Thomas Gagnon: I shopped for a new mattress at like 6 different stores, 4 of them were mattressfirms. The staff at each mattressfirm were incredibly helpful and patient. I’ve bought 4 mattresses from them over the last 11 years and though 2 have had to be warrantied they handled each with the best service imaginable. Not every product is perfect in this world but when a company steps up as well as they do you know you can buy with confidence. Their staff are very well educated. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing a mattress and their help in choosing my latest one was nothing short of amazing.

Joan Miller: Bizarre experience with "design consultant" Nancy, who wanted us to pick out fabrics before looking at furniture. She also kept insisting on seeing a photo of our room - she didn't seem to understand I didn't value or want her opinion. We gave our business to Currier's in NH instead.

If you're looking to buy a nice desk chair for your home office locally, they carry x-chairs, which are among the best. It was very helpful to be able to try out many of the options before making a decision.

Anticipating delays, they apparently stocked up on some of their popular items. The showroom is colorful, well organized and appealing.

These stores stated they had good prices, but they were not good prices! We went into mattress world in Somerville. The best prices and service. The owner helped us, and gave us honest answers, and an excellent service. If you need a quality mattress and want a great experience, go straight to mattress world!

Mike was very friendly and easy to chat with, listened to what was important to us in a mattress and gave us a few different options to try out. He was also good at giving us some time and space to make our final decision, and gave us a great price. Delivery was also easy.Seven months later, we are still very happy with the mattress. Had for sale the exact same mattress that Mattress Firm had discounted for $1,399, but Watertown sells it for $1,199 and even offered a discount. Definitely go here before the brand name places that upcharge.

Raul Martinez Aponte: Very disappointed with expensive furniture I’ve purchased from this business. The website claims that the furniture has a one year warranty but it’s a lie and they won’t honor it. I bought an expensive pull out couch that had issues with one of the couch cushion’s Velcro causing the cushion to lean forward and feel very uncomfortable to sit on. I attempted to fix the Velcro myself but to no avail so when I asked Boston Bed Company if they would fix this with the warranty their suggestion was for me to fix with supplies from the Home Depot. The point is this should have never been an issue in the first place. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company with how expensive the furniture is and with Russian roulette quality and then not honoring of the warranty.

Jack Hare: Thank you Boston Bed for actually having beds in stock! This pandemic has wreaked havoc on supply chains, and big companies such as IKEA and Macy's are unable to supply beds. Even another local firm quoted me a 6 month lead time. I walked into Boston Bed in Stoughton having lost all hope of actually having something to sleep on, but Wayne quickly found me a great bed and a great mattress, and arranged for delivery four days later. I paid for the delivery guys to assemble the bed, which was money well spent - they did it in a flash, and saved me probably an hour's work. The bed looks great, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and I am a very satisfied customer.

Cloverfield Monster: We originally thought this was the best place to buy a new bed. We went into the Stoughton Store and the manager was very nice and friendly. We bought a Cobblestone Mattress with an adjustable frame. When we left the store I noticed he charged us $100 more then we should of been. The king mattress was 1799.99 we were charged $1899.99. Once we got that issue straightened out the bed was delivered. Within the first couple weeks one side of the mattress gave out. We called the store who turned it over to the factory. Andrew came out looked at our bed n said he needed approval for a replacement. SUPPOSEDLY, he got it and they gave us the wrong mattress. One that can’t support the adjustable frame. They were making a new one that would go with the adjustable base. This has been going on since June 10th and I was promised a new mattress. First it was being made, then the factory staff was short handed due to July 4th Holiday. Now he doesn’t return my calls. My mattress is collapsed now and we are out a large sum of money. DON’T SHOP HERE. THEY PROMISE YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR AND DON’T DELIVER!! Should of known how this would go when we were overcharged in the first place!!!! They DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had such a great experience looking around and the employees were extremely helpful and funny. They first asked what kind of bed I preferred and was able to narrow the endless options, down to around 3 mattresses. I quickly was able to find the one I liked and that was that! A couple weeks later, I had the mattress delivered to my apartment. The guys were very professional and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this store to anybody that needs a new mattress, bed frame, or futon. I love my mattress and tell my friends they should go here to get one!

Andrew Rosenblatt: In this day and age of getting everything delivered on line. Well do yourself a big favor and go into a Boston Bed location. These guys actually make there own mattresses right here in good old Massachusetts! No pressure atmosphere and most impressive by far the best quality for the price, well because they make them and sell them directly to the public. I spent about $600 for everything, and it’s a supper comfy bed and I’ve been loving it since it was delivered.So do yourself a favor and and get into a Boston Bed location and start having sweet dreams right away.....Stay clear of the mattress Wolfe’s that exist in most mattress stores! Because I was looking for a very specific style of loft & needed it to be made out of 100% solid wood I wasn’t having much luck. I’m so thankful I met Richard at this location! He took time, was so kind, understood the situation, did the research & was not pushy at all. When I returned to make the purchase he had printed off all the specs, laid out my options in clear & easy way to understand & took an interest in the huge project that we had going on to organize a space and finish it off with this loft bed.The kindness & thoroughness off Richards customer service is a breath of fresh air in a environment when everyone is in a hurry & no one wants to stop & help, he did more than an excellent job & I can’t recommend him enough.The bed was delivered on time and again both men, ( I wish I remembered their names) took their time, answered my questions, Installed the bed in a careful & detailed way & has such pleasant demeanors throughout.Boston bed company, your beds are top quality & the people you employ are fantastic! Michael Ryan: The customer service is horrible and they’re unable to solve problems. They made a mistake with my order and due to their inability to come up with a satisfactory solution I’m returning the bed. Don’t buy Casper, the company is not committed to customer satisfaction.
Alison Carr: Everything was easy during the purchasing process. However, I ended up not liking the mattress itself (too soft, too hot). One of the reasons I purchased through Casper was for the hassle-free returns process. The return was been beyond frustrating! They use local junk companies but the companies keep failing to show up during their allotted time. Casper refusing to allow me to use my local mattress pickup (through town trash). After all this headache, I would not recommend this mattress company. So much money and time wasted.

melissa foley: While the store staff are pleasant and nice, Casper was unable to fulfill my mattress delivery. Despite having received confirmation of a 4-hour delivery window, the company never showed up with the mattress. Calling Casper customer service is an exercise in futility. I finally got another delivery window but no explanation. The second time, again, no one showed up! I then spent ONE HOUR AND 57 minutes on hold with the customer service center to get a human. Two managers promised to get a delivery out to me ASAP, but each neglected to follow through. The store staff say they have no way of assisting, as once the sales transaction is done it goes to casper’s main customer service hub.Their solution after three weeks was to mail a mattress directly to me in a 106lb box. After struggling to set it up, the mattress bore zero resemblance to the tester model in the store. It is many multiple times harder - not just a “get used to it in time” scenario.I thoroughly regret this purchase from Casper.

Gina Li: Mattress Firm was beyond my expectations! I walked in on a rainy Friday late afternoon, not only I was greeted immediately by Loui, he was nicely accompanied a disabled gentlemen out of the store to provide all assistance that he could. He was patient answering all my questions and offered different opinions to fit my needs. I bought an extra firm mattress at an amazing price with delivery booked in 2 days on spot and have a few months of guaranteed satisfactory in case I don’t like the mattress. I would recommend everyone to come to this store!

I was looking for mattresses on the website before coming into the store and a lot of them said they weren’t available to try out in store. That was a little disappointing.

We went in and talked about what would work best for us and when it came time for our dinner reservation, he did research for us and found everything we wanted while we went to eat. When we came back he had found everything we wanted for the best price. This was one of the quickest and easiest big purchases we’ve ever made. Delivery went smooth and Fred called us from his personal number to check in to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend making a purchase with Fred!

Abigail Johnson: Madina at SleePare was amazing. I had a vague idea of what I wanted, but honestly had more uncertainties than specifications. Madina asked me several questions about my sleep habits, back pain, etc. The very first mattress she had me lay on was The One. She encouraged me to try others, take my time, and lay on them for at least 5-10 minutes to be sure. She was so knowledgeable about various features, pros/cons of different brands, materials etc. On top of the President’s Day sale, Madina was able to offer me additional deep discounts on other accessories I wanted. And she did not try to upsell me or convince me to buy anything I didn’t already want. I pictured it taking hours for me to decide on and buy a bed, and I had decided and paid in less than 30 minutes from my arrival time, all within budget. It was a very comfortable, relaxed, friendly, and efficient experience. Highly recommend coming here to find your dream bed!

Sold us the wrong bed frames, didn’t order an entire king set- mattress and adjustable base (adjustable base is not available but sold is the mattress anyway) .Company was a complete NIGHTMARE to work with when dealing with exchanges and returns. The company only allows for one bed return per household. After spending $10,000 on an order, received the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Had to use google voice numbers to reach the company because they were dodging our calls though our personal #s.

The atmosphere was exceptionally relaxed and comfortable, allowing me to get my questions answered clearly without it feeling like a pressured sales pitch. I would have given a 5 star rating, except the space was undergoing repairs while I visited, so it wasn't quite as put together as I would have expected, but I was assured that it would be a short-lived situation. Even so, it was the best, most helpful mattress shopping experience I've experienced in my 50+ years.

Christine MacDonald: Highly recommend! My sister referred me since I was having a hard time choosing a mattress online. This store has a great selection of the most popular online mattress brands. Thankfully the store exists and I was able to go in and try the mattresses in person. Many of the descriptions sound the same but laying on them felt very different. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable, you can walk in or make an appointment. Brianna was very helpful, she kept me updated with the timeline of my delivery and went above and beyond to help me load my (super heavy) mattress into my SUV. If you're in need of a mattress, don't hesitate, go to SleePare!
Steve: We went to four mattress stores in our search and ended up purchasing one from SleePare. We went to a traditional mattress store, Purple, then Casper, along with SleePare. Breanna at the Reading SleePare store was fantastic. It felt like she was sharing her knowledge not selling us or pressuring us on any brand. The one we thought we wanted quickly got ruled out after seeing it (trying it) in person, and we ended up with a brand and style that wasn't even on our radar. We just ordered the mattress so don't have it yet, but the purchase experience at Sleepare was great and def recommend you check it out.
