food. All the dishes are delicious - some of our favorites are the vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala, lamb biryani (so tender), baingan bharta, and raita. Great service and prices as well.
Rilyee Kniskern: Amazing food, amazing service! Great place for take out. I didn't have any idea what I wanted when I walked in and the man behind the counter asked if I would like any suggestions. David Bright: Very poor customer service. So I'm giving one star.
Shira M: This place is amazing, felt like being back in the kitchen on the Indian side of the family. Tasted like it too. These guys clearly love what they do, they were happy and singing… great service. Ordered saag paneer, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, vegetable korma, daal, roti and rice, and mango lassi, came back the next day for chicken and lamb biryanis, veggie samosas and garlic naan. The lassi tastes like they make it here, no pre-made concentrate on this one. It’s great! The lamb was so tender and juicy. Spices were excellent. Saag was sooo creamy and deliciously spiced. Daal was a little greasy for daal, but very tasty and rich. The packaging was thoughtful, all in quality microwaveable containers. Which is important because portions are large so you will have leftovers! Price might look a little high but is a good value for the quality and quantity. This place is the real deal. Desi daba and Indian pavilion were just sad. This place blows them out of the water!I do wish they had some seating, it’s takeout only.Vegetarian options: Lots of delicious vegetarian and vegan optionsWheelchair accessibility: Ramp to the door, not stairs.Dietary restrictions: Options for gluten free, but free etc.
Crystal Coulson: Easily the best Indian food I've had since moving to Boston, and it's not particularly close. You can definitely tell they take pride in their food; the spices are fascinatingly complex, the meat melts in your mouth, and the portions are so generous that you will be happy to have enough leftovers just to experience the dish all over again.Vegetarian options: As is the case with Indian cuisine in general, Surya Indian Kitchen has a vast wealth of vegetarian and vegan friendly options.
Warren Faulkner: The Chicken Tikka Marsala and Saag Paneer, a great combination plate really enjoyed the flavors 👍👍.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5 …More

The Maharaja: what do users think?
Rakesh Khandelwal: Big menu with many vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices, and decent decor. Ordinary wine selection. They have cocktail menu as well. While menu suggested authentic north Indian food, it tasted very ordinary, below average. Ordinary enough not worth trying again, especially at the menu price. We had vegetarian food only, don't know about taste for chicken, mutton and/or other non-vegetarian options.
Valeria Fasolo: The food was excellent, although the veg pakora came out cold and did not taste fresh. I had the Baingan Patiala Masala, it was my first time trying that dish and it's now one of my favorite indian foods; it was flavourful and nutty at the same time, and the eggplants were creamy, almost silky! My friend and I only had to wait 5 minutes to be seated without a reservation on a Saturday night, which was great as we were both extremely hungry. The service was excellent, the waiter was polite, and he didn't make us feel rushed. Would go back again.if craving Indian and in the area.Vegetarian options: There are plenty of tasty vegetarian optionsParking: Free street parking after 8 pm and on Sundays

Katrin Shikova: My favorite Indian restaurant. The food is always delicious no matter what you order.
Divyangana: The food was about average I would say (the naan was too doughy and the biryani was quite bland). The staff were very nice and friendly and the service was quite great overall.
Kyriakos Grammatikos: Food is a little greasy but overall good quality. I particularly love this restaurant for it's cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Very good cocktails as well! If you can, balance out your order with items that don't contain creamy sauces.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Naan, Mango Lassi, Chicken Biryani, Maharaja Biryani, Aloo Samosa Chaat …More

zakeer hussain: Completely lost the credibility With this restaurant, it’s not so worthy and food is really average and they charge the tip without your consent which is really bad and I don’t know what’s wrong with their databases as well!!!!
Kyle: So delicious! The lamb biryani is not only plentiful but absolutely delicious. If it's the weekend, I may suggest reservations because it was busy! It is located upstairs, so don't be misled. Prashant Doshi: We were at this restaurant 9 years ago and the food was top notch - 5 stars - as good as the best Indian restaurants elsewhere in the country. It seems that the kitchen staff has changed for the worse. We will not be returning to this restaurant.Service is good and staff are nice - however, we didn't enjoy the food.1) Breads were not good - Chapati tasted like a tortilla [and was all white like it was made from white flour instead of wheat flour], shell on aloo paratha was tough.2) While we requested medium spice level, food was prepared mild and was not as flavorful as expected.Food was not bad, just ok - 3 out of 5 stars. However, due to the prices, I have reduced the rating to 2 stars.
prized treasure: Felt like I was in someone’s living room /dining room. Felt like home. Good service, great tasting food and beverages.
Sanjana Shetty: For being in the city, this place is probably not a bad choice for Indian food. They offer above average Indian food and good service. Their food does lack flavor sometimes and is more catered to American palette than Indian
Paula D: So delicious, with great service and a wicked cool view from the second-floor. An all-around lovely atmosphere.

S M: First time trying out this spot. The food was not as good as I had hoped for. The sauce tasted good but the chicken was clearly reheated and not cooked fresh, as the flavor was off. The garlic naan was great, though. Had they served me just the sauce and the naan I would have been a happy customer.Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere for my Indian food fix.
Seth Gertz-Billingsley: Good, typical Indian menu. Kind service. Quiet, never seen it busy. Good spot for a chill lunch in Cambridge.
janki mavani: Whenever visit punjab express please eat dal tadka and paneer tika masala because test is amazing and also provide the best services.
Ele Gri: Masala dosas are fantastic. We were here over the summer and then in feb...it s been consistently great!!Dietary restrictions: Many gf options
Nina Black: Good food and was prepared quickly :)
Rina M.: Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Aakash Shah: I ordered Samosa for take away, and it was very very oily, and the taste was also really bad. Would never go to this restaurant again.I wish I could give 0 or negative rating.
Puspam Keshri: I have ordered gobi Manchurian!! What I got is Gobi sabzi with very high spice level!! Taste was bad too!!Food: 1/5 …More
Amarprit Kaur: Food is awesome, i like the Veg samosas and mango lassi. Rest the curry was up to the mark. Best Indian restaurant found in Boston.
Lachlan Murray: Really delicious chicken korma.
Stephen Early: Some of the best Indian food in the Boston-area!
IK IK: Solid chicken Tikka masala with paneer, + naan + rice + strawberry lassi. I liked the amount of food I got for a good price!Vegetarian options: Good chickpea stuff
Suhani Jain: Wost food ever. They put so much haldi in dal that it wasn’t edible. The chicken fry was fried in some seafood oil. It was smelling so bad. Only the rice and roti were edible that’s why they got one star.I wish I could capture the smell somehow and send it through this chat. Anyway please save money and don’t eat here. Everything was 30 dollars. What a waste!
Mai Nguyen: Great food and good, reasonable price. We ordered vegetarian and there tons of options. The ambience, silverware, and decorations were all very beautiful. Plus the music was awesome! 10/10 experience.
Syed Ali Mustafa: Awesome food and good priceRecommended dishes Chicken Curry, Tikka Masala, Chicken Tikka, Tomato Soup …More
Shreyash Gajbhiye: We went on a Christmas day where it was operating beyond it's working hours (we went at 4pm but it usually shuts down after lunch at 3:30 and then resumes for dinner).Veg platter was good but oily.. quantity was decent (would be enough for 2 people but if more , you will get only a couple of bites of everything)Dosa and Sambar vada : Sambar is not authentic sambar, it was some dal with some veggies but still okay.Dosa and vada was not very well.( Would not recommend this)
Prakhya Malyala: Absolutely wonderful food was so good service was incredible very kind definitely eat here
khyati tandon: The food served here has very homely taste. The veg and non veg entrees are amazing and the masala tea is my personal favourite.
Zenil Pethani: Chef Vinay has been making amazing food here. Paneer tikka masala and Dal makhani is a must try here. There are good options available for thalli as well. Also samosa chatt is very good the tamarind chutney is fab !

Harvest of India: what do users think?
Sylvi O: I ordered catering for a staff meeting of 20 people, and it was delicious! I ordered one catering dish of chicken tikka masala, one catering dish of baingan bharta, and seven orders of vegetable samosas. Everything delivered on time and was still very warm as well. We had plenty of leftovers.
ARJAK BHATTACHARJEE: I ordered one veg Thali from them today via Uber eats. They gave rotten daal curry and I'm having gastric problems and loose motion after eating their food today! Just awful. They should have a better quality chack. Won't recommend buying/ordering food from this restaurant!!
Bill OLeary: I had the Chicken Karahi and the lady asked "how spicy do you want it" I answered "as spicy as you can make it". And they definitely did not hold back, and it was amazing !! The Biryani rice was also amazing.
Olivia B: Just fine
pranitha r: ordered veg thali. Samosa - too oily and tasteless, dal - horrible(how can anyone go wrong with dal), bindi - so salt, no taste. The only better one was paneer. Otherwise this will be a one starer, for the not at all tasty food they make
Ishan: Ordered delivery with Doordash for chicken and shrimp biryani and they sent veg and shrimp biryani.
Hari N: Ordered 3 items.Laccha paratha- it’s not flaky and almost same as normal parathaKarahi chicken - descent quantity and tastePaneer Makhani - this was pretty bad, paneer cubes in readymade tomato sauce.
Meet Panjwani: This the worst Indian restaurant I have ever ordered from. I ordered butter chicken, what they did was just use a ready made sauce and dipped the chicken in it. Ask the chef to take lessons again. You are representing your culture, do it right. Don’t waste people’s time and money, if you are too lazy to cook.
Daksh Shah: Excellent food and service! Anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine should pay a visit to this restaurant.
Punjab Express: Food is delicious...!!!!great service
Prajakt S. Bendre: Butter Chicken ❤️..Good food, and great service
K.D. Singh Sachdeva: Refused to serve us 30 min before closing. Rude and poor customer service.
kirk iliev: Good place but would like to see the buffet signs removes since they don’t offer this anymore. Service was good. Naan was good, the chicken karahi needed little more zest and did not taste very authentic, but tasted good ( chicken was very tender). Sikh kebab was very good too.
Julia Green: I don’t know how the food it. I’ve been waiting over a hour for the food. I called the restaurant and you guessed it they were rude. Don’t order from here. There are way more options and nicer people that are willing to treat you with respect when you spend your money with them.
Miten Patel: Take out was painful, longer waiitng time. Food is okay in taste. Actual food price is higher than menu price.
John Juices: I can only speak to my own personal experience of going to this place once, but it was absolutely fire. Chicken tikka was one of the most fire chicken tikkas I've ever had. Insane-level good. Not to invalidate all the 1-star reviewers but I had a fantastic experience and the guy was super nice. Would definitely come back -- next time I want to order even more and eat until I almost burst!
Sage Voorhees: Really excellent 10$ lunch boxes, owner incredibly kind
Jimena Bermejo: This is my favorite Indian food place. I have tried others but I just can't. I have been ordering take out from here for many years. Love their Chicken Tikka Masala!
Danny Gromfin: A quiet Thursday meant no lunch buffet, but that did not deter us. Ordering from the menu, we sampled a few dishes and apps. They were amazingly tasty, fresh and delicious. The service was top-notch and the overall vibe of the restaurant was welcoming. I highly recommend Harvest of India!
Sarah Kinicki: Great food! Nice owners.
Reshad Bin Harun: Highly recommend the Punjabi Wings here! Love the food and the staff are super friendly. Will miss this place dearly as I move to Chicago…

Chutney's Cambridge: what do users think?
yakshitha punati: Unappetizing smell, greasy food, too much food color and horrible taste, I once ordered from this place and the food was the worst food I’ve ever had in Boston, waste of money
Akash Burman: Horrible food. Dont Order.
Mani: Indo Chinese (Hakka) spot in a small food court adjacent to Harvard University. We visited this place after the Harvard Tour and we were so glad that we chose the right spot. The appearance of the store front may look deceiving but the food tasted way better. We order Hakka noodles, Triple Schewan fried rice, Bombay chilli chicken, Chilli Garlic Chicken, chicken Momo's. All tasted great except for the Momo's. Highly recommended after your Harvard Tour.
Sushant Prakash: Food was uninspiring: bhel puri was soggy, veg Manchurian was soggy and not a good flavor, chili paneer was just okay, and Hakka noodles were decent. Atmosphere of the food court is not great either, I guess that's why they call it the GarageFood: 2/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Rashmi venugopal: its busy corner, good for quick bite, taste is goodFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Momos …More
Sanjana Shetty: This place is perfect for Indian street food lovers who also have a non-sensitive guy. While they do make their food incredibly palatable, they also add a tonne of food coloring and oil. So this is a place to go to once a while when you are in the mood for complete indulgence.
Yev Bronshteyn: They took my money, still no food after 20 minutes. Refused to give me my money back when I asked, lying that’s order was almost done when I could see they hadn’t started.
Deepika V: Got ordered through Uber Eats.Highly disappointed for receiving the burnt veg manchurian and the schezwan rice is too much coloured and didn’t taste good at all..We had ended up trashing it as as it’s wasn’t at all eatable..Couldn’t able to even order anymore from here.Wouldn’t recommend anymore as they lost the valued customers.Recommended dishes Veg Manchurian …More
Kranthi Kumar: Recommended dishes Chicken Tikka MasalaMore
Akshay Patil: Ordered noodles and chicken 65. The chicken was extremely chewy and honestly not good at all. It also felt stale and re-refried !The noodles were okay, I have had better experience in the past but this time the food was really bad !!!
Aaron Kirtland: Very slow service; they cooked noodle dishes slowly one at a time
Roshan Shah: I was super tired after Harvard tour and came here for a lunch. They gave me Naan which was not cooked, it was wet. I asked the worker, why my naan is wet, and they said we use frozen naan here and this is how it is. It was for sure few days cooked Naan, which was not tasty and smelled bad. Wouldn’t recommend anyone here.
Nikunj Vora: Food: 1/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
Hana Na: Paneer tikka masala with naan. Wish I had more curry because it was very delicious.
J T: Delicious foodFood: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Adith R Krishnan: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Momos, Veg ManchurianMore
Elizabeth Shulman: Takes forever 😴
Ketan Kshirsagar (KK): If you are missing home food. Chutney is best place to have tasty indian street food. Must visit.
raj ghimire: Used to be good but now with new management, food quality is zero. Plz avoid if u can.
Chockalingam: Pav Bhaji and samosas were pretty good. Lassi was decent.
Sahil Natu: You'd find good Indian food or Chinese food here in US, but good Indo-Chinese is a rare thing. I thought it didn't exist here until one day I found this place. The food is hot and spicy - they don't ask for spice level preference, and I like it this way - who has chicken chili or triple schezwan fried rice with less spice. The flavour profile reminds of street food you'd have in India. If you're some one like me who's spent a better part of their life in India and misses the all too common fried rice, hakka noodles and some chili and lollipops, this is the place to be. I believe they have other dishes on offer too, but I'm yet to try those. 5/5, super recommend!
