Donna Briggs: Have am auto loan from them.All I want to do is defer my car pymt for this month of March due on the 10th.When I called my pymt in last month on the 6th I put request in.I was told they would email me.Then I was told. It would go to the underwriter.(I only wanted to defer. Due to knee surgery)I called on Feb 28 to c if they had answer.Was TRANSFERRED at least 3x.and cut off.Finally got some1 and they told me still with underwriter.My account has been current the whole time.This bank is becoming my WORST NIGHTMARE!! Still as of 3/3 NA.I cry all the time to myself getting away from FORD MOTOR CREDIT.I financed a brand new Escape and I never went thru anything like this.1 time I asked to defer my pymt with them gave me the answer rite then and there on call.It was always my pleasure to deal with Ford.When u call into Kia u r asked put #s thru thst u don't have.u always gotta press 0 60x and hope a human pu.I don't know how this bank stays in bus.Not professional or friendly

Rodrigo Perea: UPDATE:I got contacted by the actual branch manager. And she's been great (changing from 1 to 3 stars, thanks to her). I believe she wasn't in the office when I had the experience below.PREVIOUS POST:Worst bank experience I had w/ incompetent employees (eg. wrong email address in business card).Be careful, go to other branch, or better off if you move your business somewhere else.In short, took 2 hrs to partially added me to our HOA account (unable to help me w online banking), made me sent sensitive documentation to a wrong email address (the rep. just realized her email in his business card was incorrect!!), and sensed a defensive/stereotypical tone throughout the entire experience. They were in disbeleif w/ my deed even though wording was exactly the same as co-owner and docs. were recorded in public records.For a neighbourhood w/ highly educated people, I was expecting a little more competency or rational thinking. I highly suggest other branch or better off, move your business to another bank.After 1mo. I still cannot access the system online which frustrates me and other co-owners to manage and report our expenses.

Markus Mobius: Worst bank in the world. I have a platinum honors account. My wife transferred money from her BOA to our joint BOA account and this bank is unable to verify this and issue a time sensitive check. Will close my account and move to a real bank.
Jinsong Huang: The contactless readers on their ATMs are not working and the people at the counter didn't even know it.

Angie Lee: The manager was very polite and helpful. Elona Vidhi helped me open my bank account and thoroughly answered every question I had. She was very informative. She answered all my questions with a consistent professional demeanor even when closing time passed. All of the staff I interacted with was very welcoming and professional. Overall, I had a fantastic experience!
Voormila Naidu: Very helpful staff. A banking manager helped us open an account, Mr Luiz Gonzalez. He was extremely friendly. Since we were exchange student who just came to the US, he was giving alot of helpful advice. And we went around 4pm, no crowd, we were attended immediately!

William: Using this BOA location for Public Notary services felt like a hostage situation. The banker held onto my ID and wouldn't let me leave until we had completed a 45 min tour of their products. I highly recommend avoiding this location if you need to accomplish any banking in a timely manner.

John Adams: I can easily give 5 stars for this location. When you get here be sure to go upstairs for all the services which was slightly odd because there is no signage at all.Anyway, I went here for an appointment to open Merrill Edge investment account as well as a checking account with BoA. I had a pleasure to meet Nikki who provided me outstanding service throughout the process, explaining all the products they have to offer, and offered me with her personal recommendations without trying to push or upsell any products at any time. I got the checking account and the investment account that I was looking for, and I even signed up for a Roth IRA. Hooray, maybe one day I can retire!
