Car was fully wrapped, cleaned, and shipped with no input from me. All I got was regular timely updates from Jude. Didn’t have to ask for updates once. He then coordinated with my local DMV to have plates ready before car arrived so I can legally drive it (this is a huge pain normally for out of state purchases).

Frankie: I desperately needed some upholstery work done on the Alcantara headliner of my 2008 Gallardo Superleggera, it was sagging very badly.Before Rad, I called 3-4 shops in MA, all of whom gave me the “run around,” saying either they 1) couldn’t save the original alcantara fabric and would need to order a new, non-original piece, 2) they gave me absurd start and/or completion times (like 2 months+ of waiting), or 3) they said I needed to pay $3,000+ for a new one from Lamborghini plus install cost. I wasn’t having it.My friend Nick recommended me to Kyle in the Service department at Rad. Right away, I could tell based on how detailed, knowledgeable, and quick his communications were that these were the right guys for the job and for my car. While my headliner was getting tended to, I also had a brake fluid flush and new timing belt and tensioner put in as part of regular maintenance. All the above was done very quickly and I was amazed - my headliner looked exactly like OEM again. They saved the full original alcantara headliner material for 1/4th the cost, and my Gallardo is running great.Can’t thank Kyle and the entire Rad team enough, you can rest assured your car is in great hands when it’s with them.

Damian Lee: As someone who previously owned a couple sports cars (M2 & R-35 GTR) I have dealt with a few exotic dealerships. These guys were by far my favorite to deal with. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Everyone was respectful and took the time to answer my questions, even after business hours. Jamie made the process as smooth as possible from start to finish. He always got back to me quickly. Kyle helped educate me on my car and even did some research about future modifications I could do. Connor delivered the car on time and was very respectful. I couldn’t figure out how to get my car into the sports display mode. Connor took the time to find a video that answered all of my questions later that evening. I highly recommend doing business with these gentleman. They are a great team, I will definitely work with them in the future!

Finding a skilled mechanic you can trust to work on your exotic(s) is a difficult task but rest assured Rad Exotics tech Kyle Snyder Drummond is your solution. I've owned Ferrari's for 12 years and have been taking my Ferrari 360 Spider for service to Rad...not only for a simple oil change or brake fluid flush but more comprehensive work where you really need a skilled tech who takes pride in his/her work. I've delayed some of these task because I couldn't find anyone willing to do the work or do the work in a fashion where I felt confident it would be done correctly. Kyle has rolled my front fenders (something other 360 owners know is an issue), done some convertible top work replacing seals and making adjustments removing wind noise and leaks, and addressed repairs underbody. In addition to Kyle's skilled work is his partners for body/paint and leather work....meaning Kyle has valuable connections and will coordinate any work you need where he may not be the expert making him a one stop solution. All of this and prices are very reasonable considering the service quality and trust factor.
