Diana Kerolos: Awful customer service. Amanda, a woman that works there, said my comment about an easy fix for a purse was “silly.” And later was annoyed with my sister and I speaking in a different language together. The man with the bangs and painted nails asked me three times in the first 5 minutes if I had any questions. He would not let me shop in peace. None of them smiled in the 20 minutes we were in there. They hated interacting with us for no reason. Disgusting experience.

They absolutely Nailed it, their gift packing was perfect. It reached on time and my girl loved it.Thanks to those three ( Let's call them MK's angels for now).

Phillip always helps me so much,looking all over the country for the bags I want! no other employees would even bother do so. They would just say "No I don't have it" and ended of the story. RM Cerv: There handbags are overpriced but they do last. The associates do not like it if you touch the merchandise. Similar handbags can be had at TJMaxx and Marshalls in the Spring and Fall.

The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. Prices are a little on the high side but I guess this is to be expected as the quality is very good. Well worth a visit if you are in departures at Boston Logan.

AR Mattoo: Near to my home in Arlington MA.Visit this store at least once in a week since 2014.Make 80 per cent purchases of clothing and home goods from this store.Have a great impression of this store and staff.Most recently on01/19/2023 visited this store and purchased a Bulova wrist watch at $149.99 plus taxes.Always found their stock upto satisfaction and am very much impressed.
julian schulz: This is always a well run & organized store, but i was even more impressed with the friendly woman, helping me today with a return.I missed her name, but i believe she said she was from the Slovak Republic.Her customer service skills were exceptional.She really went above and beyond, and made my experience in the store extremely positive.
Raymond Ng: Expectations of a boston tjmaxx were low but man did it not stand apart from any other dive bar bathroom. The store was incredibly clean and brand new but definitely didn't expect the restrooms to be in such disarray. Toilet brush literally sitting on the bare floor next to the toilet . Haha step your game up. This is boston come on now. The smell reminds you of a summer camp restroom and this could be easily taken care if. It's a tjmaxx you got everything to make the whole store feel like home.

Inventory is tightly packed but was able to locate items after a good thorough search. Cashiers were friendly and check out went quickly. Prefer the larger locations.

Mister Burton: Amazing experience from start to finish. This location offers an array of items. Great place to shop for clothes, jewelery, accessories, and household items. The quality of the merchandise is good and the prices are even better. Be sure to save some shopping for the checkout aisle, there are some great options there as well.

Family YouTube: I rate it 3 stars because some of the stuff that are wrapped in boxes are open and the staff there don't care even though you tell them I've been to this store about 27 times in my life

RoadTrip NewEngland: Get the Maxx for the minimum…. (at TJ Maxx). Good sized store at Alewife Brook Parkway in the Fresh Pond Mall (outbound side). Large selection of women’s clothing, a bit smaller selection of men’s. Housewares & seasonal goods, etc. All stocked up for Halloween last time we checked in.
A. Makela: Well organized store with a large selection available, even with both stores combined. Check out was fast despite a long line. Great job!
