We never felt as though we were dealing with a "salesperson." They were transparent about the vehicle options, financing and pricing. We have leased many cars in the past and this is the first time that we weren't asked what we could afford or what we were looking to spend. Think about that...instead they asked what options I currently have in my car and we started from there. THEN we spoke about getting the best price...imagine that! No high-pressure sales techniques - just a family man (the owner) trying to get you into your next car but he wants you happy with your purchase. We called another local dealership to compare pricing and guess what!?! The salesman was your typical "If you can get it for that price, then I would go with them!" guy. It only proved to us how genuine the people at Cornerstone Mitsubishi truly are because the pricing was significantly different (less) on top of the most friendly service we've ever received.

It's hard to imagine "family" dealership with this type of attitude towards the public... but apparently they're cool with their staff swearing and screaming at the public because the Manager didn't do so much as even ask him to stop. With no confirmation or response after 24 hours, I booked for Wilmington where my vehicle was originally purchased. The response time and clarity of the website are much more user friendly. Therefore, I'll be using this location over Nashua whenever possible.

Also the tires didn't need to be rotated. I did have a license plate light out which was also replaced. They were very transparent about what was neededcfor my vehicle.

Haunted Dreamer: The day before visiting Michaud Mitsubishi I had a horrible experience at another dealership (not affiliated with Mitsubishi). Where I was told to discuss the financing with my husband as they did not take my negotiations seriously.My sister-in-law just purchased a 2022 Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi and had previously purchased other vehicles from George Kastrinakis. I can now see why she visits George when she is ready to purchase a new vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the different Mitsubishi vehicles that they offer. I originally went there to test drive the 2022 Outlander Sport and George also advised they they just received a limited amount of 2023 Eclipse Cross. I test drove the outlander sport and when we returned to the dealership George got me the keys to the 2023 Eclipse Cross and also advised that the price difference was still in my favor.When I got into the 2023 Eclipse Cross I knew if I could get the pricing where I was comfortable this would be the car! George was very helpful and showed me the pricing for both 2022 outlander sport and the 2033 eclipse cross. They negotiated my trade where I needed it to be to make me comfortable with buying the 2023 eclipse cross.I then sat with Bill and we did all the financing and he was also very knowledgeable and straight forward. I was pre-approved by capital one and Michaud Mitsubishi’ being a capital one dealer was also a plus! I purchased the 10 year warranty to protect my investment and with Bills help the numbers again, worked to where I was comfortable.This was my first new car purchase on my own with no help. For me this purchase was an accomplishment and gift to myself for all the hard work, long hours and savings over the last 2 years. Having a really bad experience the day before at a different non Mitsubishi dealership where I was not treated fairly or taken seriously was disappointing. When I met George I knew it was going to be a completely different experience he was so nice and understanding. Listened to what I was saying because for me it was about the numbers everything else that comes with the car are benefits but being in the finance industry numbers are the key factor for me. I will recommend this dealership whenever I can and if I require a new vehicle in the future for either myself or my family members we will be visiting Michaud Mitsubishi and if they are smart they will keep George on as long as they can he is definitely an asset to their company!Kira H.
