Berry Street: Our experience with this company was terrible. The first bus driver complained to our wedding guests that he wasn’t even scheduled to work that day but was made to come in after another job. He did not have a GPS and needed to rely on our guests to get him to the destination (8 minutes away) after our guests offered to help because he had driven past the destination. Upon arriving back to the hotel he had our guests board his bus but then had them board a second bus that arrived late. He complained to the second driver in front of our guests about how he wasn’t supposed to work that day and about how poorly organized the transport was. That second bus of guests was 20 minutes late to the wedding. At the end of the night when the driver came to pick our guests up he told us that he would only make one trip. After much discussion about the one vs two trips, he only agreed to make two when informed that the contract was for two trips and that the company could be called for clarification/resolution.We emailed the company the following day to let them know of the discourteous, unprofessional manner of the drivers and to inform them of the late arrivals and haggling over trips. They were apologetic and agreed it was unacceptable. The owner said she could not give us the service for free and we explained that we did not ask for that (or for anything) but that we had wanted to let her know so that she had the information as a business owner. She thanked us and said she could offer us discounted rates on future services which we declined because we don’t intend to hire that company again ever. She said she would look into a price reduction and get back to us. We thanked her and never heard from her again.

Stefani Pashman: I would not recommend this company. Despite clear communication and a confirmed car service, 2 days before our trip the company doubled our rate and subsequently canceled our ride. They are not trustworthy.
Anna MacKoul: The best limo service I've ever had! A super nice driver picked myself, bridesmaids, MOH, and mom up at our hotel, he was already waiting for us when we got down. He got us to the venue so quickly it was amazing. They allowed us to have multiple stops, so he then went to pick up my husband elsewhere, which I thought was so helpful and wasn't sure if multiple stops would be allowed. At the end of the night, we had another driver pick us up in a beautiful SUV to bring us back to the hotel. Everyone we worked with at Met Boston Limo was lovely, super friendly and helpful, and driving was top notch. Would definitely recommend!

They have never failed me, whether it involved a straight forward pickup at Logan or a drive to NYC on short notice.. One of our clients is CEO of a large well-known company. He makes a point of requesting the same driver, Mohamad, every time he comes to town. In just the latest example, an international client staying in town forgot his his laptop charger. I texted Tom at 9am on a Sunday morning to ask if he could help. In less than 1 hour, the charger had been purchased and delivered to my client's hotel. You will not regret using Met Limo for your ground transportation needs.

If there is traffic they seek alternative routes in a timely manner. They have advised on earlier pick up when they have noted high volume of activity at airport. We have also used them for a concert in Foxboro. Drop off and pick up were seem less.

I have never gotten off the plane and not had them already waiting with an immaculately clean car and cold water. No one has ever been late. Every driver has been professional. Online booking system is easy, never had a problem even with last minute requests. The one time I had to cancel there was no hassle and no charge. Rates are reasonable and beyond worth it for how much easier a business like this makes your life when you travel often.

Devin Kelly: We did not reserve a parking spot at Logan in time and needed to get there with our toddler. Malden Car Service showed up at our house ahead of schedule, with an immaculate car, a professional driver, and an overall great experience. Their round trip rates were also less expensive than Logan parking, saving us time and money in the end. We will absolutely be using the service again.My only recommendation would be to have the driver's learn how to install the car seats, since car seats are an option the company provides. I did need to install the seat myself, which was not a big issue to me but was a surprise at the time.

Emily Sylvia: I have been using ACL for a while now and they've always provided excellent service. They're always early, friendly, and helpful. I used to use them solely for business travel but recently took a trip with my son and they were so accommodating with his car seat. I brought my own car seat and they helped me install in their car, then held it at their office for the week we were away, and brought it back (already installed, and correctly installed!) when they picked us up at the airport. Would absolutely recommend!

Their company is always professional, cars are exceptionally clean, and the prices are very fair. I can’t say enough good things about this company. You won’t be sorry.
