Andrew Risitano: A great company that treated us like family today. They were incredibly helpful on short notice. Don't believe the GPS. When you get onto Lenox St look for a big sign saying to Turn here for 273. The GPS will direct you past the entrance.
Ilya Dreytser: These folks are the best. Really helped me out in a jam even though I am not a rental customer of theirs. Wonderful people who really know the music scene. Highly recommend
Brian Callender: I brought in an old King sax , I played as a kid in the early 80s. It had been sitting for decades. They overhauled and now it plays like new and looks great. The customer service was awesome, and his love of music and instruments shone through the conversation making me feel like I was with an old friend.

Arnaldo Rivera: Off to a bad start already. Paid for the instrument. Was supposed to be delivered to school. Went to pick it up and nothing was there. Calling for over an hour and the only people that pick up the phone is the repair department. So now my child misses two weeks of classes when the month is already paid for. Thanks alot.

The 3D Print Zone: My friend and I went into this shop and were disrespected by the guy who works there (not sure if he's the owner). Highly negative attitude, not sure what that guy's deal is. I would recommend finding another guitar shop where they treat their customers with respect.
Kevin Stillerman: FIND ANOTHER GUITAR SHOP! Wish I could leave a 0 star rating. The owner of the store was extremely rude and disparaging. His tone is very condescending when I asked him about how to wire my guitar. In addition the overall pricing at the store is very high including hourly rates. I encourage you to bring your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other guitar shops in the area.

Te Liu: 2021-12-27 in store. not big, perhaps a treasure cove to some, worthy a hunt, did wonder if they knew what they had. met the owner Deb (percussionist & banjoist) and tender (violinist), very amicably and friendly environment and offering various musical lessons. (anti-virus filtering system.)---- 4 moths agoA tiny corner music store in Arlington. My be a treasure hunt for used music books.

Jennifer Redinger: Overpriced and guy was dishonest and rude. Charged me $35 for a $15-20 string and didn't have another option because I was in a tight spot.
