Omar Albarghouty: Worst service ever.
George: Appointments book out months in advance, but when you do get to your appt everything is very efficient. In/out in around 15 minutes with a friendly and helpful clerk.*Have your forms and documents ready* or risk another months-long wait.
Nicholas Ventura: Not a good system, had an appointment but then appointment got rescheduled and they would take me because I needed to confirm appointment.

Angela Colon: Security guard gave a really negative energy. He acted as though he was being inconvenienced by the people that were using the RMV. Everyone that helped us after that were great. The Woman that helped us really helped my Daughter relax some, she even gave her tips on how to take the best picture then allowed her to take a handful. She also had beautiful nails and pink hair. My Daughter even mentioned on her way home how she really appreciated her being so nice.
Soft Light: Staff & Gustomer Service is Great ..🤩; It doesn't require much time and procedures...;to facilitate this, It's preferable to take an appointment on the website... (through my experience yesterday...).

Prasenjit Mondal: Lovely people and very much friendly. But they strictly follow rules and regulations. Remember to bring your required original documents otherwise you have to come back.Also, they are maintaining their service extremely well inspite of this unprecedented covid situation.As of April 2023, you can go and make appointment onsite but you have to wait a long. They basically have two lines-with and without appointment, everyone in the with appointment line should get the ticket first then without appointment will get the tickets for appointment. It takes so long, so it's better to have your appointment before coming! Hope it helps 🙂
Stephanie Fernandes: If I can give zero stars I would.My husband and I just moved from out of town and we walked in to transfer our registration to MA. Wait was not long.My husband and I got recently married. My vehicle I purchased before our wedding is in my maiden name. My DL was changed to my married last name before we moved but I didn't get to go to the DMV to changed my registration before we left.The African lady who helped us was absolute garbage. She refused to changed my registration to MA even though I had ALL appropriate documentation. She didn't even look at my paperwork and cut me off. Stated I needed a MA license before they change my registration to MA and to my married last name..Why in the world does that matter? My previous state DL is already changed LEGALLY. What difference and logical sense does that make?Funny thing is I went to Easthampton location this week for my DL and the DL appt was a breeze. Everyone was incredibly kind.Also, when I asked the reps there about my registration problem in Boston, they looked at all my paperwork I had (the same documents) and the lady rolled her eyes when I told her what the African lady said to me. She assured me there is no rule where I need a MA license first and that they will happily change my registration right then and there (sadly I drove my husband's car). I was furious and laughing. I can't believe I didn't go to EastHampton to begin with.Avoid this location at all costs. The employees have no clue what they are doing and it'll save you from time wasted.
Salah Belghiti: Service are awful, I went to register a car and the staff didn’t give me time or help to complete the application I asked about the supervisor and she claimed she was the supervisor ( *** lying 🤥)I escalated the problem and they bring me a girl she was walking over there, nothing to do with RMVWorst things is people are working without badge.

Xu Song: The worst place I‘ve ever been, being racial discriminated by the servant. I waited an hour in the outside and came in at 9am , one of their servant told me to wait outside the line after 10 guys who are came later than me(they are also walk-in). We paid these people to serve us and they treated us like they are the boss.
Zahra Mohammadi: I am an International student. I was in Haymarket RMV for getting a driver'r licence. I experienced great time there. The lady who was a staff, helped me to register, she was friendly, sociable, patient( with my language, questions..). Her name is Majlinda, she guided me alot. I am totally satisfied. It is awesome to be able to deal with various cultures and languages in a perfect way.

mimi gu: I have been here for four times! but still can’t make any approve. I believe the first time I get racism by not permitted my document from SSN while someone else who had the exact same document but got approved! The officer in SSA get really confused while I went and ask another exact same document! The other time they asked me a document that’s not listed on the required list! While I came back to hand it on the second time, they say you have to make new appointments with cold attitude, wouldn’t like to listen to at all. Well I did make appointment but never see it says you have to confirm it in 15 minutes. The other time I came for walk-in register. But after waiting for half hour in freeze cold weather, they say you can’t enter. But the website says it’s allowed to walk-in….Why everything’s so hard!?
Eric Wang: The Asian lady is extremely rude and should be fired right away. She would leave the appointment multiple times and chat with other people and when she finally returned, she didn't even bother to work on my case and forced me to reschedule, claiming that I was late to the appointment. I explained to her that that I arrived on time but waited half an hour in the check-in line, but she wouldn't even let me complete my sentence. What a shame!!

Cambridge Inspectional Services: what do users think?
Dee: I’d encourage anyone who faced issues with this department, especially concerning racial discrimination, to explore their options with the TORT claims act and in small claims court. And if your inspector is Dave Power, be prepared for the potential of having him file false statements and violations against you. Dave is also known to conduct low effort inspections in an effort to reduce his work load.This department is incredibly biased and discriminatory. Inspectors and the Commissioner do not respond to inquiries for months and perform very poorly at their job.It’s a wonder how this entire department hasn’t been fired or punished for the reputation that proceeds them.Google Rating was at 1.8 stars until they had a sudden influx of good reviews. Be wary of this departments deceptive practices.

Becky P: I visit Cambridge ISD almost daily for various construction projects around the city. The online permitting process is easy and straight forward. We have a great relationship with the inspectors and staff here, and they are always very helpful, whether it's regarding pulling new permits, closing out completed one, scheduling inspections, etc. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this place.
Connor McFadden: Good people, down to earth. Easy to reach if you have any issues usually respond within a day or so. Easier to deal with than other local building departments!!
Stephanie Goyeneche: Cambridge ISD is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the inspectors are readily available to help answer any questions we have regarding projects, permits, the building code, etc. They are well versed in the city ordinances and help contractors/homeowners through out the whole process from permit application questions all the way to zoning.
Sal Querusio: I've delt with many building depts in the Greater Boston Area, and I'm amazed how fast I recieved a response and how informative Brandon was to my needs. Very professional and courteous. Thank you so much, you made my day!
Yi-Ling Yang: The online portal for City of Cambridge is so easy to use! I was able to renew all permits easily online with a few clicks and the certificates were issued digitally almost instantaneously. I'm super impressed especially since permits are almost never straightforward. The online portal also allows you to communicate easily and quickly with the inspectors. Everyone was really responsive and informative. I cannot recommend this enough and I hope City of Boston will adopt this system soon.

E T: The inspectors never answer their phones, never call back, never answer emails sent directly to them. You can leave all the voice messages and emails you want, desperately pleading about an urgent situation. You’ll never hear back. Unless you go to the office in person and find the inspector there. Then they’ll just say something like, they can’t do much about x, as always.

F K: This is the most corrupt and discriminatory place. They took my 87 year old landlord to criminal court because of his yard was not tidy. But new landlord is w h i t e and the property has outstanding and severe code violations reported but they are not doing anything against him. Moreover, this new landlord applied to the city to demolish the property and claimed UNOCCUPIED while I live there. Head of the housing inspector's name was on this application and he was aware of this. He is getting salary from Government and plus around....---if you donate $ you can get unacceptable projects are acceptable for you!!!

S M: The electrical inspector was extremely rude. My electrician called the city and passed the inspection but city of Cambridge failed to update their system, and the electrical inspector kept telling me my electrician had to call her.
Sado Hick: Unprofessional, Late, Rude, Delayed of time sensitive materials without explanation. Don't waste your time with this lady. When I called the very first time to ask about the delay. I was told I harassing her. What a joke!!!If I could give this place zero stars I would.
