My experience of the service was excellent- the technician completed the service prior to the predicted time frame. When they completed a multi-point inspection- they shared a video which was absolutely awesome and identified 3 additional item that needed attention— even better- they alert me do those additional services could be completed and I still received my car early with a clean washed car!The video feature is a great way to inform the customer and provide transparency of service. Matt Williams: Great place — saved me!I was close to getting taken advantage of by a local car place who said my brakes were totally shot when I brought in my 2018 Mazda CX-5 for service.I got lucky because I stopped literally while signing and realized I should get a second opinion. So I called Ira and spoke with Tony and he said they would take a look at my brakes the afternoon of the day I called — and I’m just some random dude who happens to have a Mazda that I didn’t even buy there! So I brought it in and they looked and let me know that my brakes have just normal wear and are not totally shot as I was being led to believe. They washed my car and sent me on my way, without even asking for money for the service!I mean, total lifesavers and just a very well-run place that saved me from unnecessarily paying $1,300. Big shout out to Tony and everyone at Ira for the help!! Definitely 5/5 stars will 100% come back for anything my car needs in the future.

I made the appointment went in gave them my car got in a loaner and left. They kept me updated and even sent a video of what was wrong with my back camera. Paul Miller: I bring it in for service, the car at 49,000 miles went into life support mode. I almost got killed. Liberty ignored my request to have the car looked at. They just did basic service. Charged me a ton with the promise they would look at it. Then told me it is $169 to read a code off the computer. They said they don’t care about my safety. Stay away from the dealership! Mazda safety should be a concern!

Mary Keller: They don't process RMV paperwork correctly and don't keep records of their transactions. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2013. I found out that they didn’t file paperwork properly for the vehicle that I traded in. They never transferred ownership of the vehicle with the RMV, so I continue (am still) listed as the owner of the vehicle. I found this out because I received a letter from a police department in another state telling me that I am listed as the owner of this vehicle and that vehicle has been impounded. When I called Quirk to get proof that they (the dealership) had accepted the vehicle as part of a trade-in, I was promptly told, "You need to call the RMV, it's not our problem. We don't have the records anymore." It’s clear that once you spend money with this business, they no longer will be friendly or take responsibility for their missteps.

Once I decided on a CX-5 (after comparing RAV4, CRV, Outback), Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He communicated the process very clearly, offered me an outstanding APR for financing the car, and negotiated a fair price (with some extras thrown in). I highly recommend purchasing a car here, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy a Mazda, a CX-5 and to buy from these guys.

Kaori Shishido: Severely disappointed with the overall experience. My girlfriend and I purchased a mazda car on 2/8 at the Quincy location and were told that it will be ready to pick up on Friday. Until Saturday there was no update until we reached out to Kevin directly who was our representative when purchasing the car that it will be ready Monday after 5pm. When we arrived on Monday after 5pm we were then told that they could not release the car to us due to the insurance not providing the stamped documents to them. They basically told us to come back but the fact was we made a trip all the way to Quincy excited for the new car. We immediately called our insurance to hear that they misspelled the name on the document and sent it back to Mazda dealership at 12pm. What we were frustrated about was that there was no form of communication and they had enough time to let us know that the car will not be ready for us to pick up that day or even the fact that they did not follow up when our insurance sent it back to them. Rachel was trying to explain the situation and I understand maybe it wasn’t her fault but they were no help. Extremely disappointed. Also want to mention that Kevin forgot to give us back our license and didn’t even bother to contact us about it until we called him the next day.

Talia S: We’ve been in the market for a CX-9 and were excited to check out Mazda. I’ve heard terrible things about the practices of this location from friends but we wanted to see if it was as bad as it seemed. Me and my husband went in at separate times and called in on different days and ended up getting four different prices each time. Mind you, we asked for the same things on the same vehicle so spare me your excuses as I know the business will try to respond with something to cover themselves and justify that the lack of transparency and honesty is good practice. The test to see if a dealer is transparent is to get the numbers printed on paper so you don’t run into this issue. Quirk Mazda won’t print anything on paper for you because of this very practice. This is our personal experience so beware if you choose to test your luck here. We absolutely won’t be returning and we don’t recommend.

Steve Sarro: I brought my Mazda here for a 90k mile tune up (had never been to this particular location before) and David in service had the difficult job of explaining to me that the undercarriage was so rusted and rotted that it was beyond repair. He provided video to demonstrate what he was talking about so I was able to see for myself. He was very helpful in putting me in touch with George who off the bat went above and beyond in offering a more than generous trade in value on my Mazda (I could reasonably have expected to pay to have it junked) and spent a generous amount of time working with me through several options and finally helping me land on the perfect option for me which happened to be a used car and not a Mazda. On the scale of dollar amount sales they make in a day I'm sure mine was on the lower end, but George never made me feel rushed and was generous with his time and timely communication throughout the process, I truly felt like he was looking out for my best interests to make sure I left happy with my car and my purchase. I was not expecting to have to buy a car when I took my Mazda in for service but I'm so glad that I brought it here because anywhere else this might have been a really upsetting, stressful thing to have to go through but I felt so taken care of and it ended up being fun and I ended up with a car I love. I cannot thank George and everyone else at this place enough for everything, truly.

They gave us above KBB value for our trade and despite having someone else interested in the same vehicle (who got there after us) didn’t play us off each other or refuse to negotiate a little with me. After I drove it off the lot I needed to call about something and got a call back from Leo himself like 5 minutes later. Brendon: Excellent service department. Went there after buying a used 2021 Mazda CX-30 from another dealer, that wasn’t a Mazda dealership. I went in for the 40,000 mile service and I was informed I may not need it at that point in time. The service department manager was excellent, and everybody was extremely informative and helpful. They saved me a few hundred dollars at minimum today, when they could have easily let me spend more. They also provide a video showing the whole inspection process of the underside of the vehicle. Seeing everything while it was up on the lift was great. Highly recommend! Will be coming here for service for the life of my Mazda.

I'm a first time car buyer so I was nervous coming in, I chose Mazda 495 because I emailed all the Mazda dealerships within a 50 miles radius for a 2023 CX-30 Select and they gave me the very reasonably pricing, and they were very helpful via email communication, some dealerships didn't even respond, some quoted much higher OTD, some requested me to come in to talk pricing.When I came in, Sean let me test drive the car for a few hours, then when I asked about a CX-5, he also bought it to the front so I can test drive it too. I decided to purchase a CX-30 Select and waited a few days for the car. A few days later, when I came back to pay, I changed my mind to go for a higher trim of CX-30 (Preferred) and they were really accommodating and David helped me with all the paperwork. I'm very impressed and will definite recommend 495 to everyone I know. Great job guys.

Shantanu Jha: I called and reserved time to test drive 2 cars that had my interest. I go there (on time) and nobody is available for 20 minutes. I saw people coming in after me being attended to first. It doesn't feel great to be see that.I just walked out after seeing the second couple come in and being attended to first. Love the manufacturer but won't be coming here again. This review won't matter much anyway, they won't mind losing one person as a potential customer. Wish I could give less than 1 star...
