Anna Oliynyk: This is the place Jarred ( realtor from the company) has advertised to our family as being recently updated and renovated. We were shown an old listing and video that showed no detail of the state of the apartment and told that it is in great condition. Since we were relocating to MA from across the country we had no chance to see it for ourselves and trusted this agent, which ended up being the biggest mistake during our move!I can be writing on and on about the nightmare of this move, being 6 month pregnant with a 4 year old child .. but I can't. I was not able to sleep at night because of this, besides all the extra cost this ended up costing us.Important to note that none at the agency cared for what happened to us, and completely ignored our emails to them. Once they collected the pay they just don't care!All I can say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS brokerage company. Look at Yelp as well, as there seem to be many stories similar to ours.
Jerad Waring: Cambridge is a fast-paced apartment market. After looking for many apartments and not finding a place. I finally found a wonderful affordable apartment in the neighborhood I wanted with through our Advantage Realty agent. Our landlord is wonderful and could not be happier with their quick process.

Derek Bennewies: Rita Guastella helped us purchase our first condo. Throughout the buying process, we found her to be knowledgeable, organized, and most importantly, it was clear that she was really invested in ensuring we found and bought the perfect home for us. Alphonsus Adu-Bredu: Fatima Zaankik was really patient and understanding with me as, as a College student, this was my first time renting an apartment and I didn't know much about the nitty-gritties of leases and credit scores. She helped to make the whole process quick and easy for me and also explained to me the responsibilities that came with leasing an apartment and who to contact if I had any issues. She was really helpful.
Mina Su: I used Fatima as my real estate agent, she was really helpful, deep knowledge about a really wide range of homes that we looked at, she is positive all the time, down to earth, personable and incredibly generouse with her time, and the best things that she answered my calls all the time, night or day , she is working 24 hours,I will use Fatima in each future transaction, I highly recommend her
Haley Noren: My husband and I used Fatima Zaankik to find a rental in Boston and she was amazing. We were living out of the state at the time and she made the whole process incredibly easy. Fatima was dedicated to our needs and took a lot of time to do video tours, call tons of listings, and worked with landlords to get us the best deal. She is very knowledgeable about Boston and made sure we ended up in the right neighborhood for our family. Not only was she incredibly dedicated to us, but she was easy to contact and answered all of our questions quickly. She is the only real estate agent I will work with in Boston for every transaction I do. I would highly recommend her.
Hazel Zaad: Barbara Currier and her team, especially her husband are very unprofessional, unethical Realtors ever.Rick shows up at work with shorts, very low class and rude, despite of 20 years of experience he claims; he cracks jokes that offends people, moreover, they only think of their own interest not a bit about their clients.Be aware if you want to use them. There is always better option. Consult with few people before signing with them.Just saying.
Stella Dallas: I had a bad experience with this office also. I found them to be dishonest. Especially bad was a salesperson named Kitaeff. Very unethical.

Pritesh Chauhan: All the renters please make sure before applying through the coldwell realty company, they make you do the application for a particular apartment and say that this application can be used for other apartments in the market and later you will come to know the apartment that you apply for is already out of market. Also, the broker will give you assurance that you will get an update within a day on your application but that gets stretched to 2-3 days and for the delay they will give you n number of reasons and after that say that your application is rejected and what not. So, guys please stay aware before applying.
Teddy: Critical:ProfessionalismVery unprofessional. They put their sign on my property without permission. They keep saying they'll remove it within 48 hours but it's been over a month and nothing. Seems kind of shady, I'd look for a more professional agency.
John J: Wonderful experience with Coldwell Banker. We came from a nightmare situation dealing with Nextgen Realty and could not recommend Coldwell any stronger. They are transparent, honest, and would absolutely work with them again.

Sam Burke: After signing the lease and sending in the realtor fee, the realtor contacted us 5 days after we thought we closed on the rental and told us the owner was not going to rent to us anymore. He never gave us a legitimate reason as to why we lost the apartment. If the realtor was truly representing the owner of the house he should not have accepted our application, sent us the lease and asked for money if he wasn't sure the owner would rent to us. The realtor was very unprofessional and texted me saying I lost the apartment instead of calling me.
Matt Logan: Since last October I worked with buyers agent Boris Kusturic. Recently with his help I Purchased a townhouse. He walked me thru all the steps . All the prior months was always available to show me properties . Caldwell Banker in general has always been a very good realtor to use !
Qiuyu Wang: They withheld information from us for reasons that we do not know. My only guess would be they could sell the property to someone they know so they could get a further cut out of the deal. They didn't act on the best interest of their seller but their own self interest! Horrible office and unethical people!!
George Moussallem: Do not go to them if you are looking for a property.They ask you to make a bid,they take your offer and shop around for a better one.They come back to you asking you if you want to increase your offer. They suck honestly. This is not only unprofessional but unethical.
