S D: Service men were ready to greet you and they expected your car. Loaner was provided. David was also honest with me to say they have a backlog so I might not get mg car in a few days. That way- it managed my expectations. The only reason why I gave a 4 star was because of the loaner I got. It was very dirty inside (and outside) and had asked a guy to wipe the seat for me. The washer fluid was also empty. Other than that, I’ve always liked taking my car here for service.

My vehicle was taken in immediately for evaluation at which time they performed diagnostic testing on the problem I reported as well as a complete overview. I received the report as I waited in the customer area and could select the services I wished to have performed at this time. The car was returned to me after the work was completed within a very short time and after it was washed and vacuumed! I’m very pleased with the service

Paul Malagrifa: Worst customer service experience yet. My car was serviced and a potential warranty issue was identified with the front end chip prevention film that was applied at purchase. A notation that a call back would occur once the company that did the installation was contacted. That was November 3, 2022. Here we are in May of 2023, and no call back. Despite me leaving countless messages for both Kip and the Service Manager, I’ve heard nothing. Taking my business elsewhere and warning anyone who cares, this was the worst.

All of the purchases were unsatisfied. Not one car!. No matter if it's used or new. Sales people don't do post sales demonstration. Most of the used cars purchased were sell you than f... you. Bad services center. Sold me an amg 2019 with the following pictures. Please so somewhere else!.update... guess what.. on 420 2023. Benz charged me new vipers... I had possession of the car for 7 days...230 bill. Lol..trying return policy.. good luck... another update. They are towing an s580 loaner... this is the only place I know offer new s580 as loner... please check benz out

However, the few times I've done Lyft and pick up people from this location, they've said a lot about this place.I've heard that, some of the sales personal would lie to a few clients, just to make a sale. They'd have them buy the car, while not letting them know about all the expensive services that comes with the maintenance, along with other functions they'd be paying a month or yearly on some of the cars.Even tho I can't put most of the blame on the sales person. I told a few of them, they should have done some research about the pros and cons about own the type of vehicle they're wanting to purchase.But, I hope at least one person in that place can have some morals when selling a car to someone.
Megan Johnson: Kind on the phone during scheduling my appointment; however, that’s where it ends. Immediately upon pulling into the garage for my service my advisor wash aggressive, pushy, condescending, and judgemental. I just moved here out of state and my car didn’t have a sticker on it from my first inspection. I didn’t realize it wasn’t there or it was needed. So I paid for a second inspection. Then right as I sat down for paperwork she tried to upswell me, and within 2 minutes a technician was trying to sell me tires (never buy from the dealer, it’s a rip off).I was planning on buying a new car from there, but this experience changed my mind. Any items I need from my service I’ll be getting done at a different location as well.
