Herb Chambers Maserati: what do users think?
Erik Carlson: Food was disgusting and terrible service
Scott Silva: Called and set an appointment because they kept calling to buy our grantourismo. It has been serviced there and they had tried to get us to sell it to them at prior visits. We talked to them and asked what they would buy it for. They said 50 to 57 if it’s pristine. It has 15 k miles, never seen winter , no damage history, perfect paint , interior , etc.My wife brought it and they said 45k!Well, we have to sell it and make money he said. They found nothing wrong so they had no justification to low ball the offer. It’s not even on the low end of book and the condition is immaculate.I will never do any business with them as they wasted 3 hours of driving for nothing. I have another Maserati but after them playing games and lying to us I will never be back.
Mr. Jackson: Terrible experience trading in my Maserati.
Jasvir Singh: My first bad and Worst experience of a car dealership. Very bad service department. They just want to make money from you. I had a problem with the water pump and I specifically told them. Instead of that they wanted to sell me water pump with whole timing chain cover and wanted to charge me $4600. They just refused to fix the water pump alone.I took it to another Maserati dealership and they did it for $1800. Also they charge $200/hr for labour while other Maserati dealerships charge about $125-150/hr. Horrible people.
Camy Lac: I bought a Marserati Levante brand new about 1.5 years ago from Herb Chamber Maserati in Wayland, MA. today, the car makes certain noises when driving, it chuckles and felt pulled back. I called the dealership to bring my car in to be looked at. they told me that there is no loaner vehicle available for the next few weeks. I owned 3 Mercedes and never had this problem before. The service I received from Mercedes was impeccable. I was rushed off the phone and recommended that I bring my car to other Maserati for service. this is unacceptable from a luxury car dealership. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy car from Herb Chamber ever again.
Bruce Chapman: Worst lease vehicle return experience of my life.Of the 26 vehicles I've owned or leased in my life, my leasing of a 2017 Maserati Ghibli SQ4 from this dealership was the worst vehicle return experience I've ever had.It started when I dropped the car off and was asked to remove the license plate myself (even Honda/Chevy dealers would do that for me, though perhaps this was partly related to covid-19 restrictions).Fortunately I did get notice from Maserati (aka Chase) Capital within about a month that I didn't owe any lease return fees after examining the car.But then the joke of the century began as it literally took *11* months to get my excise tax abatement from Maserati/Chase Capital. It took about 3 months of 1/x month calls before they finally acknowledged the car had been resold so the abatement process could begin. From there it took about 3 months of me checking every 2 weeks about the status of them sending paperwork to my town tax assessor. It was like calling into a black hole. The people you can speak to at Maserati/Chase Capital didn't do the work and only used some ancient/slow system to communicate to back-end people supposedly doing the work (i.e. even they couldn't directly speak with those "responsible"). After months and dozens of calls where they claimed they had sent out request for abatement to town but town hadn't received it I asked them to tell me where it was sent; they got back that it had been sent *TO THE WRONG STATE!!!!*. I gave them the correct address and back into the black hole of waiting with no one on their side checking anything. I asked for escallation dozens of times. I contacted a lawyer (and considered class action suit as my abatement was small but their negligence was bordering on criminal 8 months after I should have had my abatement and no one there could ever tell me exactly what had been done with anything like a tracking number for confirmation). After a total of more than 40 calls to Maserati/Chase Capital, and 4 to my town tax collector (who always responded immediately), I finally found their request made it to our town tax collector who sent them a check the next day. EVEN THEN, it took 50 days and 3 phone calls before they finally acknowledged they had received the check from my town collector, and another 10 by the time I received my excise abatement check from them. It was an 11 month ordeal; they should owe me $75/month + interest payments on at least 10 months of that and they should have their credit score shot to hell for failure to pay if this world were remotely a fair one, but of course they carry on in complete incompetence because there is no accountability for them.I acknowledge my experience and review here is 80% about Maserati/Chase Capital and 15% Herb Chambers but that's what they get for leasing me an inferior car (the 2017 Ghibli SQ4 is fast and loud, and looks cool, but is a considerably worse car than my 2013 BMW 335i M-Sport in just about every way imaginable) and using the world's worst financing company.
dustin kay: 10 am appt didn't get out till after 2, was told 10min, 80 mile drive.
Krzysztof Kacprzak: I was going to get my new car today from Maserati in WylandWe had an appointment which was confirmed todayWe took time off to get thereA salesperson met with us said that everything is ready we were ready to drive home and ,,,,That was not our carOur car was somewhere elseSo we waisted our time went home with nothingI can’t even process that Maserati in Wayland /Herb Chambers has such a bad serviceVery saidYou would thing that taking such a car you would get at least great serviceNot a caseI am extremely disappointedBe very careful going and buying anything from Maserati in Wayland
Amy Bacon: Made a service appointment in advance for 11am 10/21/2020. After a 12 min drive for only 6 miles off the highway. I arrive with no instructions as to where to bring the car there is no service garage gate. After calling I was told to come inside where no one met me at the door after calling again I was finally guided to the back where he took my key and moved my car to a lot. Arrived at 1053a for a 11a appointment I spent 30 mins waiting outside due to Covid 19 for what I was told would be an hour service total. Although even after 30 mins of walking around my car was still sitting outside. Why make an appointment, if there no need? When I was finally brought the service slip to sign off I refused and left. Waste of time, no consideration for time, and disregard for consumer impact based on current circumstances and misleading scheduling process. My request would be schedule appointments that are respected. Maintain service time estimates. And most importantly provide instructions to enable consumers to anticipate arrival expectations.
Michael Saia: If there was a zero star I would give it. Ordered a car in Nov 2019 and was supposed to take delivery in March on a 2020 model. After being promised the car 3 months in a row, the dealer could not locate the ordered car. We selected a 2019 model to roll over the lease. After 4 months of chasing they finally paid off the lease, not all of it mind you. Had to get the Attorney General's office involved to get them to respond and pay the full amount. We are sensitive to the current issue going on right now and expressed that to them. It was a constant battle to get them to respond and tell the truth. By far the worst car experience in 40 years of buying cars.
Vladimir Mesidor: They over charge and ride
Rodrigo Carillo: Great experience at the dealership, will definitely be returning.
Chris Ouimet: Just purchased a new 2019 Maserati. Had a outstanding sales experience working with Maz and Vadim. Highly recommend investing time speaking with these sales professionals when contemplating a vehicle purchase.
Halima Karim: Best Place
Raul Marcos: Herb Chambers Maserati has an outstanding facility with very professional staff. The sales and service team are highly knowledgable, transparent, and great to deal with. It is always a pleasure to come back for service or when it's time to get a new car.
Yury Dash: Do not lease or sign with Ally financial , please read on line about their return leased car policy scam . 3 years ago I leased a car Maserati Ghibli from this dealership. At this time, it was a sales team who knew about the car and looked like they have been interested in customer satisfaction . In the next 3 years of this lease, all of this people disappeared and a service disappeared as well. At one time, they took my car for regular Maintance service and kept for it for a week without loner car to offer and I paid lease for a week without having a car. Every time when had to use the service there was some kind mistake. Once I came to look for a new Levante and sales person even did not know basics about a car . But worse came at the end of the lease. I had two other cars to drive, so I kept the Maserati, basically as an exotic car with very little use. I had more then 12000 miles unused. It was a car in a perfect condition. I got a letter from Maserati to do a pre inspection at the end of the lease, when I called the dealership they said its not necessary. In May, I went oversees and I asked my wife to return the car about 3 weeks before lease expired . She returned the car and has been told that everything fine, but the dealership didn’t return or cancel car plates for a month.Just accidentally I found out later that I still paying the insurance on returned vehicle and the plates never been returned. The worse came later, l received a letter from financing company claiming nonexisting excess wear and tear absolutely made up story for $1460.94. I completely deny these charges and would like to be reimbursed my security deposit and one month of the completely unnecessary charges for the insurance. Three weeks after the car was returned some kind of a so called third party without a client present made up a false assessment about exsess wear and it looks to me like an extortion. I actually liked a car and was thinking about leasing a Levante, but after that will never do.I have been leasing cars for many years and never had this kind of experience. Ally financing are complete crooks and dealership knows about them for sure , being in one bed with them they just helping them to screw you.Do not lease do not sign with Ally
Prady Tewarie: I worked with Kyle Steele for the servicing for my Maserati QP, Rolls Royce Ghost and for the purchase of a Maserati Levante S Grand Lusso and he provided exceptional service. Kyle was always available to respond to questions via text message and it never took him longer than 10 minutes to reply - setting a new standard for luxury, personalized service. Highly recommended, and phenomenal addition to the team.- Prady Tewarie
Johnny Flow: Very helpful personal and professional
Chandra Devaraj: Vadzim, Maz, John and Ben,Thanks for all the great details to help us buy the Mazarati. The options and details specified were fantastic. Vadim and Maz, special thanks to take time and getting us what we wanted through the quite a few visits we have done. You both are great and I would certainly recommend my friends to meet you down to check things. John thanks for the quick check and follow up to work out rhe financial part even though we just showed up to purchase. I definitely knew you were busy and thanks for adjusting. Vadim, fantastic appproach and so many details you have on the car. Good luck to you all.
Roberto Yordano Lima Hernandez: My experience at Herb Chambers Maserati was fenomenal thanks to Vadim and Sadi!
Pay Sale: Evan was great, very helpful and professional. Maz was also approachable and passionate about his job. I didn't get that impression from others who i interacted with.

Boch Maserati: what do users think?
Johnny G: I had such a memorable purchase experience that makes me want to go back for my next upgrade. These guys truly love cars and they will just tell you what they love about the car you are interested in. The showroom was filled with exotic cars and every car that I looked at, the guys passionatley explained about them. While the paper work was being prepared, I was being chauffeured around every corner of the dealer finding more cars that I did not even dreamed of, I was in heaven. These people are not salesman. They collect their cars because they fell in love with them, so you have to be on the same frequency. Highly recommended!
Mr. Singh: I purchased a ghilbi through these guys and it was far from a pleasant experience. Infact, if you can find your car elsewhere please do not buy it from here. With that being said, my sales person was Ian Jenkins this guy has no knowledge about anything and the GM is even worse. The Gm or sales person act like they don't care rather or not you buy the car or not. They will not do anything without fees. Stay away from here. Most likely you'll be ripped off. Also please read the less tba 5 star reviews as to they seem real as the others seem like they are fabricated.
Sidra Arif: calling parts department whole week they do not answer phone and I levee message no one call back
Daniel DiCesare: Great organization but service is lacking. Late last year I sent my 2003 Maserati in for body work. The car was sent to an external body shop where they held the car approximately 2 months (should at tops take 1 week). When the car was returned, it looked great and I stored it for winter. This spring I took that car out and the top would no longer retract. I sent the car to Boch and it was returned with a tear in the roof and the top still not functioning. Service department tried to deny they damaged the vehicle and we finally worked out a way to fix the top. The car was held for over 1 month since the new top was ordered from Italy and it took time to arrive. When the job was finished, I went to pick up the car and noticed again the new top was damaged and the top did not sit right on the car. The service department agreed to order a new top and reinstall the new top. I asked if I could take my car while they waited for the part and they wanted me to pay for the damaged top and service in order to release the car. When I refused they held the car and continue to do so as we await the new top to arrive. Sad, I can't use my summer car because they can't fix it correctly. Check out the attached photos.08/18/2022Just a quick update, I finally got my car back and the top looked great. I was told that the service manager personally went to the outsourced vendor to ensure that the job was done correctly. I asked him if he tested the top and he claimed he did. The top looked good when I got it but after putting it down 3 times, the top is yet again damaged. I'm attaching new photo for you to see. I wrote to the service department, let's see what happens.
Christopher Huntley (youcancallmemaurice): This is the pinnacle of car buying experiences. 1) it’s a Ferrari dealer so it’s a magical experience just walking in but 2) the way they handle everything is just perfect.I found a car online and messaged to get more info. They opened at 12 the next day. At 11:55am KC had already called me and started the deal. A few texts later and we were good to go.I went to sign papers and he was waiting with the car cool and ready to drive. Beyond expectations. They delivered it perfectly on time and my kids were so excited to see both Maseratis pull up like a mini parade.I have bought a large number of cars getting a new one every year and this was so far above every other dealer I can’t even begin to compare them.I’ll be back when it’s time to get the Ferrari but until then it’s smiles per mile and Boch delivered.
John Wick: This will be my second Maserati from Boch. My sale man Alex was awesome and took care of me and the Maserati I was buying. We think man buy a car can be long process. Well not at Boch Maserati, Maria the finance manger is GREAT, I sat down at her desk and was out of there 10 minutes and driving my Maserati.
Alexandra Guyton: Very poor customer service . And no one wants to make it right once I called about my grievance . I would of giving them a negative zero star if they was such a rating !!! Do not do business with them !!!
Jennifer Krinsky: I purchased a 2020 Ghibli w/10,000+ miles in Dec. 2020. Excited to pick up, I got there not only to find the interior filthy, but it was presented to me w/a rejection sticker as the transmission failed inspec. I asked the salesman ( Ian Jenkins) why, He said they tried to fix it &that I, the client, would need to drive it for 3 weeks. He then noted if I brought it back to them, (as an incentive) I’d “get an inspection for free”. Furious, I refused to take the car & left. The next morning , it suddenly passed inspec requirements. I took the car & less than 2 mos later, the alignment pulled to left & I had to physically start holding the wheel straight. On a troubling day, I was almost forced into a median on the hi way( I was driving 68 mph). My teen son was in the car - & after I gained control, it then popped me to the right & forced me into the center lane - almost hitting the woman already there - almost injuring or killing us all. The car then rocked back & forth for about 2 miles and I got off the hiway immediately. We were terrified! I immediately contacted Lisa Lopez, the finance manger via text to describe the terrifying experience. They took the car back again for service. I got the car back, and after a few weeks, it would not shift into park, leaving me to sometimes shift back & forth in a space for 5 min. & alignment was still off &dangerous to drive. The response was deplorable & I was offered a key chain & water bottle for my inconvenience! I found that absolutely patronizing, cheesy &disrespectful. I made arrangements to bring the car back for a 3 rd time. I was promised a loaner, for Friday, it was not fulfilled & was told “sorry - we don’t have that loaner - it was supposed to be here - can you please do Monday instead”. I complied. I brought my new ‘20 Ghibli w/10+k miles infor a 3rd time! When I received the loaner, it was dirty, the gas was on empty & Bill, the service rep told me to “ just drive up the road - you can get gas up there”. After driving for 2 minutes the stench in the car was unbearable- so pungent- so I opened the windows. Upon examining the car at the gas station, because it was empty, there were pieces of marijuana and drops of what appeared to be cocaine in the car. I was gobsmacked!!!! I also have a teen daughter &was set to pick her up. I called Bill in Service back immediately & he said “ wow- hmm...I’ll have to take a look at who had that before you “ I said this is unacceptable- there are drugs in here - would you like pictures? (I didn’t have time to go back to Norwood at that point) Bill said “no it’s ok- thanks for letting me know”. Nothing was done. I then went to a colleague who specializes in drug addiction & counseling & she confirmed that they were in fact pieces of marijuana, & the small white drops were cocaine. I was mortified and disgusted. In conclusion, After THREE times my 2020 10K mile car is finally drivable. I thought it was done. No. I’m now dealing with the registry and my town as I was promised by the Finance manager, Lisa Lopez, that my plates ( I had a trade in with my Mercedes) were all taken care of at the registry and they never took care of it. As a result, I am cleaning up a mess with my town, the registry & insurance. Lisa never completed her job or kept her word. An avid car enthusiast, I am a single mom now & saved for this special gift to myself. My turmoil- from start to finish- at Maserati of New England ruined that “ goal” of experiencing the purchase of a high end luxury automobile on my own. My experiences have been unacceptable, unprofessional, sophomoric & sub par. It was a clown show. Mr. Boch Jr. should be made aware that his pride & joy, the Ferrari /Maserati dealership- is treating customers like this, giving loaners w/illegal narcotics in them & acting so unprofessionally. I’ve had a Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Toyota and by far, this dealership is the worst, most inadequate dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’m so hard pressed to ever go back for service. Unfortun, it’s the only 1 close by. Safety & narcotic exposure is unacceptable!
Linda B: Great cars very professional staff!
Tony Arguello: Got to sit in the new 2020 F8 love the staff and the service here ... thank you
Patrick Sandberg: Sent an e-mail a couple of days ago for information and didn't receive a reply. Sent an e-mail again to follow up and still no reply over 24 hours later from the second e-mail. Called and they were very nice and helpful. Not sure if they're having issues with their e-mail but keep in mind if you're interested in informatoin.
Joe: Great service
Milton Jardim: Gentleman that helped me was very nice and polite and even let me have a look at the cars which was very nice of him
MacArthur Roy: Do you realize how much business you lose because you only respond to the positive reviews on your google page? :) At least 15 High value clients every business quarter.
Andrea Libby: Very friendly and helpful :)
gregory krichmar: Ryan Brooks parts manager is absolute disgrace to this brand - despite multiple emails to check before he shipped wrong rims and tires for my quattroporte and once i tried to return once he received it he intentionally damaged the rims/tires not to issue a credit. Complete fraud!
Lucas Berge: Got a great deal on the vehicle. However, 2 years later, we found out that they sold us a vehicle with a bad Carfax that was never mentioned, nor recorded prior to the sale. The Carfax they printed and showed us at the time of the sale did not match what we found online when thinking about trading the vehicle in. The accident was "reported" in 2014 and the dealership somehow found a way not to include the incident in the Carfax. Not a good business practice.
william sabanosh: It was very nice. The showroom is awesome. I'll take 1 of everything, please.
Arun Srinivasan: The entire experience was wonderful. Esmael was welcoming and knowledgeable about the product. He went above and beyond after the sale to make sure we were comfortable and every detail was taken care of. In one word the service we received was “exceptional”.
Chris Pinto: Beautiful machines. Great staff.
Alex Sarra: Esmael was great throughout the process, he understood my needs and kept looking for the best car for me until he found one

Boston Motorsports Maserati: what do users think?
Kevin Walsh: My 2014 Maserati started to go into "battery safe mode" about 6 months after buying it new from a local dealer. Battery safe mode shut off the radio, heated seats and bluetooth. I took my car to a local dealer and it must have been in the shop for 6 months or more over several years while they tried to fix the problem. I was always told Maserati techs at corporate were involved and suggesting the next steps. It never worked! Fast forward a couple years, I brought the car to Boston Motorsports. They fixed it! The team at Boston Motorsports was fantastic. They were very clear in communications, fair as to price of work done, and in the end proved their technical superiority to the other dealer and even the specialists at corporate. Boston Motorsports has earned by trust and business going forward. While I will never buy another Maserati (don't hold their value and a very poor experience with corporate), I love my car and it has had no issues other than the one described above. If anyone has this issue, you have to have them replace the battery cables that run from the trunk to the engine. Seems like a no brainer but the other dealership and corporate couldn't get it done! It is normally a $3k job and I think Maserati Corporate just didn't want to spend the $.
Duston Hodgkins: Boston Motorsports was the best car buying process I have ever experienced. I worked with Asia, who was pleasant and helpful in discussing the car and negotiating the deal since I am not from the area. Once in the store, everything was incredibly prompt. There was no wasting my time. Way better than the places where you are stuck for hours. My car is perfect and was exactly as described by Asia. Once I decided to purchase, it was only about 15 mins to close. I highly recommend.
MrGoldenmind: The sales team is the best, from start to finish they made a usually painfull experience feel like a walk in the park. My wife will be in the market for an SUV I will make sure to return. Thank you Gilda, Christian and the team at Boston Motorsports for a painless purchase.
Jesse Rancourt: Loving my Audi RS7 .. everyone was very easy to work with and the sales rep Asia was more then helpful and guided me through the process via text and calls at my convenience. Highly recommend Boston Motor Sports and I’m sure I’ll be back !! Thank you Asia and the team at Boston Motor sports
Ralph Mancanes: Thank you so much for assisting me all the way from Los Angeles!Everything was smooth and efficient. Patrick the finance manager was able to send me everything I need. I had a hard time financing a high amount, but they were able to get it done. I am finally enjoying my Range Rover Autobiography.
Thomas Dragoo: I recently purchased a car from Chelsea Harris in sales. I can't say enough good things about her. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the process very easy.Christian Kassis, the General Manager, called to thank me and to check on us. That was a nice touch. I would highly recommend working with Chelsea and Christian. We love our 2021 Bentley and will be back to do more business this summer. Thanks Boston Motorsports!
Maritzel Becerra: I recently bought a Porsche from McGovern Motorsports and dealt with Chelsea.I was hesitant about buying a car online and out of state but Chelsea was extremely professional and easy to deal with.I got my new car today and I am in love.Thank you McGovern Motorsports.
Kph Kph: Super Excited about this car! Been looking all over the country for an X5M that fit within my budget! The salesman Kosta got me on FaceTime and showed me the car up close I felt very comfortable with this I wish all dealers would do this! They are in Boston MA , they even offered to ship the car to my house in PA!! The General manager call me the day my car arrived to make sure I was happy with everything. Will definitely give them my business again.
Patricia Alcorta: Ask for Gilda Banos. Excellent customer service!
Yesenia R Gomez: Love the customer service given by Gilda Banos. She knew exactly what I wanted in my new car. Thank you, I’m definitely coming Bank.
Jacob Blalock: Boston Motorsports can not be trusted. Buyer beware! Purchased a new Maserati Trofeo from out of state, and vehicle was delivered damaged. Estimate confirmed over $19,000 in damage. Boston Motorsports claimed they could repair the vehicle if not for the distance between Boston and California. Boston Motorsports asked me to take damaged vehicle to a repair center, and they'd cover repair costs. They did not. I paid to ship the vehicle back to Boston Motorsports. They did not repair the damage. Although I have paid 6 monthly auto and insurance payments, I have not been able to drive the vehicle as this will most likely end in court. I have reached out to Maserati of North America to intervene. Aside from Boston Motorsports' fraudulent behavior, they still owe me approximately $1,500 reimbursement from the initial purchase transaction. Boston Motorsports can not be trusted. Buyer beware!
Ernesto Gonzalez Jr: I recently purchased a brand new Alfa Romeo Giulia and couldn't be happier with my experience at Boston Motorsports. Gilda Banos was very responsive during the entire process, including driving the car to my house for the test drive. I have bought many cars during my lifetime and this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks again Gilda!
Cedric Leath: I flew in from Orlando to Boston to buy my RS7. From first contact, Chelsea was amazing. My purchase was seamless. They made me feel comfortable. The signing was done in 10 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was Class A! Chelsea deserves employee of the year in my book!!! And Patrick was a gentleman of the first order!
michael witte: I live in Dallas, I found my car online at Boston Maserati. Asia was my contact, she helped to provide me all the details and information about my new car that lead me to make a decision to purchase my car from her! She helped to have my car shipped to Dallas within 1 week of my purchase! Everything she told me about my new car was absolutely true! I highly recommend BMM and Asia to anyone interested in a high quality car and experience!
Hamood Alsahari: My dad, Khaled Alsahari, have been to many dealership. He said there hasn’t been a dealership as nice as Boston Mororsports. All thanks to Patrick Gallagher. We appreciate you Patrick.
Christian Samayoa: Recently purchased an AMG-63 from this dealership. The salesman, Kostas Hatzipetros, was excellent, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone, go and see him!
Brian Carolan: By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Salesperson Gabriel was outstanding. He is professional, honest and fulfilled every promise he made. They also had me in and out of the dealership within a half hour as promised. Anyone who has bought multiple cars knows that is always promised but never actually done! I will buy there again!
angela cable: Recently purchased my new car here and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The sales and service staff were so kind and helpful. My salesperson, Chelsea, took the time to go over the details of the vehicle I was interested in, leaving no questions unanswered. She and Christian worked together to get me a fair offer for my trade and an overall great deal for my new car. Thank you guys for your hospitality and hard work! 100% recommend

Boston Foreign Motor: what do users think?
Danny Baer: These guys were great to deal with. Malad and Bobby were both very professional and personable without being salesman-like, which was refreshing. Probably my fastest car buying experience ever. And super easy to deal with on the trade-in side. Absolutely loved the ability to e-sign docs and wire money remotely instead of having to do it all right there on the spot.
Tom Macone: Little hesitant about purchasing a vehicle of this value at a smaller dealer but they quickly put my fears to rest.Real solid car, good deal & great people
Nathalie JeanPhilippe: For the first time I decided to shop around for a new car and not just walk in a specific dealership to buy one. I met Bobby in search of car shopping. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was good. He was diligent, personable and professional. Acquiring debt is never a good feeling once you’ve sign off but Bobby Shah was extremely helpful and great to deal with. I will definitely recommend him and Boston Foreign Motor as a preferred option. The experience made a difference to me.Thanks Bobby
Ali Setarehaseman: Bobby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He was able to answer my questions regarding the vehicle and got me approved for financing and the paperwork signed in less than 24 hours. The car had to be shipped to Houston and it was in my hands a week later. The car is in perfect condition, exactly as advertised, and I am very happy with my RSQ8. Excellent experience all around and will definitely do business with Boston Foreign Motor again. Thanks again for the amazing vehicle
Charlie Silver: Spent my evening driving from Rhode Island to look at a Tesla Model 3. I had an appointment with Bobby who made me wait for 30 minutes. No big deal, we all run late sometimes. While I was in, a woman who had just purchased an Audi Q7 was there just a couple hours after picking up her car because her tire pressure sensor was going off. Although they fixed it, Bobby tried to blame it on her and said "you probably just ran over a nail after picking it up" to which she responded that she had driven it only once so far. Anyways, I was very interested in the Tesla I had found online as it was exactly what I was looking for, but after visiting the dealership, it was clear that this was not a place I would ever purchase a car from. Bobby was extremely unfriendly and seemed as though he had no interest in actually selling the car. He barely said hi to me and just led me over to the car, unlocked it, and then left and went to do something else. He did not ask if I have any questions and seemed angry at me for even being there. I have never felt so disrespected by a car salesman. I am young so that may be why he was not taking me seriously, but I showed up in a Range Rover and was actually looking to purchase a new car. I do not understand why Bobby was so disrespectful and unhelpful, as he very well may have had a customer if he hadn't treated me so badly. They seem to have a response back to all of the negative reviews justifying on their end and I am looking forward to seeing what their response to this is. Absolutely horrible experience. STEER CLEAR OF BOSTON FOREIGN MOTOR.
Greg McElroy: Both gentlemen there were very helpful and informative. They wasted no time and were straight forward in assisting me. They allowed me to take my time without trying to convince me to purchase. Each test drive was enjoyable. They have a great car selection to choose from. It might even be difficult to choose. Im happy with my purchase and this will probably be my first stop for my next car.
Clas Linnman: Bough a car from these guys (Shaun) and the whole process was a pain. Car was more expensive that blue-book, and the seller had a ton of tricks to confuse me when negotiating the price.Car fax was not shown, then the registration took several weeks (I had to register the car in another state, but was told this would be a matter of days). While waiting for the car, they did not communicate what was going on, and when I finally got the car (about a month delayed) they lied about why they were so slow and blamed the DMV (records indicated that the DMV responded immediately, then papers sat on their desks for a week or more despite my repeated calls).I took the car to get serviced and inspected, only to find out that they had put cheap tires on that do not meet the inspection, so that is another 500 bucks! When I talked to the seller about these concerns, and told him I was not satisfied as he had madepromises he did not keep, he talked back to me and told me "you know you can´t always get what you want".Their business model is basically to buy lemons from California, only tell clients minimal information unless explicitly asked, and then add fees and fumble with papers as much as they can get away with.Stay away from these guys.Update: 7 years later. Car worked fine, but when I tried to sell it no dealer would take it as it has “Lemon law” on the title, so essentially no second hand value. Boston foreign motors did not explain this to me. Lesson learned.Regarding their comments below, my wife and I did buy a car from you in her name, and I am just not using my real name here as I am a professional and this is a review, not a formal complaint to your business model. The fact that you sold us a car with a lemon law title without explaining it to us (we were first time buyers and new to the US) just shows that you are not very serious about being a customer friendly business. Also, yes, tires on the car were approved, but as cheap as they come.
Michael Caffi: Milad Farahani was easy to work with and the cars were priced competitively. I opted for a newer model (Audi Q7) that had lower miles and still under warranty because it was the best price I had seen after looking for a couple of weeks in the greater Boston area. When I arrived for my appointment the car was ready to test drive and looked brand new inside and out. An hour later I had a deal, no games! Highly recommended if you’re in the market for a preowned luxury car.
Joshua Mclackle: The only 5 star these guys have is themselves making accounts. Look through all reviews throughly all these guys are is scammers. Be ware even stepping foot on these guys property before they start calling you names or making faces at you. Tried to negotiate the price on a branded title car that got sold to them for $15,000 is now listed for over $30,000 people check the car fax reports on the cars from these guys because they won’t tell you what’s wrong.
Ej Ora: “Sells 50 cars a month” kind of hard to believe when these people all have no clue what they are talking about when it comes to cars. They all have attitudes and laughed when we walked out of the building calling me rude names because I didn’t feel comfortable buying a car from these guys. Very unprofessional and should definitely have the place shut down and examined can definitely find some sketchy stuff going on there
Rizon Gfx Pretty bad: Terrible place to go rude salesperson has no knowledge and tries to sell hack job cars for full price. Very sketchy place be careful buying a car from there
David Girioni: Excellent experience. The car I purchased was exactly as I'd hoped from the online description and pictures. I travelled from Rhode Island after making an appointment with Bobby who was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. The no-haggling price online was very fair and made it easy to focus on the details of the transaction rather than worry about whether or not I was getting the best deal. Bobby was professional, responsive, and easy to deal with - I will be calling him when I'm ready for my next vehicle.
Michael Feltis: Terrible experience. My wife purchased the car after we were told it had been driven several times and how it was in "amazing shape". Well, after the purchase and on our way home, a drivers side cv shaft starting clicking about 15 minutes into the drive, and 3 lights came on. ABS, Traction control, and brake light. I pulled over, and they did come and get it, not with a wrecker or flatbed mind you, but drove it back that way. (I'm sure that was good for it) and then told me they would get right to work on it, and apologized. Things happen, I get it, bad luck on my part. But from that point on, communication was TERRIBLE. After a few days had passed, I would text, and sometimes the salesman would reply the same day, but other times not get a response until a day or two later, if at all. Well, After fixing the shaft, the garage they were at couldn't fix the lights that were on. They took it to a "specialist" at a different shop who said the transfer case was bad and would need to be replaced. We asked where the car was exactly, (I mean at this point we own it, we have a right to know I would think) and the salesman would not tell us, just what town it was in. My wife asked the salesman several times through text if it was a new, used, or rebuilt transfer case, and he avoided the question every time. Claiming he didn't know what they installed and would have to find out and let us know. First of all, how do you not know as the customer of the specialist what he's installing? They are fixing what could be a several thousand dollar issue if it's new, or a several hundred dollar part if you just put a used one in. There's no way that wouldn't have been communicated before installation. She also asked several times through text if we could get a copy of the invoice for our personal records, price did not have to be included, just a copy so we know what work was done. The salesman didn't tell us that either and there was no paperwork in the car. About three weeks into this, my wife called the dealership and wanted to speak to the owner. The person on the phone was very rude to her, insisting he had to know who she was, and what she wanted, and then ended up hanging up on her! Anyway, long story short, they had the car for over a month before we finally received it. (Purchased Dec 10th, received Jan 12th)Aside from poor communication, side stepping important questions, eating up 32 days of my 90 day warranty, and being rude on the phone to my wife when she tried calling the owner of the dealership just to figure out what was going on, We will not be purchasing ever again from Boston Foreign Motor. Also, those 3 lights that came on and the "specialist" fixed with an "I'm assuming" used transfer case. they've come back on 3 different times since we got it 2 weeks ago. But there's NO WAY I'll be bringing the car back down there!
Quentin Alexander: Bobby made the whole process easy, hassle free and he was never pushy like other dealers. He was very accessible by phone or text when I had any questions. There was no sitting in an office for long hours processing paperwork, they processed everything virtually. So far the Acura I purchased is awesome and a pleasure to ride. I am grateful that I made the decision to purchase this car, it’s just what I wanted.
Nokuthula Sibanda: I highly recommend Boston Foreign Motors! The customer service I received was impeccable. When I walked in the door I had so much anxiety, since this was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own Milad, guided me through the process making it easy for me to make the right choice. After signing the paperwork for my new vehicle I left confident and happy. Even after a delay occurred with getting my vehicle registered Boston Foreign Motors was able to reimburse me for my rental vehicle ensuring that I did not experience any inconvenience. Thank you, Boston Foreign Motors, I love my new car!
Marta Holbrook: Great please to buy a car and fantastic people to work with. I was looking for Tesla and found model 3 here that was very competitively priced. Staff was very honest and pleasure to work with. I traded my very old Acura and left with 2020 Tesla within 2.5 hours. They took care of my license plates, financing and even offer small car touch-ups. Highly recommended!!!
Wolfram von Schoen: Legit dealer with fair pricing and quality inventory. No pressure sale, great communication, and when my purchase developed a slight surprise quality issue the day after I drove home, Bobby and Milad took care of it without any fuss. I’d buy here again with confidence.
Kristine Glynn: Bought a beautiful BMW with expert help from Bobby. He was great and did all of the paperwork. It was so easy and LOVE the car!
Moe Om: Don’t trust this dealership or these guys and also don’t trust any CLEAN CARFAX REPORT they show u. make sure u check any car u like with professional body guy and professional mechanic.
Dean Meyer: My wife and I decided we wanted to find a Porsche Cayman, specifically Guards Red with either black or beige interior and with lower mileage. After searching on line, Boston Foreign Motor had exactly what we were looking for. We called and talked with Bobby and put a deposit on the Porsche. We did a partial finance on the Porsche and Bobby was both patient and extremely helpful going through this process. We wired Bobby the additional cash we were putting down and sent the check for the loan FedEx next day. Bobby facilitated an automotive hauler to deliver the Porsche to our house 800 plus miles away. We paid the driver cash upon delivery and now our beautiful red Porsche is now at home in our garage.Don't hesitate finding your dream vehicle at Boston Foreign Motor. Working with Bobby will make it a simple and memorable experience! Oh, and our dream Porsche was exactly the way Bobby described it to be, very clean and in excellent condition!
Jason Lacroix: Fantastic experience working with Bobby and felt no pressure. Was a very smooth transition out of a lease and into a BMW X5

Porsche Burlington: what do users think?
Martin Zieff: The team is amazing from the GM Mikail, Joe my salesperson, Jason the sales manager and Steve the head of service. I'm now going on my 4th car from them and every transaction has been a pleasure. They go way out of their way to make you feel part of their family. In fact I in bonehead manner drained a battery in a remote place and Joe took it upon himself to drive an hour each way to get me out of a pickle. I would have been up the creek without him. A satisfied customer would be an understatement. They aren't a car dealership but much more.
Kelly Jackson: Joe and Maurice are phenomenal - stellar customer service during my new car purchase!
S Reed: Purchased my custom Cayenne build from Porsche Burlington even though I live in NH with closer dealerships. While their pricing was on par with other dealerships I talked too, their down payment policy to secure the order was significantly less that everyone else. Much less cash out of my account while waiting the three months for delivery. Joe L. (Porsche Brand Ambassador) was responsive and very thorough in going over the car when I took delivery. The staff was very helpful in working around Massachusetts' car buying rules and with my schedule to register it in NH and pick it up at a more convenient time.I would recommend Porsche Burlington.
Arjun Mathur: Very happy with my experience so far at this dealership. Joe has been professional, accommodating, and overall very helpful to work with. All my questions and inquiries were answered straightforward and promptly, and I would be happy to work with him on another purchase in the future.
Adam Anderson: I just bought a car from HC Porsche Burlington. I worked with David Corbin. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsible, and overall was great to work with. The rest of the team including Maurice was great as well. Highly recommend these guys.
Krystal Reale: I came in knowing the car I wanted to purchase and Matt was very helpful. I was able to coordinate a time to test drive the vehicle through email with the dealership, spent an hour starting the buying process, came back a couple days later within the hour drove off the lot. I spent 2 hours in the dealership TOPS and drove out in my dream car! Communication has been great and effortless. I absolutely recommend working with Matt and this dealership all together!
PJ S: Matt at parts department is polite, professional and responsive.
Mark G: Kudos to Joseph L, Haider, and the entire team at Porsche Burlington. Joseph did s super job of listening to what we were looking for and advising us on a few minor adjustments to our spec. He gave us a great tip that ended up helping us get our dream car. Haider walked us through the purchase process and patiently explained all the important details. We are very happy with our purchase and with the support from Porsche Burlington.
Chris Cintron: Big shoutout to Josh and Maurice! They were courteous, personable, and treated us like family. They are a all around solid establishment. My wife and I are happy with our vehicle.
Matthew: Josh M. Is the man!
Jayla Kimball: Josh M was amazing!! Super helpful and a total comedian!
I Y: Manager at service department was extremely helpful. Thank you. I would stay away from Westwood and service car here instead.
Beau Saad: Nothing but good things to say. I found the car I wanted online. Called the dealer and talked to JOE. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Gave me a rough idea on the trade number for my car. I decided it was close enough to make the trip out. Upon arrival everyone at the dealer was friendly and approachable. Loved the new car. HAIDER the used car manager helped me work out the numbers that worked for both of us. I then met MAURICE the business manager. He helped me complete the documents and transaction. I will certainly refer friend and family to Porsche Burlington! Thanks again guys!
Ray Wiley: My fiancée and I leased two Porsche Macans through Porsche of Burlington and our experience was beyond outstanding. These vehicles are the 2nd and 3rd cars that we have leased through this dealership and the process could not have been smoother. I would like to give special kudos to the salesman with whom we worked --- Joe Lozada --- he is extremely knowledgeable insofar as the total workings of every vehicle that we looked at and was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. Maurice (Business Manager) & Jason (Sales Manager) were also delightful to partner with, as well. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a Porsche.
AM Gio: I’m not one to write reviews but in this instance I feel I need to. I just picked up my 2023 Porsche Macan last week and and i have to say the salesman Joe Lozada and the finance manager Maurice Nobles made my third Macan Porsche painless and so easy. I would highly recommend Porsche Burlington.Joe was super knowledgeable and patient. He went through all the new features on the 2023 Macan. My previous 2 Porsches were purchased at Porsche in Westwood. Very long stressful buying purchases. It’s my pleasure to write review. Thank you all for an easy stress free buying experience !
Pasquale Auto body: Purchasing my Porsche was extremely easy. Joseph Lazada was very knowledgeable. He called me with any updates. He didn’t leave me in the dark of everything extremely professional would buy another car again. From Joe.
Richard Carfagno: Excellent experience with this dealership salesman John Fontaine was great sales manager went above and beyond for me when I had an issue with the car that had nothing to do with them he still took care of it I will definitely look at them first for my next purchase much appreciated
JW Wu: Nice dealer and very good services.
Rebecca Zirman: I just bought a car from Porsche Burlington even though I live in new Jersey. I bought from there and had the car delivered to New Jersey based on a referral that their service was excellent. And I was not disappointed! I visited the dealership only once and everything from then on was handled virtually until the car was delivered to me. The professionalism and care shown by Jason, the sales manager, to Joe D. our salesperson and primary contact throughout the process and Michael who drove the car down to New Jersey and helped us through the registration process at the DMV and attached the license plates before turning over the car was consistently superb. When I was told something was going to be done, it was done. All my questions were answered timely. It's a difficult time to buy a car given what the market is for used cars, but I felt that I got a fair price. And I did shop around before I settled on purchasing from Porsche Burlington. In the end, I would buy again from Porsche Burlington because of people like Joe D. who make the process transparent, and conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and Jason who was straight with us on pricing. What more could you want from your dealership?
Stephen Travers: I recently purchased a Porsche Macan from Porsche Burlington. Joe L., the sales associate made everything work seamlessly. He spent a great deal of time going over the features of the car with me, which was greatly appreciated. He was gracious enough to provide me with his cell number, which I felt was very thoughtful and helpful. All in all, a first class experience.
Niket Anjaria: Excellent experience working with Mikail and his team. After a long wait for an allocation and transport, they provided a fast & easy delivery experience and took care of everything along the way. Very glad to be in my new car, and thanks to David, Jason and Hader for all the assistance and support!
