Janice Lee: Brought my friend's family who were visiting Boston for the first time and they wanted to try Korean bbq so we visited here last night. We sat at the bbq grill seat, and everything started out great. Food was great, servers were very prompt at our requests despite the restaurant being so busy since it was Saturday night! Had great time, everyone enjoyed food, but we unfortunately had a sour end to the experience.Towards the end, we were ready leave after my friend's parents returned from the bathroom. However, one of the employee stopped my friend's dad as he was walking out of the bathroom and kept rushing him to leave. Mind you, he was experiencing some difficulty in moving due to leg pain, and he was at risk of falling. Thankfully my friend's mom intervened and talked with the manager of the situation. The manager apologized, but the inconsiderate behavior from the employee should have not occurred in the first place. To the manager, thank you for listening and understanding our situation. Food was great, servers were wonderful. Kudos! To the said employee, please try to be more considerate of your customers. I understand that it was a busy night with many people waiting in line, but couldn't you have waited like 2 more minutes? Geez.
Austin Pease: Went with a couple friends and split a couple things from the BBQ menu and a couple appetizers. The food was phenomenal, and the BBQ right on your table was pretty great. Pretty much everything we got was delicious. One thing I really liked about this place was the wait staff loaded the grill and flipped it for us, which I am always a huge fan of due to my poor cooking skills. Only downsides are the wait can get pretty long and there's no dedicated parking. Overall a fantastic dining place.

Hope: Food was okay, that’s it. Not happy that the waitress threw an entire plate of our meat onto the grill herself, after I told her to please not. Even after our first plate, she tried to come back and add the REST of our meat in. I had to move it to the side of the table so she couldn’t reach it. Man, they really try to chuck you out of here as soon as possible. If this is your first time trying a Korean bbq, this is the last place I would recommend.

Cho Cho's: what do users think?
Thao Nguyen: I was craving for some soup with the cold weather and their beef galbi tang soup really hit the spot! It’s light but full of umami flavor.
Natalie Ray: I went here right before I went to see The Rose at the roadrunner and the customer service was amazing. The food came fast and tasted amazing!!!
Camillo John Iannaccone: I had poor service here, as I ordered bibimbob and received it with most everything (rice, veggies, and meat) charred solid for about half an inch all around the dish. After paying and leaving, the host ran after me and swore at me for the tip. I have been to every other restaurant in that building and would recommend any and all of them over this establishment.
Luna Z: Soon tofu soup very delicious
Mr. Raindrop: They don’t serve on the business hour
Andrew Lu: Slow service, small portions, moderate prices ($18), but not as authentic (9/23/22).
Desmond Preston: Food is decent but portion size is pathetic. Ordered spicy pork and it wasn’t enough to feed a single child. Each “piece” of meat was the size of popcorn. Worth it to order from Allston instead. The kimchi banchan (side dish) was *literally* a single piece of lettuce.
Courtney Broyles: Everything I’ve tried here so far has been awesome. Lovely workers and great food. Always less populated than the other restaurants close by so I’ve never had to wait. Pictured are the tofu fried rice and naengmyeon - both delicious!
Eun Hee Ko: 화려한 스탈일의 한식은 아니지만 소박하게 식사 간단히 하기 좋은 곳입니다. 보스턴에서 가본 한국 음식점중 소화는 젤 잘되는것 같습니다
Tianna Edwards: It's fantastic! The food is super flavorful, appropriate level of spicy. Service is wonderful! Will definitely be coming back!
Michael J. Millenheft III: Great service and the bibimbap was amazing!
Robert Costa: Wonderful homely food and friendly service
Hongwei Sun: I waited for more than 40 min to get my takeout order. Do NOT order takeout in this place!!!
Manny M.: One of the many spots inside Lesley university which has plenty of Japanese inspired dishes. Got the beef bimbim bob & it was really good definitely recommend it as a starting point. Then I got got the shrimp tempura bento box with brown rice, shrimp were nicely fried & crispy salad was good with the dressing the brown rice was a little bit soggy but overall it was ok.
Urvashi B: Very underrated place at the Lesley building which is shared by some other restaurants as well(yume ga arukara). The Korean food here is always delicious and freshly made by the kind lady here and tastes like homemade food. Affordable as well. I always order their soon dubu stew which is piping hot and spicy and so good for winters, it comes with a side of steamed rice. they don't give a lot of typical Korean side dishes probably to keep costs down. Their Korean pancakes are great too. Their takeout amount is not the best, so recommend this highly for dine in if one can.
Li Yeoh: Disappointed with the portion and taste.
Julie Hsiao: I got takeout from this place, their pork and beef bibimbap bowls are great! Each bite is interesting and flavorful. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.Takeout: Yes …More
Paulas P: I have to say this is the secret Korean food restaurant in Boston. It has been open here for 20years more now. They located inside of Lesley’s building. The foods are very authentic and the price is very good deal with the portion and taste.Taste: 9/10Price: 10/10Service: 10/10Location: 10/10
Prav Shrestha: Best Korean food in Boston. I simply love the Sung-do-bu and Bim-bim-bab. The chicken teriyaki is amazing too. Go try it!!!!!
Doreen Thomas: This is an almost weekly stop for us. Scallion pancakes, Bento boxes, Bibimbap….all amazing. The staff is excellent, friendly and they love children. We are often with our grandchildren and they always paying extra attention to them. This week in particular we were there celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday and at the end of our meal a surprise Moshi birthday cake appeared!
Michael Metz: I found the noodles a bit tough, but other than that it was a pleasant experience. Casual and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff.

Midwest Grill Korean BBQ: what do users think?
A. D.: We were curious since they rebranded so we stopped by for dinner. The tacos were the best we've had in the area!! The flour tortillas were amazing and we loved all the toppings that came with the dish. Great service and fantastic prices. Can't wait to go again and try their breakfast and other foods!
Honey Miami: Delicious food and very great service! Our waiter was very kind & provided us excellent service. We were in a bit of a rush getting our tires done down the street but we stopped here for dinner & it was fantastic!I got the birria taco’s, rice & beansMy boyfriend got the BBQ chicken & fries! Both were fantastic! We also got a burrito to go!Great spot
Vanessa Zavaleta: I was over there this afternoon, and I have to say the food was delicious. The employees were very energetic and extremely friendly. If you weren’t sure what you wanted it wasn’t a problem, the menu had numerous of items to chose from of all different types of food. This is a place I will be coming back soon. Congratulations on the reopening, I hope to see the business do great.
Tyler Ashbrook: Went here with my girlfriend today and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the staff's energy. We were certainly a bit worried since the place was completely devoid of other customers when we walked in.The chef provided us each a slice of complimentary cheese pizza. The dough had a great flavor an consistency, the cheese and sauce were also very flavorful. I ordered the Horchata and Taco Bowl and my Girlfriend ordered the Taco Salad. The chicken was very juicy and tender, and both dishes had very fresh ingredients. We definitely plan on coming back again and making this place a regular visit A gc.
Jackjack World: Wow! I love their overnight oats. It was so good. I definitely go back again.
brenda zepeda: Love this place yummy food
O A: Midwest grille Fusion just opened up with new ownership in Cambridge. After looking at a take out menu that was dropped off at our door today, my husband and I decided to order from there. I have to say I'm not entirely impressed. First I wanted delivery, which their menu states in capital letters that they deliver...granted we're only a block away but I was in the middle of something and didn't want to stop to go pick up the food, the young hostess told me they're not doing delivery right now. STRIKE 1. So okay no big deal I picked it up..a salmon plate and a chicken parm plate came out to $37.19. decent pricing however, not very big portions. The take out container was slightly bigger than my hand..and granted I know due to inflation things have gone up but was hoping to have a little extra for another day's meal but unfortunately that was not the case. STRIKE 2. I ordered the salmon plate which came with three grilled asparagus, carrots and broccoli and roasted potatoes. The salmon was a little under cooked for my liking ( preference for everyone will be different).. but the broc and carrots weren't event cooked they were soooo hard not even al dente, and the potatoes were dry and looked like they were left over from the breakfast tried to fix them with a little butter but to no avail there was no salvation for them, STRIKE 3. My husband got the chicken Parm and aside from the small portion for a grown man, the lack of bread or parmesan cheese, little things that go alongggggg way in customer service hospitality. STRIKE 4. he did say the chicken was very good. I'm including a picture for reference..the containers are much smaller than the camera led on. I hope to give them another chance sometime in the near futire.
Rachel C.: My friend and I stopped by, and we had a lovely time. The food was delicious, and our waiter was funny, helpful, and had great energy. It’s still kind of a mix in decor with the old place, a bit quirky (in a good way 👍) but I don’t mind and got a kick out of it, like the big cow and cowboy paintings. Great time!
Owen Lee: I just ordered jjajangmyun, and it was the worst jjajangmyun I've ever had. I even wasted most of them because they tasted like whole different food, which doesn't even taste like food. I'm from South Korea; I know how it tastes like because I ate like 500 dishes of jjajangmyun for my whole life, but this is NOT jjajangmyun(not even close.) The chief might not know this food, I guess. Do NOT order from this restaurant.
Adam Nucci: Please change your hours online. Not open until 2 am
Carlos Vargas: Is really good place for eating with someone
I am The Dewgs: Too many problems to mention without seeming over critical.Long story short I'd rather eat at Applebees. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Meisui Liu: NEWLY REOPENED as a Korean/Japanese/Chinese restaurant owned by a lovely couple. Incredibly friendly service, generous portions, and warm comforting dishes. Very affordable prices compared to Korean restaurants in the Allston/Brighton area, but definitely stands out as a one of a kind in Inman Square!
Review Guru: I love the food drove all the way out there ,,it says online they are open but the were closed also don't know if they are changing the name or what
Mario Russo: Restaurant is under new management! The food is changing from brazilian barbecue to Korean and Chinese food and it is delicious with generous portions. I've now had the pork katsu, Jja Jang Myun, spicy squid, tofu soup, and budae jjigae and have yet to be disappointed. I personally recommend the Jja Jang Myun for a savory noodle dish. Lovely customer service and nice owners. Definitely worth a try. Take-out and delivery only right now as they build out the restaurant
D De Los Santos: This place seems to be closed permanently and they are still getting online orders!!!!!!
Sade: I love it here! Very affordable and delicious food ! I came here for 3 years in a row on my birthday. Very much fun and good time
Jay Santana: Waitress and staff were greatt and did their best. Owner has no idea how to take care of customers. Not worth going if you're going to get the run around
luz reyes: It was ight was expecting more
Justin Long: Me and my GF got very I'll after eating here. Things are not well explained with the buffet. 4ish pounds of food will cost you almost $100. Better to get it elsewhere.
Trevor Thompson: Meat sweats at a reasonable price, with a great atmosphere. Will be returning this week to experience the full buffet!

Memeping Me: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Julia G: Enjoyed bulgogi Korean tacos and the mix of wings. Favorite is the soy garlic. We had some issues ordering but it was likely Uber Eats’ issue. Eventually arrived. Worth the wait!
Feng Gao: Order food online, but never received it, call the Bonchon, the lady said it was Door Dash's fault, then I called Door Dash, cannot find the driver any more, Door Dash said the driver drove to the destination, but the driver didn't call the customer, neither took a picture of the food was delivered. How can you trust the Bonchon next time? even the store cannot guarantee the food will or will not be delivered. After talking to Door Dash, call the Bonchon, no one answered the phone!!! Basically they waist my valuable time, and money!!!
Raul Mena: Chicken was delicious as always. The rice tasted rancid and horrible tasted as it was old mixed with fresh rice .Not sure if I'll do business again.
Kelly Doan: Spicy wings are the best! The food was super appetizing and good.
Ethan L: They never mentioned it is only open for a takeout as of today. We came from South station all the way to dine in for the Korean style chicken and other stews, only to find Bonchon chicken is just for takeout/pickup customers only.Their posters at the building entrance never mentioned it is takeout only and no table services. After walking down to the basement, with a disabled elderly, we saw another posting that says it is "takeout only" scribbled on a paper while the tables and chairs are stacked and pushed aside. The in pickup desk barricaded their glass front.I hate their misleading and cheapened operation. Literally it is a mere hole in the wall type of cheap setting at best in a sterile basement. And none of them was apologetic.
Kymberli Rivers: Amazing food and very kind service! My daughter raves about it, so I had to try it. She was right!!!
Philietz Liu: Jumped in amid mid day hunger, rep is extremely nice helping us out with what to treat our starvation. Really, foods turn out to be nice, authentic and distinctively Korean. I like it and hope you will do.
Serene Wei: Hidden in basement but a real gem with delicious chicken wings we all love
stanley chung: Only doing take out at the moment.Still a really good place for Korean BBQ. Tacos we're spectacular
Jessica Marie: Amazing soy garlic wings but only downside to this place is they’re really over priced & NO PARKING! I can never just come here alone because there’s literally no parking anywhere so I always have to tag someone along with me to sit outside in the car. It’s not the restaurant’s fault.
Faisal R. A.: Not even close to the quality and flavor of the one in Allston. Won’t be going back to this location.
Kim Sharpe: Been a loyal customer since freshman year. The chicken is always hot and fresh and the soy garlic sauce is addictive. The staff is also very nice. It was top of the list to visit when I came back. Sad to see the prices increased over the pandemic but it's great they survived that and the Harvard Square purge.
Thu Pham: Wings are so good!!
Allie Coppedge: Very good chicken! I got the boneless. Very generous servings
Val Panesso: Dine in: Yes Outdoor seating: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: Yes Curbside pickup: YesMore
Ava: Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes Delivery: YesMore
Hoona Neo: Koreans have perfected how to cook fried chickens. Bonchon epitomizes such Korean culinary tradition - crispy & flavorful skins outside and soft & juicy meat inside. And this place is one of the best Bonchon franchises I have visited across several different cities.
Kapri Willis: Amazing service, was treated like a prince.Greater food
kof13kry: I am glad they are still open (only take out available) during the construction. The staff are friendly and offer great service.Takeout: Yes …More

ny aina tiana rakotoarisoa: The service was not great. It seemed such they only have one server during busy hour and it was particularly plenty during our visit. The food was okay. I give 3 because at least the server apologized at the end .

Nimbus N Thunderr: Food was good. No complaints there. The servers... the two female were extremely rude, gossiping and talking down on customers.. I can clearly hear what they were saying. Shame, now I'm not sure if they would spit in your food if they think you're talking about them. Sounded racially driven as well. Does not make any sense to me.

Their Salad with avocado and Sushi platter on rice with side dishes were delicious, fresh and attractively presented. . A very good dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant. Besides it's cozy and authentic.

Brandy HK: I got the lunch combo special where choice 1 is soup, choice 2 is BBQ, and choice 3 is dessert. I chose seolleongtang (beef bone broth that had beef, scallion, and glass noodle) as my soup and spicy pork bulgogi as my BBQ. What confused me is what they categorized dessert as...soda, tea, or coffee...so it’s not actually a dessert. It’s a beverage. Overall, the food was good! I love the soup a lot! The banchan (side dishes) were mediocre, but it’s fine. I still enjoyed them. There were three: kongnamul muchim (seasoned soybean sprouts), tofu, and kimchi. The tofu was my least favorite. It was very slow for lunch, but the waitress still had a hard time being attentive. She was nice, but she barely came check up on my table to refill refreshments. The bathroom is also located at the bottom of the restaurant. You have to go downstairs, and it looks like you’re in another place because it looks nothing like the restaurant. Very dirty....so keep in mind if you want to use the restroom there or not
Lauryn McGann: delicious sushi and quick service!
Patil Roupelian: I went there during Valentine's Day with no reservations but they had plenty of sittings. Food came hot and delicious, I didn't care much for the kimchi but if added into the soup it adds a nice flavor. They have none spicy options for those who can't eat spicy food. A bit expensive, but understandable for Boston.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Unfortunately as we were finishing up our food, the owner came over to us and said that we needed to get up and leave because they needed the table for someone else. We were shocked! And not to mention there were 2 other bbq tables open that the party could have sat at. Such a shame because up until that moment we were all having a great experience.

Karen Hao: The service was very bad. We drove 20mins in the snow for their BBQ, but found out the waitress was impolite and impatient.
Victor Zhang: Most terrible service ever seen. We sat down 2 minutes looking at the menu. The waitress came 3 times asking for order. We ordered one and still trying to decide other. The waitress told us we have to order 2 at once. These people really need to learn how to do customer service. Koreans should be ashamedFood: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 1/5 …More
Huaizu Jiang: Won’t go there anymore. They put meat on tinfoils and call it bbq…
Tee Trew: Lady owner is super nice and kind. Food is authentic with old Korean restaurant vibes like you see in Kdrama. Highly recommend you try out the hot stone bibimbap, monk fish stew, and spicy pork belly and squid bbq.
Jamie Hill: Pretty terrible service. Got yelled at most of the visit. Food was small portions and very limited. Did even have any sauces or at least ketchup. Very bland. Not very friendly environment. Very pricey too. Would not recommend.

Seoul Topokki: what do users think?
Jennifer Chau: Good
Michael Metz: Great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Menu selection is intentionally small as they specialize in doing a few dishes very well. That being said, of the several dishes we tried, I felt most were of only average quality. However, the prices were fairly low.Food: 4/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More

Shiping Wang: I never had raw cabbage in bibimbap 😵‍💫--Review is for Pork cutlets. Just fine, felt like it was over fried a bit, don't like the meat(some has stringiness in it, need to bite hard), sauce is different having some special spice there but not really my thing.

Asamaru: 맛도 적당하고 분식 그리울때 먹으면 딱 좋은 거 같아요!! 떡볶이는 딱 1인분량이에요! 맛은 칼칼하고 시장 떡볶이 같아요!
Juyoung C: My husband and I just had a small amount of food here at Seoul Topokki tonight. Definitely our favorite place, I saw this eatery years ago and hesitated, but glad we were able to finally try out some of the dishes. Awesome restaurant it’s a shame we live far from the city, but when we go to Seoul Topokki the food always come out the same just like the first time we visited 👍🏼👍🏼. The staff and owner is so nice I wish everyone a Happy New Year and Good Health Prosperity. 세해복많이받으세요
Karmen Lu: Really liked it here. Tried Korean rice cakes for the first time here. Clean, cozy feel, yummy, good service. Went with my family. The seafood hotpot was fun :)
HONGJUN AN: 부대찌게 너무 맛있어요강력 추천합니다
Hout Ty: I like kimbap!! And there was good and cheap around 10 dollar each.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Anthony Y: Great kimbap and tofu soup, prices are very reasonable
Zahra Marhoon: The rapokki and kimchi stew here are excellent! I had to come back soon after my first visit because it was so good. Love that they have vegetarian options.
Jea Kim: Great place for Korean street food.Visited this past weekend and got the tuna kimbap, Korean sausage, and the rapokki. While the tuna rolls were underwhelming, the other two classic Korean street food options were amazing. I’ve had tteokbokki and Korean sausage from other Korean places in Allston, but these were undoubtedly the best I’ve tried so far. For the Korean sausage, they used sticky rice noodles instead of the regular glass noodles which improved the overall depth of flavors. The torched mozzarella on the rapokki also added some smoky flavors, and I especially liked the fried seaweed rolls and the dumpling toppings. Would definitely come back whenever I’m craving for some Korean street food.
Sandy Luong: Not sure how people rated this restaurant as pricey, they clearly haven’t been to the ones around Allston. You can literally find all of your comfort Korean street food here with a reasonable price. The food was decent and I probably won’t find any restaurant in Boston specialize in kimbap, this one came closest. The food were in the perfect portion (the tteubokki 1 person serving)
L H: The food was not bad. The topokki had 8 pieces of rice cakes, so it was a bit disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Had to wait a while to place the order. The kim bap wasn't bad, but a bit over priced for kim bap.
Jackson Stone: I was on the hunt for a great Korean restaurant and of all of the restaurants in the area Seoul Topokki was, for me, the best priced, welcoming and delicious. The staff was inviting, very friendly and accommodating. The cheese topokki and fried dumplings were incredible! I will definitely be revisiting Seoul Topokki.Parking: There are many places in the area to find metered parking.
Daniel Wang: Comfort food with big portions!
