Magic Beans - Cambridge: what do users think?
Daphne Lehman: Mia is so helpful! She answered every little question we had about strollers and I appreciated her sense of humor. I learned more in our hour long consultation than I did during weeks of online research.
Amir H Souri: I drove 40 minutes to look at strollers in person with my wife. I was rudely told that we could not look at strollers by ourselves which is the whole point of going to a physical store. I do not need a store employee to tell me what's best for my family. They insisted that weekends were their busiest time when literally no one else was there. If you can't look at a stroller without an appointment then there should be a sign. We were actually going to buy a stroller but clearly changed our minds.P.S. You won't see this type of sketchy hidden cost at a car dealer where you can actually ride a car without paying a consultation fee.
Jonna Sullivan: Had a 1 hour consultation with Mia at the Cambridge store and it was honestly like chatting with a friend I haven’t seen in awhile. She was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel good about my decision on what convertible car seat I purchased for my 9 month old.Thank you Mia and Magic Beans!
Stephanie Christopher: I attempted to shop in store to pick out a new carriage today. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying closed for inventory. I visited your Google listing, Facebook and Instagram pages prior to traveling to your store. None of which stated you’d be closed today. Since I visited the store and let an employee know your Google listing did not reflect todays closure it has since been updated. In the future I suggest you use your social media platforms to announce store closures and double check your Google listing hours to avoid potential customers making wasted trips to your locations.
Alvina Khair: I live nearby in Cambridge and went to the store to buy couple of toys. I showed interest to strollers and seller was super nice to answer all my questions even if I didn’t reserve any consultation. Very nice store! Thank you.
Sunita Iyer: Consistent and almost duplicative of many other recent reviews - I had an absolutely horrible experience here. Went in on a Wednesday morning ( obviously pretty off peak if I must say myself ) was met by a rude sales person . I was asked not to touch the stroller ( even though she was doing a remote appointment and showing car seats at the moment ) . I was kind of confused shocked and embarrassed all at the same time. There was no one else working in the store to even help me if I wanted to make a purchase ( which I did) if you’re going to be elitist about your policy just go ahead and lock your store and put up a sign that says appointments only - come back at XX’I provided my immediate feedback via their customer service link , received a pretty quick reply from the owner inquiring to know more and have yet to hear back. I just can’t wait to see how they’re going to defend the one . Let’s be real when all your 1 star reviews have occurred in the past few months and a common story is emerging - you have to own up to yourself as a business that maybe you’re doing something wrong . I had such pleasant experiences with MB in the past - not sure what’s happened to them recently
Tayna Silveira-Brito: When I was shopping for a car seat and a stroller, I went to Magic Beans in Cambridge MA to talk to a specialist. We decided to purchased the Nuna Demi Grow stroller. The specialist was great. He took the time to explain to us how everything worked and all of our options. When it came to decide on the car seat, I asked the specialist (Tom) which one was the safest car seat. Tom told me it was the Cybex atom. Even though I didn’t like how it looked and it didn’t seem as comfortable as the other options, we decided to go with safety instead of the look. First of all, Within 2 month of usage, the cover part ripped. There are many little holes. But the worst out of it all was the safety aspect. The car seat always seemed a little wobbly. We reinstalled and even went to the store to help us to install it the proper way. It did not change anything. Until one day, my baby was only 3 months and 9lbs, I was driving in the city and the car seat unplugged out of the base, and it came off. My baby almost died!!! I had to drive holding the car seat until I could stop my car. It was the WORST experience of my life. We then got the nuna and it was never wobbly neither fell off. IT IS NOT A SAFE PRODUCT!!!! I called to tell our experience and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it and that I should contact Cybex. So I’m a little upset that they didn’t even bother to try to help. Even though they were the ones who recommended this awful car seat.
Suzanne Albino: I am a first time parent so I was not familiar with Magic Beans until I started researching strollers and I am so glad I stumbled upon their YouTube reviews of strollers as well. We learned about the Drool Baby Expo which I believe is sponsored by Magic Beans and we had such a great time! I recommend that any new parent attend the next Expo since it is a great opportunity for discounts, raffles and it was a such a fun time while you are pregnant (mocktails and appetizers!). We purchased a stroller at the Drool Expo and were very excited to receive it a few months later since it was a new release but unfortunately the company had to extend the release date. I went into Magic Beans in person and I worked with Mia who was so understanding, pleasant and helpful! I connected with Tom as well and Magic Beans treated us beyond what we could have expected in customer service. They assisted us in choosing another stroller and we had the stroller delivered to our home within 24 hours of when it shipped! It has been a wonderful experience and we are super grateful to Magic Beans, Mia and Tom for their time and attention to their customers. Thank you Magic Beans!
Ashita Goswami: We didn't that we needed an appointment, which is fine the associate at Cambridge on Sunday afternoon 21st August could have been a little polite in communicating that!
Bonnie Lipton: Magic Beans is just wonderful! We booked a consultation with Mia (she's the best) who was extremely helpful in assisting us in purchasing a stroller and car seat. They even let us take different car seats to our car to see how they fit and how much room they would take up. This, along with the personalized recommendations based on our priorities and lifestyle is why we go to Magic Beans!
Nicole Martins: Really disappointed with our experience today. Went in to look at a variety of things, one being strollers. I had no idea about this appointment business as it’s been ages since I’ve purchased a stroller with them. The associate rudely told us if we wanted to “do all of this” (put my daughter in the stroller to try it out) that we had to book an appointment and then apologized to the couple that had an appointment with them, as if we even knew we were inconveniencing anyone… Super embarrassing.Listen, I want to support your small business. But you’ve got to be kind and respectful to your customers. We’re coming out of a pandemic and I had no idea about rules, no need to be rude and embarrass us.MY REPLY TO THE OWNER:First.. it wasn’t a female that helped us today, it was a male. Who are you to tell me this person was not rude? Clearly, he was for me to come here and leave this review. Clearly there is a pattern here, I am not the first person to leave a review like this.Second.. I went in with my toddler and honestly, I’m not looking closely at your store front as I’m focused on getting my kid into the store. I also have not been on your website. There will be more customers like me. We are busy raising kids.Blaming customers for not seeing signage and telling us that we did not deal with rude employees… yikes.
Katie Campbell: The staff at magic beans is so knowledgeable. Our consultation was great, we got to see how a couple of booster seat options would work in our car, which really helped us make a decision
Jamie Schaffer: Mia and Tom have both helped us with baby gear consults and have been a great resource. We've never felt like we're being pushed to a more expensive option. Instead, they always have seemed to listen to our needs and help us find a product that best fits. Even when we don't need a consultation, this store has a wife variety of options and a great rewards program and is one of our go to baby gear stores.
Jayson Bowers: Tom did an awesome job presenting the options for a stroller and car seat. He helped us avoid some potential pitfalls. Highly recommended.
Garrett Bernstein: Tl;dr: The 1-star reviews are irrational and unfair to how small businesses need to operate to stay afloat. We had a great experience properly using the consultation system and learned so much more about products and our preferences than we would have online or at a big box store.I understand the confusion the 1-star reviewers have with the gear policies and signage/messaging (the owner, Eli, told me via email he's already working on updating it all to make it much clearer). I had some of the same confusion when I first walked into the store. But it's pretty clear from reading those 1-star reviews that they're all psycho shoppers who expect to be waited on hand and foot and don't have any reasonable expectations about the give and take between store and customer. And reading all of Eli's responses to the 1-star reviews makes it pretty clear he's someone who cares about offering a quality and respectful experience for his customers while at the same time making sure his small business actually stays in business and can continue to offer much more intimate and helpful experiences to shoppers that they couldn't possibly get at Amazon/BuyBuyBaby. If you want to shop at those places, no problem there, I'll be buying some of my stuff there too, but don't expect to walk into a small business and take up an hour of a knowledgable staff's time so you can get a hands on trial of every single product only to walk away and leave the business without any compensation.Anyways, enough ranting about entitled and disrespectful shoppers, I've had an amazing experience so far at Magic Beans even though I walked into the shop and couldn't initially play with the strollers like I had expected to. Mia(?) had a consultation appointment in a few minutes she was prepping for but still kindly took the time to answer a few of our questions about different options and tell us how the consultations worked. We happened to be out in Wellesley later that day and popped into the Magic Beans there and were able to sign up for the free 10 minute consultation with Tom, who spent more than 10 minutes actually showing us the the features and folding etc. of specific models we were curious about. That was enough for us to decide those models were definitely a viable option for us on top of a few ones we had tried elsewhere, so we signed up for the full hour consultation later in the week. The $50 deposit wasn't an issue because it's a DEPOSIT. I'm having a baby soon, it's not like I'm not going to be able spend $50 at a fully stocked baby store. The consultation itself was awesome. Tom first answered in-depth our high-level questions about what types of strollers would be right for us. Then he brought out each of the different mid-/full-size pairs for the different brands that were on our shortlist so we could hands-on compare features and folds. He had us wheel the strollers around the block and over some grass patches and bumps to get a feel for the ride, all with a weighted dummy baby strapped it. And he even let us try putting the strollers in our trunk, which was super helpful for realizing we much preferred one type of stroller fold to another. We spent our entire hour deep-diving into strollers, but he let us stay a bit longer to give us a car seat overview so we would know the lay of the land. I would be very willing to go back and do another full hour consultation on car seats, carriers, etc.Wow ok I think this is my longest review of my entire life. That should tell you how strongly I feel the 1-star reviews are completely unfair and out of touch with reality, and how awesome an experience and service this store and its staff provide to its customers.
Cristina Tunon: Magic Beans is truly worth it's weight in gold. Not only do you get the one-on-one service when you book a full baby gear demo appointment, but you can actually take strollers out for a test run outside of the store. Any stroller can feel great indoors on a even flat surface, but actually feeling how they drive on the sidewalk and street was a game changer.Tom was amazing and spent more time with us than he needed to. He never made us feel like we were taking too long or asking too many questions. Thank you, Tom!Go to Magic Beans! You'll feel so relieved when you're done because information is power, and you will get a lot of information. After your visit you get a follow-up email with links and details to everything you viewed at the store. After having that type of customer service experience, you'll probably never want to shop at a big box store again. I know I don't lol.
Stacy Scofield: We are a single-vehicle household, and it's a small vehicle at that, so when it came time to buy our baby a convertible car seat we were anxious about finding one that would fit properly. We scheduled a car seat consultation with Tom C. and he was super helpful, bringing the floor model of each seat we were considering out to our vehicle, and not just placing it in but fully strapping it in properly to ensure it was exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands, options, and features, and helped us find one that seems like a great fit. Would definitely recommend going this route to feel confident that your car seat purchase is exactly what you're looking for.
Edwin Eigenbrodt: We made an appointment for a consultation and listed our biggest wants for a stroller in the form. Mia at Magic Beans did a fantastic job of listening to our wants and walking me through the options and their pros and cons. She answered all my questions and helped me get through the ordering process. Everyone I interacted with at Magic Beans was great and the ordering process was smooth and quick. They did a full check on the availability of the items for me, checked for promotions, and got me a lower price than Amazon. I like to support local stores instead of Amazon when possible, but working with Magic Beans surpassed my expectations and added a lot of value to my stroller shopping experience. Thanks Mia!
Max Glick: I should probably start this by saying that buying a stroller should not be harder than buying a car. I also attempted to leave this review on their website and when the page refreshed, the review was deleted. I thought it would be most useful to leave the review there, but after it was promptly deleted, I moved it here.We went to their Cambridge location planning to order a stroller and maybe also a crib depending on our experience. When we arrived, we were told that without an appointment, could to even touch the strollers and would have to leave in 10 minutes when an appointment came in. When we asked it we could make a future appointment while we were in store, the store associate dismissively told us that we could only book an appointment through their website (or by scanning the QR code out front). We scanned the code and then found out an appointment costs $20 for 15 minutes (you do get a $20 gift certificate at the end of the appointment). While the gift card is nice, no one should have to pay a premium to just be acknowledged as a potential customer. We plan to take our business elsewhere and have been encouraging our friends and family to also find different local businesses to support for their baby needs. On their website, it is noted their reviews are managed by Yotpo, a seemingly popular review/marketing service. A quick Google Search reveals that Yotpo is known for stacking websites with fake, or at least only highly preferential reviews.
Sakshi Aggarwal: We went to the Cambridge magic beans store to look at strollers in person. We decided that we didn’t need help and wanted to just look at the stroller OURSELVES without bothering anyone. It was a Sunday, we barely spent 5 mins there and were told that we needed an appointment if we had questions. We said we’re just looking and didn’t need help. THEN the lady told us that she needed the gear area for her next appointment so we need to leave. They like to have that area reserved for appointments only.We came back the following week. We booked an appointment on the spot. During our consultation, there were 2 ladies lurking around in the gear area and benefitting from our consultation for free. It was shocking to see that we were rudely asked to leave when we wanted to merely check out the strollers ourselves , but it was okay for other people to hang around and have a ‘group’ consultation that we paid for.Now here’s where our painful ordeal begins. We came back 2 days after the consultation and placed an order for a stroller travel system. Two days after placing the order, we got an email from magic beans saying that the stroller isn’t available so we should feel free to cancel our order. We called them and Tom told us that he would talk to the buying company and get back to us in 30 mins. An hour goes by with no word from him. In the meantime we’re panicking since everything is on back order due to covid. We were able to find our travel system online with another retailer. So we called back and Tom asked us to call the next morning. We called the next morning and he said we should call back in 30 mins. We called back in 1.5 hrs, multiple times, and no one answered. We tried again later and no one answered. They called us back and left us a voicemail saying that the stroller is definitely out of stock with no guarantee of being back. So we called the store back and again, no one answered despite us calling several times. It’s almost like they blocked our number. After several attempts, we left them a voicemail that we wanted to cancel our order. We eventually got a call back from Andrea at magic beans and after a lot of back and forth, and us telling them multiple times that we wanted to cancel the ENTIRE order, they finally confirmed that the entire order will be cancelled and we’ll receive an email ‘soon’.The day ends with no confirmation from them. We still didn’t get a confirmation the next day so we called their Cambridge store multiple times and, as usual, no one answered. It was almost like they didn’t want to give us our money back. We found another number online for what seemed like a customer service center and someone finally answered. The lady on the phone, was extremely rude and told us they never promised to cancel the entire order!!!! The car seat was apparently shipped and only the stroller was cancelled despite them promising us that they had cancelled the entire order! We had to convince her to refund our money to which she said that we should ship her the stroller back once we receive it and only then will she refund the money. So we told her that our order is being shipped to the store! Did she even look at the order details or did she want to simply harass us? THAT’S when she went into our order and realized that she spent 20 mins putting us through hell for nothing and finally agreed to refund our money. This whole thing is very shady. They find ways to take your money like forcing people to spend $50 and set up appointments, however, they don’t really care about their customers. They ruined what was supposed to be a very happy and exciting time for us. If their excuse for forcing people to pay for appointments is that people end up shopping elsewhere after talking to their staff, then they really need to look into why they’re losing business despite their staff being as ‘awesome’ as they say. Their treatment of customers who need to cancel orders is ridiculous. Be prepared to have to beg to get your money back if something goes wrong with your order.
Heidi Lavigne: What a scam. No sign indicating at the entrance that it’s by appointment only, just a tiny 8X11 paper with a QR code and small font. When we started touching the Bob stroller I had been eyeing the store clerk very rudely came out of nowhere and said “Um excuse me, can I help you?” (Imagine so much condescension in her voice.) the interaction was extremely uncomfortable from that point and I was so turned off we just left with no intent to return to this store. Side note : there were 2 other couples in the store, not at all crowded. Also a “consult” costs $$ to just look at merchandise. Basically this store charges a cover fee. That seems pretty sketchy to me. I felt zero warmth and honestly the interaction was just upsetting and I will not recommend this store to my friends. Just wow. Please work on customer service bc if she had just politely explained the situation to me I would have been more than happy to oblige. Very disappointed in my first baby shopping experience.Edit to reply below: We did not ask for assistance. No one was looking at the stroller I touched. We were told “not to touch” and with a rude tone (and yes that’s exactly what happened). There was no explanation that we could come on a weekday. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable. If she had politely explained your store’s (strange and elitist) policy of appointment only I wouldn’t have felt like I was being insulted for browsing what I thought was a store open to the public. Obviously we didn’t notice the small sign. Also, the way you replied to my honest review of my experience in your store that is also consistent with the experience with others makes me wonder- do you think I’m lying? Do you think I relish in leaving a local Boston company a poor review? I always shop local when possible, so I think it’s pretty rude of you to say that I didn’t seem like I was going to buy anything. Are you joking? You weren’t there and don’t know me or my husband. I went out of my way to leave a review so others wouldn’t be made to feel so embarrassed when looking at baby gear. Your response is as disappointing as my interaction was in your store.

Target: what do users think?
Bailey Waldorf: This Target is always a challenge, but it's generally a good store. It's limited in staff and space. It doesn't carry many of the items larger Target stores have in stock. I've often come in for something specific (like ice cream or kombucha) that this location does carry, but find the shelf is empty. It helps to use you Target app to see if they carry an item you're looking for and if it's currently in stock.
街歩幾多郎: セントラルスクエアにある、雑貨と生鮮食品のスーパーです。だいたいのものが買えるのと、24時間開いているので何か足りないときは便利です。向かいのH-martと比較してお買い物をするのがお勧めです。
britney connors: I am 67 years old and this store made me wish I was in my grave already. I came into this store in search of a gift for my mother because she is on her death bed but her birthday is coming up soon. When I was looking in the makeup section on the second floor, I noticed an employee staring at me for a while. I went into a different isle and this employee followed me. You won’t believe what she said to me!! She told me I need to wear more makeup to cover my wrinkles!! THIS WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND OUTRAGEOUS!!! I CANNOT believe Target allows people like this to work for them. I HOPE YOU HANDLE THIS!!!
Max: Clean store, professional staff. It is relatively small compared to many Target locations though, so you'll find a little bit of everything but not a lot of variety.
P H: Store is extremely clean and organized and very professional staff.excellent location and easy to get to by public transportation.
Eric Song: Small target than usual.
Jordan Mosley: Store is conveniently located. Out of stock of a lot of things a lot of the time. Bad customer/guest service. Cashier Ken threw my item at me at checkout, when asked if this was how he gave all his customers their items back after ringing them in he said “no its just been a long day.” Offered no apology or anything after. All in all, one stop shop for essentials but they may not have it and you will almost definitely not get decent customer/guest service.
Miriam Ross: Adequate food selection, good candle scents. Fast self checkout. No Christmas music in November, thank God.
Mary Kate Phillips: This store is a joke! People block you so you can’t use self check out. Then a very unpleasant lady hit me with her paper towels. She called me a dumb white person. It was very disrespectful!
Min: It’s always nice. The workers are all nice. Sometimes there are some stuffs that are out of stock but I had a great experience today. I left my laptop at the cashier and the guy kept it for me. It freaked me out leaving my almost everything. But, thanks to the worker I got my laptop back.
RoadTrip NewEngland: Good selection for an in-city Target, they have some grocery and then a little bit of everything you might need. Very handy if you live in Central Square or are a few stops away on the Red Line. Pretty much dead center between Harvard and MIT. There’s not a ton of parking in Central Square though if you are thinking about driving.
Ashley Landreneau: A mediocre CVS. Doesn’t deserve to be called Target. Always out of stock. Truly makes me want to unalive myself.
Angie Polakowski: This target is a city target with two floors with stairs, so be aware of this when coming. The food items are on the main floor and electronics, home, etc all downstairs. The annoying part is there is no easy way to use a cart in the store because of the two floor situation. The workers were all nice and I do appreciate the security personnel by the door. However this target was SUPER under stocked on so many things and part of their cooler section wasn’t even being used. I pretty much got the last one of every item I bought. It’s okay but obviously much better big box stores exist.
KS: No schweppes🤡
Marita Aqueveque: The worst, unstocked, messy Target store ever. Disappointed!to say the least.
arthur dias: Lot's to shop for. high ceilings lots of room makes it easier to breed look things hand to eye and they have lots essential things to shop for good store. Parking no problem
Matthew Turner: Always out of stock. Worst managed store I’ve been to in my life. Can never keep inventory
Leah G.: Very small store despite the 2 floors, lots of empty shelves, nothing is ever available. Layout is extremely unintuitive and they often do not have products you would expect them to have. I shop here out of convenience only and often have to leave without the items I came for.
Tyler Motes: I’m not a fan of the remodel. The layout made less room and now has less products in an arrangement that makes no sense. The staff act like you’re in their way if you happen to be going down an isle they’re coming up on. With the exception of a few employees who actually are really amazing this store has gone way downhill over the last 2yrs.
Cornell Bentley: Every time I walk into this store, they treat me like I am a theft but I have never stolen anything from the store or even plan too ... considering not shopping with this company anymore, I've already cut CVS off due to there lack of empathy towards their employees. Over 20 staff members have caught Covid & I think one died but nobody cares
Juan Pablo P. D.: Matthew had this weekend a very good idea with my package of 24 bottles of water. He helped so much to me with that. Thank you.And he was the perfect customer Care service. He will go far with that nice actittude in his life. 10

T.J. Maxx: what do users think?
AR Mattoo: Near to my home in Arlington MA.Visit this store at least once in a week since 2014.Make 80 per cent purchases of clothing and home goods from this store.Have a great impression of this store and staff. Most recently on01/19/2023 visited this store and purchased a Bulova wrist watch at $149.99 plus taxes.Always found their stock upto satisfaction and am very much impressed.
julian schulz: This is always a well run & organized store, but i was even more impressed with the friendly woman, helping me today with a return.I missed her name, but i believe she said she was from the Slovak Republic. Her customer service skills were exceptional. She really went above and beyond, and made my experience in the store extremely positive.
Raymond Ng: Expectations of a boston tjmaxx were low but man did it not stand apart from any other dive bar bathroom. The store was incredibly clean and brand new but definitely didn't expect the restrooms to be in such disarray. Toilet brush literally sitting on the bare floor next to the toilet . Haha step your game up. This is boston come on now. The smell reminds you of a summer camp restroom and this could be easily taken care if. It's a tjmaxx you got everything to make the whole store feel like home.
Joseph Chow: The public restrooms are inside the store. No unpaid merchandise in 🚻.
Sara Mencia: A small store compared to other ones. Shopping experience was okay. Some empty spots in some shelves but overall organized.I found some good deals on the home department, however, the selection didn’t inspired me to come back.Good cash out experience.
Ameera abu-alsaoud: Great deals
Silvia E.: Excelentes precios
Bláithin Donovan: Basic department store.
Lynden Douglas: Good selections
anna gough: A smaller location inside of Cambridge Side Mall. No sales staff approached us to offer help but this seems the norm for some retail establishments in this area. Inventory is tightly packed but was able to locate items after a good thorough search. Cashiers were friendly and check out went quickly. Prefer the larger locations.
Mohan krishna Goyal: Standard lay out and offerings. Some time you get good deals.
Ocuville Eye Center: Cool
Melany Ruiz: Buenos precios buenas cosas accesibles
Mister Burton: Amazing experience from start to finish. This location offers an array of items. Great place to shop for clothes, jewelery, accessories, and household items. The quality of the merchandise is good and the prices are even better. Be sure to save some shopping for the checkout aisle, there are some great options there as well.
Khalid Ammour: Top
Sophia Wells: Always a great 👍 place to shop with excellent deals from 💄 makeup to clothes and shoes also accessories! Great prices that help fit your budget Everytime you shopping 🛍️ with many eating locations in the same mall!
faisal alaseeri: ❤️
Steve Mathieu: Shirts galore!
Mustapha Chakar: This tjmax is in the galleria mall in Cambridge.but they don't carry watches
Rocephin W: The store is so much smaller than other TJ Max. There are some badly damaged products there still being sold high a higher price. The cashier looks like she hates her life. Didn’t even look at us during the interaction. Not the most friendly place at the mall.
Jesus Flores: Me encanta el lugar tiene personal. Amable y limpio el lugar lo atienden rapido

RoadTrip NewEngland: Get the Maxx for the minimum…. (at TJ Maxx). Good sized store at Alewife Brook Parkway in the Fresh Pond Mall (outbound side). Target: what do users think?
Jessica: I had a good experience. But I think this target should have more options as well as more variety of stuff and things. But it is a pretty good store
Robin Beaulieu: Came out of the iconic Porter Sq. Red line 'T' stop & headed for the Target located to its right-across the street. Three of the sales associates i interacted w/ were very helpful in giving assistance to my questions. Over all the store is well maintained & have a fair selection of merchandise (but no bird seed, which is what I went in to look for, & the ladies rest room has no way of drying ones hands). Otherwise I would return to shop here again.
Chloe Craig: I gave up on grocery shopping here because I consistently was throwing away moldy/spoiled food, often months before the expiration date. I've seen moldy food sitting on the shelves before and at least half their frozen section has clearly thawed and refrozen. It's ultimately cheaper to go to the Star market because I don't have to throw away 20% of every grocery trip.
Jaye Aster Broder: Better target than Central Square. Staff is pretty helpful. There is a larger grocery sections and household tools sections than other small Targets. It’s located next to the Porter Square T stop.
Carla Antoni: É uma loja boa, há algumas opções que valem a pena na promoção. No geral a parte de cima onde está o mercado é boa também, mas um pouquinho mais cara que os outros mercados da região.
Emma Nagy: No one works here. Lost out on a 72 dollar purchase because I couldn’t find anyone to help me even though the store was definitely not busy.
Koko Lai: 東西很少
VSW Podcast: Not my favorite target.... Is small and has a very poor toy selection... with that being said they have good customer service as an employee hunted down a figure in the backroom inventory that wasn't on shelves. yes us toy collectors frequent all the targets!!!
Michael 'Misha' Rashkovetskyi: Good prices, nice return policy. But tends to run out of some products and it takes long to be refilled
Zoe M: I only purchased 5 items but i came home to find that only 4 were in the bag, will definitely use self check out next time.
Paris Bishop: Alice goes beyond expectations to help you out !
Hamza Mesbahi: The staff at this Target get it! They always go above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. Makes you feel welcomed and shows appreciation for your business.
Kela Ward: I went there to check out and I had this cashier named Dara she was nice at first but then she started getting aggressive and rude when I tried to ask for a Manager
Mimi: dara was really really rude
Anonymous Rehan: It wasent the best but not bad they should really add more and more traiding card
Katrina: On the smaller side , it has 2 floors and carry’s the basic needs and essentials. Not a huge kids section which is a bummer
John O'Toole: Zero phone support. The recorded message tells you not to ask for product availability. It only provides location and hours (which is available online, so that's useless.) I got through to a specific department, I heard them pick up the phone and hang it up. With a 20-30 minute walk, I need to be able to make sure the product I need is in store before I spend the time to go there.
Reem Hawary: The staff was very friendly, Emma in particular by the self check out , just made my day, I was having a rough day, but with her compliment and cheerfulness she managed to change the whole mood. Even though I didn’t find everything I was looking for, I gained enough positivity from her to overcome the rough day !
Alfred Stanza: It’s nice and the staff are very nice however they usually don’t have what you’re looking for here because the store is very small and sometimes the prices posted aren’t the same when you get to the store
Sasha Gallaway: The people here are so nice and really knowledgeable about the products in stock. They made it super easy to make a return. P.S. the other Target in Cambridge is absolutely terrible 1☆. Come here!
L B: I ordered online and and received an email saying my order is ready for pick up. When I got I had a hard time finding parking, I had to circle couple times. When I got inside I spoke to a rep about my order, he asked me to wait while he goes find it. He found it but for some reason he had to go in the computer to check something idk what the problem was. Anyway O had to wait about 10 minutes for them to figure out something about my order. Usually they just scan my app and that’s it. Finally they got it figured out, never apologized.. terrible experience. I will never go back there.
