Iscariot: Had a great experience working with Ramos Iron Works. Have some new railing on my front steps. Construction was wonderful and done without causing any disruption at the house. Highly recommend.

David Krewinghaus: We needed a railing for our front stairs which include switchbacks. Ramos Iron Works came out and explained what we needed to do to make it safe, gave us a clear, accurate, and reasonable estimate, and did the work quickly and very professionally. We have already had a couple of guests express what a difference they have made for our very challenging stairs. Heartily recommend!
Jenny Gunther: We hired him to do a fence job in our backyard. It was installed improperly. After many visits and phone calls to his office, requesting that he complete the job he did not respond. His company does not back up their work and I would NOT hire him!

The guys who were out to install were great. Very quick in their work and clean; left all as it was before they arrived except for the beautiful new railings. Would highly recommend.
o y: We challenged Ramos with a plan for custom rails and a matching light pole. Ronaldo and his team built it to the specifications given, and were very receptive to changes made and paid attention to the details. His team professionally installed it, and did an excellent job.

richard vendetti: I’ve been a carpenter for 49 years and over the years I’ve been involved with many different contractors and couldn’t have been happier with the quality of work and the enjoyment of the workers at my home and there office. I had called 4 different companies in my area of Cambridge.Ronaldo was the only one to call me back. I thank them for there quick response time and honesty and great workmanship.
Aaron Berdofe: Work quality was decent, not great. The installers were professional and courteous. They left scuffs on the stairs, they created a minor split in a step probably because they forgot to drill a pilot hole, etc. However, the communication overall from Ramos Ironworks was horrible. Too much time was spent after having a signed quote trying to get them to schedule the install. It was always “We’ll call you right back.” and then they never did. That being said, they [finally] delivered the railing exactly as we requested and we are pleased with that portion.
