Later, we returned to purchase retaining grade bricks.We were immediately greeted and assisted in all purchases. Their prices are very fair and supplies are all high quality.The delivery was scheduled at the time we were quoted for arrival time and service from everyone in this company was exceptional. I can’t say enough positives especially since this was a project I lacked experience in and was so easy. He brought us to Linden-Malden Masonry & Landscape Supply to see the extraordinary and exceptional difference in the quality of their products.The crew at Linden-Supply was so helpful, full of energy and humor as they led us 'down the path' to the best quality, best prices and best service. The prices beat out anything the big box stores had, but better yet beat out any comparable product we could find. If you have your own contractor great, but just ask them to check this place out for their supplies. But please if you go, don't go at 7:45 AM because they will keep you in such a great mood with their "dirty" stone jokes and laughter that you might just be in a good mood all day! Thanks again GUYS! Keep our Teddy smiling because he starts our job March 16th, 6 weeks to the day that groundhog saw it's shadow, but that shadow didn't make it to the Boston area! He also did repairs to her chimney, foundation, and made the coolest and legal stone fire pit/chillin area, and repaired the stone wall last year, with supplies from...where else, the Brickyard in Malden ,but this time he met us there, ps they speak multiple languages, but cash always works best! now if I could only live as long as these walls:).

Arthur Speridakos: I’ve been trying to design a patio and in doing that I have been calling and visiting stone yards and nurseries alike. But they are not all alike. I’m not a contractor, just a homeowner trying to get educated in pavers and stone patios and hopefully save some money and I have to say Linden Malden was my favorite stop on the list. I was looking for a Belgard paver and after a google search sent me in their direction I got Steve on the other end of the phone and he treated me like I was their number one customer. Not to put the other places down, I just feel Linden Malden and especially Steve stood out more than others. They were very knowledgeable in regards to the product of pavers they carried and the differences between them and natural stone and they had just the right amount of selection that didn’t make it overwhelming. They didn’t carry the specific paver on site but offered to take my info and make a few calls and track it down. Steve called me back soon after and explained the time frame and ease to which he could get them to me. With out boring you w the rest, what I really want to point out is how well they treated me even knowing I was an annoying homeowner. A lot of places just don’t have the time to cater to the casual walk in homeowner w little or no knowledge about the subject. I get it I would be focusing on my daily contractors as well. But not at Linden Malden and thought it was worth the time to leave a review. Also cool tip, if you spend over a certain limit I believe there is no delivery charge just a fuel surcharge which was really well priced and it allowed me to take one less thing of my contractors checklist sending him to go get product. Other places charged A LOT more. I asked for a few samples to take home to the wife. Steve offered w out hesitation even not knowing if I would come back to purchase. They’ve also been there forever I remember my dad taking me there as a kid and he always had a way of finding great spots who knew. I will update the review after I’ve received the pavers but felt they deserved a little recognition for being super cool to a newbie unknown. I mean the paver I was looking for is almost literally the same price every stop I made so why not give it to the place that makes you smile. But hey they saved me money too. Worth a phone call

Gabe F: I have never had to deal with such a horrible company before, the staff are nice enough, but that is not where their issues arise: It's the owner.I will list all the problems that I have had with Wilmington Masonry in a short amount of time:- They overcharged me for product- Damaged my truck when picking up sand and dust- Charged me twice the set fee for delivery- Then proceeded to deliver the wrong stone, but charged me for the right one- They charge you $25 if your stone comes with a pallet, claiming that its some special kind of pallet. It's not. Its wood and recycled, and no one else charges for pallets when you're already paying a thousand dollars for stone- They don't know the name of their own products, and it was not until I looked on my receipt that I was able to know the name of the stone I bought- The owner told me I owed them money for stone, and when I asked him why, he gave same bull answer. But, I told him I did not, as it was all paid for. Then when the owner said he was going to get the receipt to show that I owed money, turns out I didn't, and he was wrong. Yet, somehow it was still my fault?- Took them 35 minutes to help me when I was there- He will tell you to call the office, then when you do no one is there. They just don't want to deal with you.- The guy that runs the place is extremely rude and arrogant, and if you ask him a question about the products he sells, he will respond with "I don't know everything" and then brush you off and walk away or he will just ignore you all together- They have to "special order" everything, have very little in stock (Do yourself a favor, and go to Georgetown Building Supply, everything that Wilmington masonry had to order, and wait a week for, Georgetown had in stock and ready for pickup that second)You would think that the list stops there, but it doesn't. I refuse to dedicate this much time to this company again, and the only reason I leave this review now is so other people do not have to go through what they put me through. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I cannot. Best of luck if you decide to deal with Wilmington Masonry, you're gonna need it.

They are only tough on returns , so be carful to get exactly what you need. I strongly recommend them for any job you have, small or big.

I actually needed three more blocks to finish the wall and they told me they couldn't sell me (3) I had to buy (8) in order to get the (3). They may have a good reason for that, but as far as I'm concerned it doesn't make sense for any customer to do business there with that policy. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that comes up a little short sometimes on ordering block.

But apparently it was just too much to ask for the big guy at the desk, who was very agitated by my question. No clue why.

Issac Stickley: I have purchased cut granite stones and blocks as well as bulk "blasted ledge". Happy with the prices and quality of everything I have purchased - The problem is having to deal with the staff. Every single person who answers the phone or who you visit in person at the desk makes you feel like you are a nuisance to them. Each time I need to call and order, I dread dealing with who is going to pick up the phone.

The person whom I worked with was patient in helping me decide on what to pick for stair slabs and the slabs were ready for pick up in 10 days. I decided to come back to martignetti's to order some pavers due to my previous experience. This time.. it wasn't so pleasant. The person whom I worked with this time was rude and it took over twice as long as the quoted time frame. Due to my most recent experience, I will not be back.
