Julie Graham: It's easy to make an appointment and the phelobotomists are great (reception not so much), but they are completely incapable of billing my insurance company. I've called multiple times and they are unable to process my claims, and morever, can't find either past bills or past payments. Go elsewhere unless you want to pay out of pocket even when it's covered by insurance.
B S: Went there in Dec, got some blood work done, paid in full (since I didn’t have insurance), and have been receiving letters saying there is no record I paid.As in if our lives are not busy already… also there were many system issues back in Dec which I had to visit the lab many times to get it resolved… like?However, the charge off my credit card back then worked right? Cause the payment always go through, but the record that I paid is a different story… terrible service/system.

Ashley Hernandez: I came in as a walk-in and was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very kind and made sure I felt comfortable while getting my bloodwork done. Definitely recommend!
Sam Boots: I was able get my blood drawn within 5 minutes of waiting and was all ready to go after that. The staff were really nice and considerate when I let them know about my needle phobia. Highly recommend!
Linda Espo: I was treated rudely by a mostly impatient staff. when I told him I didn’t have my Medicare card with me and I couldn’t look it up online they told me to go sit down because they don’t have time for this sort of stuff and they pushed my appointment off until later because it would’ve taken a few minutes for me to look it upI was doing a fasting test that was scheduled for 1015 and I didn’t get out of there until 11:30 AMThere was one beautiful woman who in the end drew my blood and helped meI was in tears by the time I left there if it worked for her it would’ve been a totally horrible experienceI thought I would try using a different LabCorp so I got online and looked up reviews for the Framingham LabCorp and they’re not any better treating people there it seems by the reviews that I was I don’t recommend using the slab at all unless you wanna be abused
bethany Stebelski: It has been waaaaaay over a week and they STILL haven't sent my bloodwork over to my doctor. I have called multiple times and left messages MULTIPLE times and NO ONE ANSWERS! The customer service is terrible here and the waiting room was too small. They aren't very cleanly either. I am just fed up and wish I could get my labs to my doc. I have an autoimmune disease and having to wait for this has been absolute torture........
JGal: I had a unnecessary & humiliating experience when this unprofessional Labcorp Lab Tech very loudly told me and anyone in earshot my very private patient lab test info/ details. So much for patient privacy & following HIPAA.
Mandi Mae: As someone with an extreme needle phobia, I was really afraid to come get my blood drawn. Luckily Lydia was there and talked me through it. She was so nice to me and the whole thing took less than 5 min. Thank you so much Lydia for being so gentle and sweet!
Garrett: I had some blood work done at this labcorp location on a Monday. It is a fairly small space but they manage to see a lot of patients in the tight quarters. Lydia was my testing person and she was kind, considerate, and a pleasure to talk to. She really made me feel at ease and seemed to care about me as a patient. I would absolutely come back to this location for testing services. Thanks!
N M: After reading all the negative reviews here, I was quite apprehensive about getting my bloodwork done at Labcorp Waltham. However, it turned out to be a much better experience than what I was anticipating. There is plenty of parking at this site. I was a walk-in. There was just one person ahead of me. Check-in was very easy. (through an iPad in the waiting room) It's just a small lab. Very clean. Both Alida & Erikka (the two lab personnel) were efficient and very pleasant to interact with. Overall, a very positive experience. Reason I gave a rating of 4 and not 5 was because -- Labcorp is IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone. And if one is lucky enough to talk to a real person, they are either from billing and cannot look up your order or they are not trained to look up the details on the right system. Very frustrating. Best is to just turn up at one of the Labcorp labs with a printed copy of the doctor's order.
Elliot Borenstein: No one enforces masks in the tiny waiting room, despite the state requirement for medical facilities (plenty of signs, but the staff don't care). One of the phlebotomists even took his mask *off* to make a long phone call within a foot or two of patients.Just check in for your appointment from you car and wait outside, you say? Well, they'll text you to come in and then make you wait 10-15m inside anyway. So the whole system is meaning lessStaff can be rude. I need to recline for medical reasons, and some of them roll their eyes and make a fuss about it despite taking 3 seconds to recline the chair.Avoid if you possibly can. I only went because a study I'm in required using Labcorp. I've been 4 times and I hope I never have to go here again.
David S: I don't blame the Dr. on duty, but drove from Winchester to Waltham for a drug test for a new employer only to be told that Labcorp doesn't do drug testing. Was originally scheduled for Lawrence Labcorp location but called 800-number to see if it could be done at the closer Waltham location - they said yes, but not sure if Waltham did drug testing. I called both Waltham and Lawrence locations and rolled into voicemail with no callback. Waltham's recording talks about Covid testing for 60 seconds and could have also alerted to no drug testing. Or put in on the Labcorp website.
N: There’s this one woman who works there, that is always there no matter the day or time I visit, and she’s so bad. Last time I went, it took her an hour to get my things in order because she didn’t prepare it ahead of time even though the orders were sent days in advance. I only gave one star because of her, the other people are always very quick but she’s not. I don’t remember her name, I think it starts with an “L”. Honestly considering driving to far away lab corps just to avoid her entirely. She really stresses me out and is bad at her job.
Jane Matthews: I just had a very positive, efficient experience at the Waltham site. The only down side was that there is almost no signage so finding entrance as a challenge.

Blaise Lakin: Perfectly fine as far as LabCorp goes. However, they don't use the wait where you're comfortable option well. By the time you get the text and come in, they've already taken someone else who stayed in the waiting room instead.

I chose to leave my appointment today rather than go ahead with my scheduled COVID antibody tests due to the poor conditions and customer service in this location.Upon arrival in the tiny waiting room, there were approximately 6 other patients not social distancing, including an ill man not wearing a face covering. Even though I had a reservation, other patients were seen before me. I chose to check in and wait outside the office for my safety, but every time I received a text that the tech was ready to see me, someone who had chosen to stay in the waiting room who arrived after me was being seen, which I could tell because the blood draw chair was fully visible from the waiting area!It is appalling and you should not use this office if you value your health.

S R: I am a healthcare worker. I utilized the labcorp office in Framingham on several occasions for my family and myself. I found the staff inadequately trained in blood draw. In comparison with phlebotomists at larger hospitals, the blood draw is often painful and traumatic. Labcorp needs to do a lot more to train its staff and improve quality of care, not just meet bare minimum standards to qualify for services. I stopped using the Framingham labcorp.

Lily C: Don't answer the phone or return voicemails. Incorrect hours on their answering machine and on their website. Drove all the way to Framingham because they said they were open until 8:30 and they're only open till 5:15 everyday and closed on weekends. Also can't even make appointments online so definitely not accessible to working peopleUpdate- How about you update your operating hours and return my voicemail instead of giving a meaningless reply on Google

Geeta Bihari: Lack of integrity demonstrated by LabCorp personnel at the vaccination site in Natick Mall. They are giving leftover vaccines to friends while yelling at people waiting in line for 2 hours and lying they don't give extras at the site. There is a better way to deliver the message. I know a friend who received leftover because she knew the person who works there. No compassion shown and they were downright mean. Obviously these people don't have close family members who have died of COVID. I have experienced it and my hubby came very close. It's not fun. Showing some empathy and being nice will go a long way. Just about everyone in the line knew someone who got the leftover vaccine here and the personnel were downright lying. There is clearly issues with integrity.

Haley Stansberry: I had to get specific bloodwork drawn at Labcorp which included two separate lab orders. The first time I visited this location, I had made an appointment for 2:30pm. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't do my lab work, despite the fact that my order had the Labcorp logo on it. The supervisor came out from the back and explained that they could actually do the bloodwork, but I would have to come on a different day in the morning because Fedex would not do a pick up that late in the afternoon. This was inconvenient but I was understanding and I scheduled an appointment for the following week at 8:15am.Fast forward to the second time I visited this location. I arrived early and went to check in. I could hear the same phlebotomist from the previous time say "I already told her we can't do that. It's not my problem." Then, this phlebotomist came out into the waiting room and very rudely said to me, "can I help you?" I was polite even though I shouldn't have been, given the rude comments I had just heard. I explained that I was returning for my bloodwork. Again, she tried to tell me that they "don't do this here." Thankfully, another woman came from the back and actually looked at my lab order and confirmed that it was written to be done at a Labcorp facility. I ended up getting the bloodwork done and I'm glad. But it is frustrating that I had to fight to do it and honestly it seemed like some of the staff just didn't want to do their jobs.

There’s not many close to me so I had to travel and all of them had such low ratings so I was even more terrified!I called anyways just because so I could get a peace of mind. If I told you about my previous experiences, you would know why I decided to go above and beyond! Anyways, Kate picked up and told me she’s been doing it for 14 years and that she would take great care of me. Did she?! OH ABSOLUTELY! She was so patient and listens to my concerns and my past trauma and I barely even felt it. In less than 2 minutes, I was done! It’s people like her who make me less afraid of getting my blood drawn!Kate, if you see this - YOU ARE AMAZING AND THANK YOU SO SO MUCH AGAIN! I’m happy I have someone I trust now if I ever need more blood drawn. Your skills as a phlebotomist and your interpersonal skills are incredible! Now I know this review is going to prompt everyone asking for you now but you are an absolute blessing to Labcorp! I’m so grateful this wasn’t another terrible blood draw experience!Also - sign in was a breeze with.a QR code!barely any wait time, everything was so smooth. Thank you Labcorp!

Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised with the staff and service. The 2 nurses I dealt with were friendly, helpful, and patient. I even called prior to my visit to see if they could run one particular test and got my question answered in only a matter of minutes.

Ronelle Carolissen: Really wasted $119 for a pre -travel covid test. the test was taken at 10am on Tuesday because I was flying internationally at 7 on Thursday. the test only arrived at 5.15 on Thursday and I was forced to do an expensive test at the airport so that I could check in.this is simply unacceptable. they should not advertise that they do pre-travel tests!
s p: Came in with an early appointment, Betty took me right on time and provided me with service above and beyond the norm. This location was clean and tidy.
Michael Racca: HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY I went in a half an hour before there “lunch hour” after driving over 45 min to get there and this lady comes out looks at me and says NOPE I’m going to lunch come back in an hour NEVER AGAIN I REFUSE TO USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN
