Carmen Penaloza: My experience with this dealer has been a headache. I bought a car 1 month ago and I have called them to fix the car door lock and it is always a problem. Everything is how they want to do, they don't care if for me is difficult to be without a car. If they do the minimum for me, the way of thinking it is that they are helping me, when in reality it is the responsibility of the dealer.

We have been frustrated by the number of times we were required to come back to the dealership, in the two weeks between agreeing to purchase the vehicle and today, we have had to go in 6 times for various reasons. My wife and I work full time jobs and it has been very frustrating to coordinate so many trips to the dealership. This includes having to delay packing up the car because they forgot to get the correct signatures on the title.More frustrating still, there has never been acknowledgement of the inconvenience. On at least two of the occasions, I had to wait 45 min or more to be helped for things that we were told would be very quick.All in all, the experience has been frustrating.
Megan Palleschi: I bought a used 2020 Kia Forte from Jim and it was a fabulous car. Unfortunately, the seat absolutely destroyed my old back injury. I was really upset as I absolutely could not continue driving this car. I called manager Carlos and he let me know that I could use the 30 day trade in guarantee toward any other car on the lot. For two weeks I test drove everything they had and talked to Carlos about getting cars from other dealers (which is not very likely in this market). In the end I went with a 2018 RAV4 he had on the lot. Carlos gave me back every single penny I had spent and put it toward the new car. Even title and registration! Jim and he took care of all the paperwork, canceling the old warranty, etc. I am absolutely thrilled that my back injury did not end up costing me thousands of dollars! The RAV4 is a great car with low mileage and brand new tires. It was also the cheapest one in all my searches. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington!

Cam Bradley: Let me start by saying sales is great, 5 stars to them!! My wife bought the car here and the experience was very easy for us.Service on the other hand, subpar at best. As a former advisor and now a regular customer, I see why people put such an emphasis on customer service. CSI was my top priority for the teams I was on but clearly not this place. Second to last service, I asked the gent to do a tire rotation IF the tires were more worn in the front. He then tried to charge me for it even though all 4 of my tires were at 7/32s. I told him I wasn’t paying for that as it didn’t need it. He then printed new paperwork and threw my MPI in the trash so I had to grab it and unravel it on my way to the cashier. Extremely unprofessional.Last service, I ask the gent to check my filters because I think they need to be changed. He tried to sell me the 30k service at 24k miles so he can get me todo the filters and all the extra stuff (fluid changes) and I said no cause I’m 6k short lol. I get the car back and everything is in the green on my MPI. Of course I check my filters and they’re both nasty. Why miss out on the money? I literally would have paid to have them done which is prob .5-.7 hours for a tech on the RO. Dude isn’t trying to make money for the dealer, his teammates, or himself. Place is joke when it comes to service.Surprising to say but I might have to try Lynn next time.

Adriane Harrington: Skip this dealership, find a different one. Made an appointment to test drive a Telluride. Had a great conversation about trims and what I was looking for then learned they only had one on the lot. We looked at it and got in, when I shifted into drive I was informed test drives were not allowed. Even after assuring I was a serious buyer I was not allowed to drive the car. I can’t buy a car without driving it. Seriously go somewhere else.UPDATE- The framingham dealership happily let me test drive and now a proud owner of a Telluride.

Phil T.D.: I'm really getting fed up with his place. Definitely not gonna get a vehicle from here again. It starts with them pitching sales points to lock in a deal, then it turns out they give you false information and try to blame it on you. Example, they praised Kia Acess and UVO, even though you can't use it in Massachusetts. Remote start was a big sales point for me, and when I purchased the car and learned I can't even make use of it, I was already kinda annoyed. Nevertheless the car is fine, but it's definitely scammy business. They had also scheduled my fist service appointment (oil change) for today 11/21/22, the day I had picked up the car. I had called 2 weeks prior to confirm the appointment. I get to the dealer (mind you it's a 1 1/2 hour drive for me) and they tell me it would be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait before they can get my car in. Then what the heck did I have an appointment for, when in the end it's treated like a walk in? Just super annoyed with this place. I know that many people expect car dealers to be somewhat shady and will let them get away with a bunch... but never felt I more taken advantage of by a car dealer.
Van Caldwell: Recall on my Kia Telluride. Made an appointment and when I brought it in they handled it within an hour. The car was washed when they brought it out. Free internet/TV in waiting room. So overall good experience....although they were a little bit "short" with me when I made the appointment, but I won't ding them for that as I think they have to keep it moving.
Catherine Swan: My car had a major issue recently (timing chain) caused by a faulty oil filter that was installed on my last oil change at one of the fast oil change stores, not at a Kia dealer. I, like many other people always thought that a simple oil change didn't have to be done at the dealer and could be done at any place for less money. Thank goodness I saved my invoices because I had proof of my oil change records. My car (2020 Kia Forte) was repaired under warranty in a timely manner and now runs like new, I am very pleased to have it back. Thank you to the service team (Diego & Cesar) for their excellent work, communication and customer service... I will have any future maintenance performed at the Dealership for sure!!

Daniela Severino: If I could give negative stars I would! Worst dealership in the history of dealerships. They sold me a lemon that broke down within 5 months and won't do anything about it. Protect your peace and your sanity and shop someplace else.

brandon cobb: Stopped by on Friday morning - pre approved to test drive, and discuss purchasing a used vehicle they had on their lot I had viewed the day before. Upon arrival the car wasn’t there, no problem - after going inside and asking an associate if the vehicle was still available he said yes, but was very busy with “a bunch of other things let me get someone else to assist” he kindly printed me a detailed carfax sheet, then disappeared. I read through the carfax 3 times while standing in the showroom, after looking it over the 5th time and a solid 30 minutes of standing in a showroom and still no one I started walking to my car - where I then left. If you’re considering driving 40+ minutes to this location like me - make it any of the other 100s of dealers on the road.

C T: A visit in December 2022 to notify of 2 issues and a recall; assessment at that required a visit the following month to remedy the situation (Idle/stop-go; loose trim). Two hours after waiting, i was told that the (1) idle/stop-go issue was a “known tech” problem, and (2) the trim was ordered…wait a minute…McGovern knew in December i needed trim…so why was it ordered they day i come in January? And if the ISG is a known issue already, then why was i sitting there for two hours?? Clearly the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. Waste of my time and their technician’s time. I just realized that they did 5 hard credit inquiries (one being themselves, 4 being other financial institutions) which has hurt my credit. I also ended up paying a very high interest rate (considering my good credit) in order for them to make the most profit I’m sure. I would stay far away from this dealership.

I was told they could help me with alternative transportation since I am without a car. I have been very polite and patient. No reason for them to not call me back, they just clearly don't care about their customer.
James Morris: First of all Dan O'Brien Kia is gone. Good riddance. The dealership was told to close or sell by corporate Kia. It was bought by McGovern Auto Group. My first visit for service was a breath of fresh air. Competent...quick and painless. Angela was super fantastic. Give her a call for service. I know many left Dan due to incompetence but give them a try. And BTW..Google Dan Obrien Kia NH. Give it a read.
SL Pearson: Purchased a 2023 Stinger in June before Dealership was purchased from Dan O’Brien.Was told by service Manager service @ McGovern contact would be honored. Showed up for oil change & tire rotation.Was told I have to pay 39.99 for a filter & 79.99 for tire rotation because there were no notes in my file.I left without having any service done.Called and left 2 messages for the service Manager and was told by James one of them would get back to me. To date no one has returned my calls.Called sales department to speak to the Manager and was hung up on by the automated system 3 times.I guess I will have to file a complaint with the MA Attorney to have my contract honored or refunded.If you buy a dealership you should honor the contracts that were sold before you took ownership.I’m very disappointed with the lack of service or care given to my issue.
D C: Brought my car in for oil change, they tried to make me do other things that I did not want to do yet, I said no. So instead, they charge me 130$ for my oil change instead of the normal 50$ I pay. Horrible service. Made me hate going in even more. Go to the one in Manchester, way better service

Freddy, the GM at this store is deceiving, dishonest, and untrustworthy. I bought a car here and have horrible regret. They told me I would walk out of the dealership with my car that day. I was excited. I noticed some scratches they said THEY would take care of (then adding the cost to my bill) so I needed to wait a couple days for the repair, which was no problem. They told me I’d have my car in just a couple days, again, no problem. I was very flexible and patient…but then it was 4 days, then 6 and then it was over a week. Each time the date was pushed back, I had to call for the update. Never once did they call and let me know about the delays. In fact, when I would call, they would promise they’d get back with more info and never returned any calls. After 7 days and having to call the dealership several times, I got my car. The car had no oil, no inspection sticker, damaged underbelly, and weak brakes. DO NOT trust Dan Obrien Kia with your next car purchase. You will strongly regret it!
Colleen Farrell: Absolute trash turnaround. My finance went in around 1pm on a Saturday - had to wait 7.5 hours to actually finalize the deal. He was told he'd be able to pick it up no later than Monday. We're now being told it will most likely be Wednesday. Update on that: They misspelled our info in the paper work and so delayed everything another day.I'm sure there have to be better dealership wait times out there if you're currently looking.

I've been calling all morning to schedule a recall appointment and they have literally answered the phone and hung up multiple times. When I finally did get someone from service, I was immedately transferred to another line that kept ringing. I am pretty sure it was deliberate too as they have caller ID. Unbelievably frustrated right now!Forget this location! Go to Mastria Kia in Raynham instead.. They answer their phone calls and acknowledge their customers!

When I got it back the tires had nails in them. I just bought brand new tires before the car went in for engine repair. They had the car for two months, so where did the nails come from? Clearly from their shop (the work areas are messy and there are nails all over the ground) but they refused to replace my tires.I’ve had better customer service from small mom and pop shops. Kristen Cahill: Words cannot explain how much I HATE buying a new car. I mentally prepare like I am going to battle. My husband and I spent Saturday and Sunday at multiple dealerships. We walked in the door knowing what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. At each dealership we went to, we explained this. We would tell the salesperson that we just wanted to talk numbers. Give us your best price. Despite this, all of the experiences were the same. Fake, blind date from hell conversation, an initial price that was almost double what we said we were comfortable with, the salesperson would then go chat with the poker faced manager behind the glass and the negotiations would begin. The whole process is gross and predictable. I walk out loving the car and despising the people trying to sell it to me. That changed when we walked into Quirk Kia in Braintree. we didn’t get jumped on as soon as we walked in the door, instead I walked up to the counter and explained to Jerry (who turned out to be the GM) what were were looking for, Jerry had Chris (our delivery expert - NOT salesperson) pull up a few options. We looked at them all and decided which car we wanted to pursue. Within minutes (MINUTES!!) we had settled on a price. We drove the car away in less than an hour. I drove away in a car I loved and dealt with people that I will be happy to go back to. My husband and I are educated buyers. We are going to comparison shop and I was very upfront about that. (one dealership got mad that we were shopping around), we were going to be buying a car and it would come down to the best bang for our buck. I wouldn’t buy anything without comparison shopping never mind one of the biggest purchases (next to a home) that I will probably ever make. The environment and mentality that Jerry has created was refreshing. Chris was knowledgeable and thorough. We drove away happy and will be back in three years!
jorge guerrero: Unfortunately I have nothing nice to say about this dealer (service department). Had an issue back in December with my Kia so decided to give them a try and was worst mistake ever. They repaired my vehicle but less than a week later I was having issues after issues and taking my vehicle in weekly, Seems like they kept damaging it to make money out of warranty and I with my deductible.To top off on my previous repair they stated that they had to replace valve cover, GDI fuel pump, and VVT-solenoid to resolve the issue. Come to find out they replaced the VVT solenoid and GDi pump. NOT THE VALVE COVER BUT CHARGED FOR IT!Worst part is when I get home I see puddle of oil under my vehicle staining my driveway, when I take a peek I noticed that they cracked the oil pan in the process of repairing the vvt. (Rookie mistake jacking car from oil pan) so here goes car back to dealer.... after 3 days vehicle is finally done and they don't even bother calling to say vehicle is ready! (Neither of the time my advisor called to say ready) So when I showed up they said car was ready and unfortunately most likely they WON'T service vehicle there anymore because I called them out on their mistake and because of that they lost an employee. Which i guess they didn't like. But if they did the damage why not fix it the right way and not waste my time or theirs. Not just act stupid and send me home to recharge me another deductible!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY'RE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!Advisor was: John Wagner/ Robert crooksPicture attached of terrible service they provided...From their reply they tried to blame it on the road and previous mechanic... but in 5 years vehicle NEVER had an issue till they touched it! & when I picked up the vehicle they clearly stated (yes they used a jack to lift engine to remove motor mount). But like I said STAY AWAY! if you go there make sure to fully inspect the vehicle before leaving the lot because they the worst!

When it was time to close the deal, Jerry the General Manager was patient with all my questions and very helpful. No sales gimicks and or cheesey sales tactics. Collin Clark: I recommend QUIRK Kia for your automotive maintenance needs. There were a few speedbumps along the way, but Josh and his team did everything in their power to make things right. He did not try to sugarcoat anything and was straight forward throughout the whole process. The quality of the work was above standard, and I will be taking my brand-new Telluride back to them for additional work in the future.

Houdini: Quirk Kia in Braintree can always fit you in for last minute service appointments, and after your first visit you'll understand why.I booked an appointment with Quirk Kia because they are close by, and they were one of few dealerships with availability the day of. They performed services that were not requested, failed to perform services requested, and billed about 2.5x - 3x as much as competing dealerships. Save yourself the headache and book an appointment in advance with one of the more reputable dealerships in the area.
Shayla G: I found a Kia Telluride I was interested in on their website and scheduled an appointment for my day off. I drove 45 minutes to this dealership to be able to see and test drive a telluride that was in the trim level I wanted. When I arrived the car had already been sold and there were no others in that trim level available to test drive. Huge waste of time and huge lack of communication on their part, I should’ve been notified that the car I scheduled to see wasn’t available.

DY S: Body shop is the best value in the area, for more than just Kias!Had some tree damage to an old car, insurance paid out. Knowing that I wanted minimal work to make it driveable and rust proof, Marc and his team managed to make the broken parts look brand new again, for less than insurance quoted (without eating into my deductible)! Easy to work with and honest above all else.
Subham Kedia: HORRIBLE experience with both Sales and Service personnel.I would not at all recommend this Kia Dealer because of multiple reasons. It is the worst experience that I have had both in terms of Sales and Service. The Sales personnel are rude (not friendly at all), were not diligent and responsible to show us all the features and specifications of the car we were looking at, and no respect or humility from a customer service standpoint.From a Service perspective, I had a minor issue with one of my circular PDC proximity sensors in the front bumper of my car. The sensor went inside the bumper and they quoted it will be $120 per hour for labor, the minimum time for repair would be 2 hrs., and if there is any damage to the parts/sensors that will be additional. So, in summary, the total estimate was $240 + parts + taxes and fees. I went to a auto repair shop and they took 5/10 minutes and fixed the issue for "FREE."As a customer, you expect the sales and service people to be extremely nice and humble to you and not to rob you. If you're looking to buy a Kia car, I would recommend going to any dealer but this one.
Kristyn Pichierri: I needed a spare key for my 2012 Soul. I know it’s an old car but when I originally walked into the Shrewsbury dealer they instantly were like “nope we’d have to order it and have someone else cut it” I’m not sure if it’s just the equipment and capabilities of every location is different but I called Lev of Framingham afterwards, they looked up my car, made me a key and made sure it worked. Everyone on the phone and helping me in person was very nice, I appreciate their help. Very straightforward and pleasant.
Bruce Arntzen: I want to call out Lev Kia's Serivce Department, especially service advisor NICK ALDO for the EXCELLENT SERVICE that he provided. I was having trouble understanding the EV charging capabilities of my new 2023 Kia Niro PHEV. Conflicting literature and advertisements on the internet wrongly described how many amps and how long charging would take for Level 2 (240 volt) charging of the Niro PHEV. Nick tested my car with his diagnostic tools to confirm that the car was working properly and then clarified what transfer rate (amps) and timing to expect with this car. I would highly recommend the Lev Kia service department to future Kia customers.

The operator just repeatedly transfers you to the same person that doesn’t answer the phone. Waste of time.Update: They wouldn’t talk to me about car availability but spoke to my husband. They fully admitted they do not have any of the Tellurides in stock that are on their website and leave them there to lure people in to order one over MSRP. I’m reporting them to the AG for chapter 93A violations of unfair and deceptive business practices. They can deal with them.

Greta Yeadon: If your looking for a new car go to this dealership. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Cameron Galante greeted me in the parking lot, answered all my questions then took me for a test drive and showed me how all the new features work. When I picked the car up, he helped me set up my Apple Carplay and went through everything on the dashboard. Seeing that I only buy a car every 8 or 10 years, many things have changed so this is a valuable service that I really appreciate. When I came back to get my inspection sticker, the guys in the service department were also very polite and efficient.My son has worked at car dealerships. Some of his stories about how the management treated him are horrible. When I asked Cameron how he liked working at Lev Kia, he went on and on about how nice his manager, Peter McManus, was to work for and how well the owners treated them all. This is the kind of business I like to support.

Jeong Kim: The shop did not replace the recall item, oil pressure sensor, on the basis that it was not broken and asked $190 if more accurate diagnosis. As my car loses oil and did not show Low Oil warning even when the dipstick did not catch any oil at all. I am sure the part was broken. By the way, the part is just $20 on Amazon.
Brookline Smythe: I went there to get recall service for engine oil pressure sensor as my Sorento was losing engine oil but no warning light was coming on. The tech said he found no problem and did not service. I am willing to get independent assessment as I am so sure the part has a problem.

M Stick: Stopped in there out of the blue, on my way to savers. Ken greeted me outside on a rainy day. We discussed electric vehicles. Tesla's, rivian, lucid, and of course the Kia. Kenneth never even took my phone number, which I was amazed. Very low pressure. I left doing my tasks, and ended up going right back in, and ordered a Kia ev6. I recommend asking for Ken, he's a great salesman.

I know Jeff since he started in KIA Service about 8 years and he has been an excellent service specialist. However, while I was a waiter for the appointment and wanted to explore new KIA models, the salespersons were quite arrogant and lacked in showing/introducing me. I purchased two Sorento with Commonwealth when Sean was the sales manager. He managed the sales department well and always had the attitude and attention that, he and his team were to help here. I didn't see this service in the current team at all! They rather chatted each other and ignored me when I asked for the information.

We bought our Carnival from them at the height of the car market craze and despite that, they were one of two dealerships in a 100 mile radius that didn't take undue advantage of the situation- no markup, full transparency and no hard sell on additional warranties (even from the typically dreaded "finance guy"- who at Gervais couldn't have been more personable, friendlier or open to hearing what we did and didn't need). Mike T was our sales guy and I send every prospective Kia owner their way!On service- we've had warranty repairs and routine servicing and on both, Kristy was our service advisor. Again- warm, personable and very much made us feel welcome. Wr don't live anywhere near Lowell and yet, will continue to give Gervais first dibs at any of our Kia related business

kristen deletter: I'm torn on how to review. I brought my car to have 2 recalls fixed. I also purchased an oil change and tire rotation. When it was finished I went to leave and noticed the check engine light was on, which wasn't before. I went back in and someone came out and told me it wasn't there anymore and his code reader showed nothing. He assured me there was no issue. This was right at closing time, but I'm not sure if this was why I was sent on my way. Next morning the check engine light was back on and remained for the next 3 days. I brought it back and they said they would look at it. They discovered it was a sensor that was left unattached after doing the work and was in fact their fault. They offered me a free oil change for the inconvenience. I wish it could have been addressed when I was first there so I didn't have to go all the way back another day but it was resolved in the end.
Brian David: All and all it was a good experience. Profession, and Clean Dealership that were attentive to our needs. We felt like we got a fair deal and they were willing to negotiate, We didn't spend hours of going back and forth, unlike other Kia dealers in the area that we walk away from.
