Sage was our table service staff member, and he was excellent and attentive. He was right on the ball with everything we needed for the table and everything the kids needed. John Simon (the manager) provided top tier customer service. This place is absolutely amazing and my daughter and her friends had the best time ever. I can’t wait to bring the kids back for a day trip.

Heather Konar: I was very disorganized this year for my 9-year-old’s birthday party, but the crew at Xtreme Craze smoothly arranged a laser tag game and arcade credit, and we ordered pizza on the spot. My kid was thrilled, everyone had a great time, and it was so easy and coordinated. When two kids wanted to bounce as well, they just popped it on the tab. We brought our own cupcakes and the day was complete! Would highly recommend for the friendly staff and flexible business system. 👍🏽

Cherese Crowley: The arcade and activities are amazing! There are games available for kids of all ages to play, with a friendly and safe atmosphere. The only issue is the restaurant, where they are consistently under staffed, but they do their best. The staff is always amazing but I hope they are able to lighten the load for their hard working employees. This place is great for birthday parties, social events or school events.

I understand it's busy but it's basic service and if someone checked on us they would've known we had nothing. Some of the games were not working or partially working. That's the core of your business, so ensuring all games are working should be priority 1. Still enjoy coming here with the kids, hope things don't go downhill.

Heather Littles: I was there on a Friday and they r open til 12( but not really just the bar is ) all the fun shuts down at 11pm because that's when I got there. I wanted to go on at least the rope course and it was before 11:30 and I was told it was closed and I would not b able to enjoy any of the activities. However the customer service at the bar was wonderful! It was my birthday and was waiting for 2 friends that didn't show up until 11:30 and they still were able to order drinks. Before my friends arrived they sent out a huge brownie Sunday that was sharable and sang happy birthday to me with 4 of the employees that probably wanted to go home. They made my night and put a smile on my face. When this place is functioning and operating its one of my favorite places to play and I'm 44yo. Lmao!!

Jake Jones: I don’t usually like to write about bad experiences, but my family and I drove from an hour away for the promotion today. We like to play the throwing games (the clown game, bean bag game, and the ring toss game). We played a few times and realized each game didn’t have enough items (there was only 3 balls, 4 bean bags, and about a dozen or two rings). We asked one of the floor employees if they had more items for these games. When they came over, she said that these were kids games and that kids take stuff all the time (understandable). So I asked her if they could add more stuff to the machines (since it was clear that they’re missing items). She quickly got defensive and said that this was the right amount of items in the game and then walked away.Again, totally understand it’s vacation week. But they didn’t offer any refunds, or even a simple apology for the games being basically unplayable. So right now, the games are still on, continuing to take money. Left a really sour taste in my mouth, especially when you’re trying to win tickets for your kids and the jackpots are unobtainable. Next time I’ll just take my kids to Dave and Busters, at least the games techs there are friendly and try to solve game problems instead of starting fights.

Milena Williamson: These places are usually chaotic for my daughter with disabilities and this was no different. However what did surprise me was the kindness that the staff showed my daughter. From gifting her 2 prizes after she was pointing and crying, to jumping over a wall to pick a toy up she threw and just their genuine smile as she walked throughout. I can’t thank you all enough. Fun place to check out overall!!!

Zack Maron: Very fun laser tag facility! Based on its location I wasn’t expecting much. But the arena was very cool. We played king of the hill, to control territories. And our guns were equipped with many special powers and features. Only thing that made it rough was 20 people in there with friendly fire possible. You could hit your own teammates and subtract their points and there were young kids who didn’t know to avoid that. Otherwise a cool experience for the price and I definitely plan on coming back

meredith emery: Very clean and well organized. The person that checked us is was able to switch our times around at a moment's notice to get us in to do laser tag and them not have to wait to jump. My children are on the older side. But, they still had a great time. We didn't get food, but I saw the person working behind the counter being very careful when making pizzas. I would definitely go back.

Rebecca Hyatt: Great place to go with kids! Always clean and the staff is great. We booked laser tag and bounce time and it was fairly cheap. We had a blast with laser tag. The arena is pretty large. The jump area is a really good size and has a lot to do. It did feel really hot while jumping so definitely bring water!

BAD FEELING FROM THE BEGINNING oh and there no microwave there can't even send your kid in with a good lunch. What daycare has no microwave lol.

V GM: We recently had our son's 6th birthday party there and have nothing but good things to say about our experience. We had to reschedule the day of the party because our son got very sick the night before. The owners were very understanding and let us reschedule for the following week at no extra charge. We chose the bronze package with gym time and pizza and a pinata. We requested chocolate cake instead of vanilla which they were able to fulfill.It was nice to have place take care of everything for you. All we had to do was the goodie bags for kids. All of the children had a blast! Our party was scheduled for 11 which gave us 1 hour of the place to ourselves before it opened to the public, which was nice. We had Lance, who was our party host.He was awesome! He was so good with the kids, especially at gym time and made it fun for them. A lot of the other parents complimented him and the whole birthday party. It was nice to have a place not as big as trampoline parks so they don't lose sight of the kids. Even though the party was 2 hours, we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted in the indoor playground. All the the kids left sweaty and exhausted, which was a great thing. I highly recommend this place for any birthday party or just a rainy day!

Maria Guerrero: What an amazing experience with Kidsports. I was hoping for my son to have a third birthday that he would enjoy to the fullest given COVID had us all in lockdown for the past two years of his short life. Mrs. Susan and her team went ABOVE and beyond to bring my vision to life. I will not go into details of everything they had to do to accommodate all 51 of our tiny guests (not counting parents) but know that they exceeded my expectations. Not only did my son have the time of his life, but all of our tiny guests had a hard time leaving since they were having just so much fun. Diana and Lina are the real MVPs for hosting such a large party to perfection and Corey did not miss a beat at keeping us all fed and hydrated. Thank you so much Kidsports!!!!

Ana Patricia Mondello-Mata: I’ve only been here three times, and two of those were a terrible experience. The first time went with a group that rented the place and it was great. So I decided to try a second time on our own, we got to the place and it was empty, the staff (young girls) very rude and half of the arcade games were turned off, and they just turned it on when we were leaving. Then, we decided to try a third time and this was yesterday on MLK’s Day. Our boy was so excited to get there, we called in advance (4p) to make sure the place was open and asked until what time, they told us 6p, so we travel from our town (40min drive) and got there at 4:45, just to be told by two young girls that they were closing at 5p. I was so mad, I told them that I called in advance to ask the closing time and they said 6p, so why they decide to change it in the last minute? They told me that when I called they didn’t know they were going to close at 5p yet, so what kind of response is that? You should have just told me that you’re not sure if you’ll be open until 6p. I travel 40min with my 4 year old boy who has autism and has a hard time riding a car for so long and then had to explain to him that they were closing early and go back home with all this disappointment. The first time we came to this place I think the owners were there, a total different experience, they were kind, very friendly. It’s a shame that these very rude girls are making people to not like this place.

So many activates for the kids to do, they LOVED the laser tag, arcade, bowling and plaster painting. If you have kids this is the place to go!!!

seroqu 15: For the price with military discount for 2 kids it wasn't bad. The place is smaller then expected but my kids had fun so it doesn't matter what I think. You can buy slushies, pizza, popcorn, and hotdogs and I think nachos. The arcade is pretty bad so don't go there for that but again who cares what I think, my kids had fun.
