Joey Adcock: Truth be told, I was extremely excited about driving to their location to pick up my new AT Pro and Lesche but was met with a super small lackluster product area that had me questioning if I should abandon the order and try a different place. Convenience won out and I completed my transaction with a helpful yet non-customer facing type employee who seemed to want to finish their computer work than my sales request. Not a bad experience, but not a good one either. I will shop online for all future metal detecting equipment from a competitor.

Brett J: I have dealt with Detector Electronics Corp on several occasions (Moe/Daniel/James) and I can honestly state that they will treat you fairly and professionally and provide very courteous customer service. They are also a warranty depot for the detector I use and they have been excellent at taking care of my warrantable repairs. If you are not sure about something, give them a call, they are more than happy to help you find what meets your needs.

Anthony Monti: Great to do business with online. I went to the store once, yes the store front is small. Aged. The owners treated me well, and showed me a few detectors. As all stores have gone online, they have too. Nothing wrong with that, why spend lots of money on upgrading the store when the business sales are mostly online these days? With so much competition out there, at least you can call them and talk to a human being. I hope they stay in business for a long time.

Rich Trevains: Went in to buy a detector and turned around and walked back out. Have bought a detector from these people before. Problem is there was nobody there to answer my questions. It seems theybgot rid of all the sales people that had detecting knowledge. Was going to buy a detector online that day as I have before and drive down and pick it up They still wanted to charge tax even though it was purchased online in NH. Did that with my last detector and had no problem. Oh well their loss. No very customer oriented anymore.

Shane Nadeau: Friendly staff, great customer service, but everything is ridiculously overpriced. I bought a pinpointer that is $30 cheaper anywhere else online. I wouldn't recommend buying here unless you want your item immediately and don't mind paying close to double what you'd pay online (only drawback to that, is waiting a few days for delivery)

J-k-: So I bought a metal detector about 3 years ago on line with no problems and still works like new it was a garret !! Today I went to this store too see what they had ? I passed by there hundreds of times not noing there was a metal detector store write here local so I stopped by and went inside to see there floor space is small but don't be fooled by that because for me it don't matter what matters is what they have and the most important is how I was treated and it was very very good i don't give 5 stars just because I bought a metal detector there am giving 5 stars is because they didn't rush me out! the owner talked to me let me have a feel for what I wanted and wasn't trying to push me into what I couldn't afford he was straight forward! I all ready did my homework before I stopped by and he told me the same thing that I looked up online for hours so I have too say they are really nice and the others ( workers ) where nice as well I will be coming back forshore if or when I upgrade later on .. these are the kind of business that I like too shop not big box stores that when u ask a question or help there rushing u out the door because someone came in to see what they have !!
