Katie Morrissey: Worse customer service. Wouldn't allow me to return a purse I bought less than a week ago after it fell apart. The faux leather on the purse instantly started to peel everywhere. Like due to it being old or extremely poor quality.I Spent $30 on the purse. They also tried to tell me the item didn't exist on the receipt. I don't know how horrible their computer system is. They wouldn't even let me check the floor for the item. Then they tried to tell me that the other steve madden purse I bought was different than the one I was currently wearing (also on the receipt). Warning never throw away your tags because clearly they have horrible inventory at this store. Definitely won't shop at that Marshals again. Worked in retail for 8 years and never seen such disorganization and poor management.Update: emailed corporate office and was given a gift certificate for value of purse despite the receipt. Supposedly purse I bought was coded wrong in the system so it wasn't the same as the receipt. Regardless corporate at least believed me enough to give me a gift card.

As a customer if there is a line and I see everyone is doing their best to move it along then there is no problem. But this man was rude and yelling at his staff and urging customers to hurry along after checking out. Would not come here again purely because of this experience with this man.On the other hand there was a sales associate Diana who was very helpful. She answered my questions and was able to suck up to that man Widmer. I bless that soul and hope she has many a good days ahead.

John Ovesen: Great Store & always finding that T SHIRT or pair of shoes that is a MUST BUY! Red Sox fans can always find cheaper team shirts and hats here also! Why pair $40 from the Team store when you can get one for $15 or $20 here? Nice workers also and the bathroom upstairs on the second floor has always been a life saver at times in the area.

However, although there were lots of sneakers... they were apparently mostly for hobbits; very few pairs to choose from in size 12. I complained to the staffer that they obviously discriminate against men with big feet, but she could tell I was half-joking and laughed, so overall it was a fine experience.They really should stop discriminating against men with big feet, though!

Large selection of women’s clothing, a bit smaller selection of men’s. Housewares & seasonal goods, etc. All stocked up for Halloween last time we checked in.
