Joe: I had one of the weirdest experiences here.I ordered a beer, waited over an hour for it. Meanwhile, the server went to me twice and said “Oh my god I forgot your beer”. (Im not over exaggerating neither, im a manager at a restaurant). I didn’t complain because honestly I just don’t want the confrontation. Then, I went to order another beer and they said I couldn’t get one because the bar closed already. I get it, but dude you had me wait over an hour for the first beer lolol. Then, I needed separate checks because it was a business trip so me and my 2 other friends had to separately show our receipts. Never have a problem with his, but I did here. They said because we paid cash for 2 of the 3 payments it didn’t print a receipt and they couldn’t reprint a receipt. What does that even mean? Lolol idk just get ya stuff together.

Kierra Dowdy: I got the bone-in wings from them through door dash. And even delivered, these are the best wings I have ever had. Fell off the bone. The sauce stuck to the meat without being soggy. They arrived hot. My bf and I have been talking about these wings everyday since we got them. Please keep making the wings like this!!! I will now eat them everytime I come to Boston

I will hope that anyone that goes there has David as waiter will have the experience we had while visiting Boston. He made our experience great after dealing with some issues. Yunsong Wu: 羊杂汤挺好喝，只是羊杂少了点。煎饼果子还不错。羊排烤得有些干了。另外，周六中午打电话给店里想点外卖自取，店员接电话说下午5点前不接单。于是我试了试Uber Eats，店家居然接单了。奇怪。不过Uber Eats也是等了好久，我中间打电话去店里询问到底接不接单，打了有5次，每次都是店家接了电话就挂掉，又很奇怪。菜和店家服务态度，总体三星吧。

Kassidy Greiner: We waited over 30 minutes for take out and were excited to try the dishes when we got home. Unfortunately- it was a big disappointment. I wish we could get a refund. The noodle soup was bland as water. The barbecue lamb and shrimp were teeny portions (shrimp is not peeled or deveined PS) and tough. The two apps we got were passable but it overall was a disappointing and practically tasteless meal. We won’t be back.

Julien: Food is expensive and too spicy. The service was bad, the waiter really didn’t care about us and don’t rely on him if you have question about the menu.

Ashok Joshi: Bad experience. Service needs a lot to be desired. We were new to this style of eating. Asked the staff for help but didn't get much. Staff was not very helpful with what to do the raw food. Very expensive dinner for 2 - $77 where you have to cook the food!!! Capital Grille is better and you don't have to cook your own meal, worst when the staff doesn't tell you what to do!

Just went for lunch and couldn't believe how dirty and unsanitary everything was. between the flies landing on the raw food sitting out and the pieces of gunk scrapped off the grill that ended up in my food, I don't think I would recommend going.

The Chris Taylor: The food is absolutely delicious and I love that you get to pick your own food every time you go up. It's like a buffet, but you get to watch them cook your food, so it feels fresher. I also really appreciate as a veteran how they offer a free lunch on veteran's day. I only wish that otherwise the prices were a little better and the staff could be a little friendlier.

I Went there last night (which was a Saturday night) for the club in there, around 11:30 because I had to meet up with a friend who came all the way from Paris.. He was already in, the door man didn't want to let me in.. Then he told me if I wanna get in gonna have to give him $30 plus I am going to pay the coverage to get in.. So I told him no and I went in line.. Then when he gets to me he said nobody else is getting in.. I explain him that I have to meet up with a friend from paris and all but he told me to slide him $30 so he can let me in.. And he was harassing me on top of that.. I will never go there again nor refer anybody to that place
