Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?
W P: Very nice place found what I was looking forThe service it's really amazing...
Louis: Astonishing customer service. We purchased an appliance, scheduled delivery a week later, and were called on the day of delivery saying that the item was out of stock. Had to physically return to the store because the manager was unreachable by phone. Go to Home Depot, at least they can manage to hire people and staff their store.
Jonathan Larosa: If i could giver zero stars that would be what i give. Lowes does not back up anything purchased at Lowes. I purchased many major appliances from Lowes and spent thousands of dollars with Lowes and the level of service that i have received as payback is appalling. I received multiple damaged dishwashers that where very much dented. Not to mention the cooperate office does not value its customers time and keep you on hold for ever waiting for a manager to speak with. I even asked if a manager could call me when they are available and the person i was speaking with said no but you can call back when it is more convenient for you. So, I can just start the whole process again and wait on hold longer no thank you. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere unless you like damaged goods and zero customer service skills.
Joseph R: Had everything I needed at a great price.
foxfai1: So many times I did not want to go further to home depot and try to just buy from a closer store and this Lowes can never fail to impress me of how hard to keep track of their items said they have online AND in store (confirmed with a clerk with his handheld). Always have to spend my 30 min there, to NOT find the item, grab a clerk that half-behind* tries to find it for me and can't locate then to have to head to home depot to grab what I need. HD is even cheaper, and quicker. I might just have to forever skip this store to gain my insanity. Item#215893
Greg Wnuk: Have never been pleasantly asked if I needed help more in my life. Way better than Home Depot, those orange apron nerds got nothing on my Lowe's Fam.
Christopher Luongo: I haven't been to this location in a few months---what a disappointment. Nearly none of the lighting on display had a price tag or even the tag that tells you what shelf you can find it on. All of the small samples of laminate flooring were completely out of stock, and a thick layer of dust on the racks where they're supposed to be. Seems pretty obvious that no one is paying attention to their work around here. Also, they've installed security cameras with flashing blue police lights in the parking lot, a sure sign that crackheads are in the area.
julio rosa: Bad experience with David manager and Matt.I had a very bad experience, because only for the account and I asked matt to put the job name on the receipt and he said he would, but only after paying, and when I paid he didn't put the name on the receipt, I complained and asked to try fix his mistake and he said he couldn't do anything. I asked to call the manager and the manager was even more unprepared instead of resolving the situation I was even more unprepared than Matt and I see how sad the lack of training these people is, I am very well attended at the home depot and it is easy to put the job name on the receipt and at lowes it is difficult for employees to know how to put the P.O on receipts.I don't understand why this, if they doesn't work, should be at home.
Maildo Naacimento: Went to the store to buy flooring, I had a great experience, Andrew was very helpful and professional. Amazing service, thank you!
John Luther: Great store
Lu Gonçalves: I like
Kris Rozier: Nathan, one of the workers, was a huge assistance in finding the materials I needed to patch a hole in a customer's house. He assisted me with dolly-carrying the cement board and sourcing the appropriate duct tape and utility knife. I really appreciate that, Nathan.
Hope Star: On February 26th i went into Lowes. I was greeted by a very kind gentleman named Julio, the manager. He helped us pick out a snow blower. Julio and Andrew set it up and were the kindest team members i have ever encountered anywhere. Thank you so much for everything. I will be back because of these two. They went above and beyond. Lowes needs to give these two a raise.
Jose Paniagua: Es un lugar donde encuentras todo lo necesario para tu hogar
Joseph Brady: Had appliances delivered and Lowes delivery personnel damaged my front door. Covered up scratch in door with marker and left. Tried calling the store multiple times and got transferred multiple times with no one answering. Terrible customer service.
gerald hartling sr: Great. Ordered on line for pickup.
David Jean: Got what I needed great help from the staff
NV 83: Wishing I could put 0 stars for Johnny the manager who interrupted my appointment with a kitchen designer to service another customer. When I called him about this, he said he made the right decision and refused to apologize for taking the designer out of our appointment. Worst customer service I have ever seen. If I wasn't literally about to order my kitchen cabinets I would never order from this store. this will definitely be my last purchase here.
CB: Terrible customer service SUCKS. Skeleton crew! Nobody knows enything!!! THE G.M SHOULD BE FIRED.
Donna O: Jan 2023 poorly understaffed went to customer service for product ordered onlineAttendent couldnt locate then he lied saying they never got order. Had to escalate to supervisor who found order thanks to me bringing printed order confirmation.NEVER PLANNING TO RETURN
Mark H: I got lucky this time. It's always a struggle trying figuring out which one has it (here or HD). Overall I prefer the atmosphere of Lowe's but, it's harder for me to get to this location. I happened to be in the area. HD could take a lesson from Lowe's search engine. I can usually find exactly what I'm looking for on the Lowe's site, whereas I'm forced to sort through multiple pages on HD to find something remotely similar.

Lowe's Home Improvement: what do users think?
Robert Blood: Found most of what I was looking for and was able to find someone to help me with the things I couldn't find on my own
BETH HAGEN: Always A pleasure shopping here!! Always Great Deals!! and Especially on the Holidays!! Happy 4th Everyone!! 🎉
Marcus Cyr: I have to finally say something! This is my neighborhood Lowes (Woburn). I am a veteran that uses this store to the amount of several thousands of dollars a year. The customer service is unacceptable. The employees at the returns/exchange desk require additional, remedial training on the objective of customer service! They often have bad attitudes, no smiles, shake their head at you when they don't agree all the while in a disrespectful manner. They are more inclined to tell you what they "CAN NOT" do for you versus what they can do to make it a happy experience and leave Lowes with customer satisfaction. I had an issue the other day with a price match on something I bought earlier in the day, they gave me every reason why they could not, I brought the policy with me. I went through one associate, one customer service manager, then asked for a store manager. When the store manager arrived, she was a good example of how to treat customers. (She should be praised, I did not get her name, she was a female ASM with reddish hair). The ASM did not give any grief, herd me out and agreed. She then processed the price match (refund) without issue. All the while, the untrained folks behind her mumbling that they should take back the return instead of price matching per their (Lowes) policy. My question is, why couldn't the previous associates respond with, "Let me call and a manger and see if we can do this", instead of arguing, making false accusations, and telling me they can't. Retraining is a must! My suggestion to leadership it to have a "down day" and have MANDATORY training that the employees have to sign and acknowledge, they understand and are subject to reward or discipline based on their work conduct from then on! It is time to stop letting the retail & service labor force dictate to employers.Additional Note: Patty is a good example of how Lowes employees should appreciate customers!
Brenda Ferro: It’s got everything you need
Anthony Cocuzzo: I had a lot of palletized materials delivered today to our Burlington home by a man named Shawn, I didn't get his last name. He was absolutely incredible using the forklift on our extremely busy road. He was very knowledgeable and careful with all materials and our driveway. He was kind and helpful as I called our contractor to see where everything should go. Thank you Shawn!
SLY SPY: Had to go to the Lowe's In Woburn They were the only ones that had a propane hot-water-heater the girl That worked there her name was Angela was very nice and she held it for me
Michael Jiaming Xu: Want to give Cristal and Dan at customer service section (return) a big shout out of thanks. They solved my unusual problem with extra efforts. Totally above and beyond expectations. Thank you.
Nicolas Laugavegur: I went there last weekend. I found everything I was looking for, helpful staff. Went to the cashier and she clearly didn't want to be where she was on a weekend. She totally ignored me as I got closer, then she was pretty mean and finally got the guts to ask me why i didn't want to wait for my receipt to print. I was like no, i'm here with my kid, you're treating us horribly, the only thing i want is to get out of here. I'll go somewhere else next time.
Ann Dailey: David P. in the grill department was very helpful with us when it came to helping pick out our grill and loading it into our car a few weeks ago.We are very appreciative of all his help, thank you David!
Martine Janvier: Got what I need very helpful assistance
Ron Petrin: Love this store. Well organized and clean. Help is always available if needed. If they could keep the birds out it would be great. They usually have everything I look for. They carry Sherwin-Williams paint which I think is another great thing. I'll be looking to see if they have the batteries I need for my Craftsman cordless. It's nice someone still carries Craftsman.
Lu Gonçalves: Like
R. A.: They actually have people available to answer your questions. This is my first choice for hardware and gardening supplies. Great people working at this location.
kenny parlee: Im a builder, and this is my go to store. so many people that help and do a great job. Ken and his team with managing the online orders and the front desk are fantastic. Billy Helping out on the pro side and all his co workers really do a great job. This store has really made some positive changes over the years and you can tell the employees care about there work. Love doing business there. Everybody is doing alot of right around there. thank you lowes woburn Team!!!
Stephanie Taylor: This location has always everything I’m looking for! Organized and nice staff!
Dave Smith: Got everything you need for DIY Home improvement
Matthew David: Big corporate hardware store... I've had a few very knowledgeable employees, but its been hard to find of late.Ive ordered several appliances from Lowes. All of the last set came damaged. Two were obvious and not functional impacts and their delivery department took care of it. The third was hidden by their installer and affects function of the unit and I missed their window where they will help remedy. They do have good deals here and there, but if you order appliances, please watch everything they do from unloading to installation and functional testing, unlike what I did.
Sorin Voicu: Big shoutout to L.A. in lumber department, I recently had a few boards of plywood to cut and he made sure they were precisely cut, and that our needs were met, excellent customer service. Please take note of this managers, he is the kind of person that will bring you more business. Other stores I’ve been would shy away from making a few precise cuts, making me take my business elsewhere.
Priss Littlegirl: Meh. It's lowes
Joe Welsh: This entire 5 star review is for Karen that works at this location. She was patiently helping a customer who needed her expertise for a painting project. She then helped me find the product I needed and then offered me additional advice as well. Thanks for being warm and helpful.
Rebecca: They are so nice and helpful at this location. They didn’t have what we needed in store but helped us place an order for delivery to the house easily.

Katie Lowe Pilates: what do users think?
Stephanie Richardson: I have worked with Katie on and off for years, but now for the first time in her own practice. Katie is excellent. She is personable, knowledgeable, and kind. I wholeheartedly trust her with this aging physical plant, and have felt like I can ask her to back off when needed, for example when I was recovering from Covid and needed just some stretching and mobility. Highly recommended.
Megan Talkington: Katie teaches like no one else; she is just utterly unique. I've now taken many virtual group classes with her, and over time I’ve developed a mental picture of how it works: When class starts, Katie puts her hands on some imaginary steering wheel and drives us all right through, never taking her eyes off the road till the moment class ends. How can she describe an exercise so precisely (even when she’s not actually doing it herself), and cue us through every tiny component so adeptly (even those of us who aren’t nearly so strong or skilled)? How does she KNOW? Even when we’re all on Zoom? I have no idea. I just know that taking a class with her is routinely a joyful, invigorating, empowering experience.
pete lackey: I had absolutely zero knowledge or experience with Pilates, until I met Katie by accident one year ago. My wife had been referred to Katie by a mutual and dear friend of ours. She invited me to join her for duet classes, and after a few sessions, I was hooked. Katie is professional, enthusiastic, and brings joy to every minute of every session. She asks questions, understands each person’s unique needs, and encourages at just the right moments. I’ve learned more about my physical body, and human physiology in general, during these last several months than I had in the previous 10 years. I fell lighter, stronger, and clear-headed after every session . . . it’s remarkable. Katie’s motto is “live better in your body” and she means it. She is warm, fully present, and forever supportive. I’m so grateful for the many hours we’ve trained together, and I look forward to many more.
Begum Alaybeyoglu: I've survived the pandemic thanks to Katie's virtual group classes! Katie is an amazing instructor and helped me develop body awareness. For the first time in my life I truly enjoy pilates and don't get intimidated by it!
Carolyn Batt: “Tell me about your body.”I am a former Certified Fitness Instructor who has taken countless hours of exercise classes. But when Katie introduced herself before our first session and said, “Tell me about your body,” I knew I was in for something different. In the best possible way. No other teacher had focused on my internal experience of my body—what helps, what hurts, what needs work. That “simple” request has led me to trust Katie’s sensitive and personalized guidance toward a stronger, healthier, and happier body. That guidance has helped me through two hip replacements along with everyday stresses. After each Pilates session with Katie I feel an improvement in strength, mood, and overall sense of well-being. I’m continually impressed by her knowledge, skill, empathy, and dedication.

Lowe’s Outlet Store: what do users think?
Max C.: Nice place to get discounted appliances such as fridges washers dryer stoves with cosmetic damage and deep discounts. Items are available right there, delivery is possible for extra money
Thomas Ferté: Terrible experience, they shipped us paint and the package was leaking all over. It ruined our floor.
Debra Rainha: Our experience working with Pat and Lenny was excellent. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us and make it a good experience for us . We will definitely return, for both smaller items and appliances.
Meadowbrook Properties: Wish I never stepped foot in this place. I'd strongly recommend spending a few extra dollars and buy from a local appliance store. We bought a washer & dryer and the dryer broke after 4 weeks. Before that though we had a nightmare install experience. You pay $100 for delivery and "installation" which is done by a 3rd party delivery company (not Lowes). It was clear they don't want to install anything and look for any excuse not to. First they told me they didnt know if the washer connections were working right and they didnt want to disconnect. Then they told me I bought the wrong kind of vent (semi rigid) and I needed a fully flexible (even though Lowes sold me the correct one - and any installer knows that fully flexible is a fire hazard). So basically they just dropped the washer/dryer and left without installing. Calls to the store and we couldn't get a manager to call us back and address the issue (and reimburse us for the installation) and I had to go buy new parts and install myself. Flash forward 4 weeks and the dryer stopped working. Lowes warranty doesnt kick in so I had to work with Maytag, who took almost 3 weeks and multiple technician visits/parts to get my new dryer working again. When it was said and done, it was just a bad connection. That's what happens when you buy refurbished units from an outlet - many small connections could be damages and you're left without a working dryer. All said, you dont even save much money over regular Lowes as often regular lowes offers free delivery and install, vs here where you have to pay. Please do yourself a favor (and the headaches I experienced) and go elsewhere.
David Ko: We just moved into a unit that needed major appliance updates. We shopped for three weeks for them. We happened to visit this store during it's Labor Day sale. It is very competitive there, so if you see something you like, you must make the purchase on the spot. We purchased an electric range and refrigerator. During purchase, the cashier asked if we needed the items delivered and old appliance removed. I said yes to delivery and yes to old range removal. They only mentioned the price and in no way went into the details of any shipping/haul away policy. They charged my credit card filling for the appliances and future services. On delivery day, the deliverer took measurements of doorways, etc, and said appliances wouldn't fit and tried to just leave on the spot. My wife begged them to try, so they took the range and tried to move it into the front stairway. It would not fit because of the stove's handle bar. Most moving companies would remove the door/handle bar, but not this one, which was very surprising and frustrating. Keep in mind, I took all the measurements myself before I made the purchases, so I knew it would fit. They decided to leave our house without delivering, saying that Lowes would be in touch with us.A few days pass and nobody contacted us. We assumed everything (including the shipping costs) would be refunded completely without us doing anything; we were wrong. We had to physically go back into the store and mention what had happened and request a refund. The cashier tried to sell us on more appliances before making the transaction. We were quite irate to begin with, but when we saw what she did with the refund without mentioning it we were extremely upset. She tried to slip the fee for the delivery service by us (she did not refund the $100) and didn't mention it at all. We had to look closely at the receipt. We were upset because the delivery service was not rendered yet they said they could not refund us that money. The delivery service did not even make a good attempt at delivery. Lowes just acknowledged that delivery was by a third party vendor and could not refund the money we had paid for it.Extremely disappointed at how Lowes could not stand by the product and any services they offered. Even if it's by a third party service, you should stand by this service if you are charging for it.Thinking about this while experience again is infuriating...
Jim Haynie: Great selection and good savings.
Devin FitzM: I love lowes I get all of my appliances there and they are cheaper than home depot and if you buy new they ship it. Best buy and home depot charge a lot for delivery
Ed Chen: Mostly big appliances like refrigerator, stove, laundry machine, and microwave. There are also small supplies and restroom for customer.
GeGe LaLwa: This place is a scam. They sell broken defective items and pass it off like it’s a sale. I was about to purchase a washer and dryer set but as we pulled it out to hold for pick up I noticed a huge gash in the back. Keep on my mind this store does not offer any warranties. That should have been my first sign to exit but I went with another set. I paid $100 for delivery. Here’s where the second scam came in and at this point I was fed up. They set a delivery date and time block and advised us they would call. No call no show! When I called the store at 5 pm the shift lead, Christine stated they came to my house and no one was there. That is a complete lie, as I was sitting in the kitchen waiting for them. She was so rude and nasty offering no help. She had the audacity to tell me I would have to pay another delivery fee. She stated she had proof they knocked at the door. I asked her the time stamp of this proof. I went back and checked my cameras and low and behold at 3:32 pm a truck speeds by slows down a few houses up and snaps a picture. Christine was adamant they knocked and waited 15 minutes. I told her that was impossible as I took the day off to be home. Again I reiterate, Christine has very poor customer service. The next day I went in person to Lowe’s Outlet and spoke with the store manager who was a nice gentleman. He was so taken aback to see the video of his delivery guys on my phone. He apologized and offered a free delivery for the next available date but unfortunately I was already turned off by the companies sketchy business practices. I immediately went to Best Buy paid $250 extra but guess what… I now have my washer and dryer. My advice to consumers who shop at Lowe’s Outlet is “Buyer Beware”. Good luck.
Corinne Collette: They only carry appliances however I heard they will be expanding in the future .
sphenie chan: Horrible experience and lost 99 dollars without getting anything. Ordered 2 appliances, one is standard size appliance and one is smaller than previous appliance we got in our apartment. Old appliances were able to enter 2 apartments with same door size without problem. Movers travelled to our place for shipment, charged us 99 dollars, but can't commit their service. Refuse to make adjustment, left me with nothing less than 15 min. I've just lost 99 dollars for getting nothing but bad experience from Lowe's. If you do have a standard size door house, never pay for the 99 dollars delivery fees service, cause you will end up losing your hard earn 99 dollars for getting nothing but bad service, lousy experience and stress in your life. Lesson learned from corporation that hires third party as delivery service to save cost and doesn't care about their customers' right. I can understand charging me for 20 dollars for not able to deliver their goods with full service, but 99 dollars is ridiculous with this type of bad service, bad attitude without able to commit full deliverables. Feel bad for the staff who has to handle customers' complaint because of the corporation's bad decision making.
Daniel “Danny” Buckley: Terrible lumber selection
William Su: idk what happened, they used to call you the day before your delivery and schedule the delivery of your appliances but they stopped doing it. I will still shop here but its kinda annoying that you dont get any timeframe or heads up on when the delivery is going to come~
John Luther: Great
John M: This place is great in a clutch situation. You can go in grab a refrigerator and be n your way in 15 to 20 mins.
Daniela Cafaro: DO NOT BUY anything at this store!! Be aware all sales are final which NO ONE ever mentioned. They have sold a defective product but will not refund me! The manager is useless and aloof!! I am in touch with the Corporate office but if nothing gets done I will be call Help me Hank!
Angie S.: They don't have much, so you're not missing anything
Heidi9728: I was looking for new stove here several months ago. Got a good price, but they would have charged me $200.00 for delivery, killing any savngs I would get from them. Last time I did this it was $50.00 or free
464kd: Awesome job Nathan!!! I'll need assistance today. Thank you Ms. Kim
Khaled Mou: Chris helped out with a complicated order. Thanks for putting the customer first and making the moment right.
